First time visiting Punto Restaurant , the food was very good and the service was excellent, my friends and l intent to visit the restaurant again in the near future.

Nice relaxed place, disappointed to find that the pasta options are greatly reduced. The arrabiata used to be my favourite. The owner kindly offered to make it but like many places, prices have increased a lot so kept things simple and opted for pizza instead

Another great experience for us (this time with wider family in-tow). There are so many positives about this restaurant that it’s hard to bring them all into one review. From the moment we walked through the door we felt in good hands - attentive staff, great quality food and a relaxed family feel to the environment. The menu is varied with plenty of options for those who don’t fancy traditional Italian dishes. We’ve been to this restaurant a few times previously and always had a positive experience. Today (for the first time) a few of our party opted for the Sunday roast which was excellent. We’ll be back👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Looking for somewhere for lunch and saw Punto from the car window. Parking was available outside so we turned round and went in. Although we were the only ones there as it was early, the owner was very friendly and the food was good with reasonable prices. If we're up that way again, we'll certainly call in. Recommended.

Had lunch with colleagues today and everything was lovely. We all had a different pizza each and all were very nice. I have driven past this place hundreds of times and now I've been I will definatley go back.

Punto is pretty much on my doorstep and I cannot believe we haven't been sooner. The food and wine was absolutely amazing. We were a party of 4 and each one of us said how gorgeous the food was. I had the gnochi and I already want to go back! Service was also spot on and very friendly. Would highly recommend 👌

We went to Punto for the Sunday Roast, we could not fault the experience. Friendly atmosphere, good service and excellent, well cooked food. Well worth the money. We would definitely recommend having their 3 course Sunday Roast.

Had a wonderful evening at Puntos last night celebrating the Kings Coronation. The food & service were excellent. So lovely to be able to dine locally with the addition of a fabulous singer. Thankyou & keep up the good work. We will definitely return.

Lovely food, great service and a wonderful, flavorsome meal out. We booked as it's a special steak night on Tuesdays, but wasn't too busy in the current climate. The waiter has a great sense of humour.

Goodness me I wish I’d counted how many times we were asked if we wanted more drink Spent a lot of money on roast dinners…Mother’s Day…expected more than one undercooked Yorkshire, four small roast potatoes, carrots and broccoli. I’m sure parsnips were on menu, they didn’t reach the table. The management need to stop encouraging their young staff to pester customers to order drinks it’s a grotty practise. We won’t be returning

Food was lovely. You need to speed up the service dramatically and more experienced servers required. When someone saiz they are ready to order and the table who Arrived after you gets there order taken first alarm bells start ringing, especially when you have two small children with you.

We chose this lovely restaurant to host my mother surprise 70th private Birthday party. Ardien, the manager, was so incredibly helpful and accommodating in the lead up to the big day. We sat down together with him and his talented chef Matteo to create a memorable menu and seating arrangement for the 30-40 people in attendance. Ardien’s and Matteo’s knowledge, experience and attention to detail really shone through. Nothing was too much trouble and they were determined that my mum got the 70th birthday party she deserved and even recommended a singer for the occasion which we were searching for and therefore opted for. The big day came and my mum and the guests had a fantastic time from start to finish. The entire day was memorable which is testament to Ardien, Matteo and the staff. We are an Italian family so are well versed in eating Italian food all our lives and so too were many of the guests. Every food course was delicious and the service; sublime. It’s safe to say that Punto completely lives up to being an authentic Italian restaurant where so many other restaurants fall short. The singer was also fantastic on that day with guests up singing and dancing. The entire day will certainly live long in the memory of my mum and everyone that attended. THANK YOU Punto’s!

What a great evening - granddaughter's birthday celebration. Great food; great service; great entertainment. Singer delivered two sets - with every one in the restaurant doing the conga at one point. From our family... many many thanks for such a good birthday evening.

Great visit with my wife for dinner yesterday, very friendly and food very nicely prepared. Very reasonable bill too in these tough times for all - 3 courses + wine for £80. We live locally and we will be back! Highly recommend to others who enjoy Italian food.

Excellent Sunday Lunch last weekend, at our chosen 6.00pm time, just right for three of us. One, two or three courses on the set menu; and the option of specials as well as the normal a la carte menu. We had Calamari & Brie starters, the roast beef & one Pollo Milanese; Eton Mess (one of the best) to follow, all washed down with a nice bottle of red wine and lager.

The staff were constantly leaning over our table to take the Chef’s Specials menu off the wall, with no “excuse me” ever uttered. One staff member even bumped into me when I was eating. No apology was offered. The most dreadful restaurant I’ve ever had the misfortune to enter. Our first and last visit. Detestable people.

Sadly disappointing. Food was mediocre at best but the whole experience was made worse by the no care attitude of the staff. I told the waiter there was a hair in my daughters drink, he didn’t apologise or offer to replace it. The “chefs specials” board was placed above our table and several waiters removed it and placed it back repeatedly ,leaning over my partner’s head every time without ever saying excuse me (once even bumping it into him whilst he was eating). Gluten free options very limited. What was meant to be a special birthday treat was ruined. We won’t be returning.

Had the most lovely Sunday roast at Punto today, was so tasty and staff so friendly, will definitely be returning, Starters were fresh hot and delicious, Roast lamb was perfect and roast beef was top notch, my boys enjoyed their pizza and tiger prawn linguine too x

Nice Brie starter, followed by excellent, medium cooked Fillet (300g) and Sirloin (400g) steaks fresh from Billingsgate Market in London, with zuccini and choice of potato. The house wine is good and the Eton Mess superb. This restaurant is well worth a visit, especially on Steak Night each Tuesday and for 2 or 3 course Sunday Lunch between 12.00 and last orders about 18.30. 0

The team here did a fantastic evening for a friend's surprise birthday party on Sunday! It was brilliant in every respect. Delicious food ( loved the calamari and lemon tart 😀) plentiful supplies of wine and dancing to the amazing Cheryl. The staff couldn’t do enough to look after us and it was the party of the decade. Thank you so much! They even supplied a birthday banner!

This was our second visit to Punto on Saturday night and we absolutely loved it! The food was delicious with generous portions and service to match! Very polite hard working staff and the manager is professional and friendly! We particularly love their singer Alice who has such great repertoire and sings beautifully. Not too loud at the beginning and then gets everyone dancing by the end of the night! Really makes this restaurant so special! The premises are always clean and tables nicely set up! Always plenty of free parking outside! We will be back soon!

The food is lovely, all super fresh, home cooked to order, tasty and great value. Family run, staff are so friendly and we always see the chef! Just a lovely place to come and have a hearty home cooked Italian meal! A hidden gem!

My friend and Me.Have been regular customers here now,for a long time.Allways enjoyed our selves.We normally visit here,on Saturdays,when Allis is there to entertain us,and we really enjoy ourselves.Last Sat though was the worse evening we had!. .Not Allis,but one of the waiters,was so rude!!.We had waited over 30 mins,before we were served!.We told him,how long we had waited,no apology!.Just a very rude!,comment.It was dissgraceful!.We are going to tell the Owners this week.We did not on that night,as the Owners wife is expecting a baby soon.We did not want to upset them.So We hope they deal with this waiter!,as it has put us off going back there!. We've eaten here a few times before and it's always been good but not special but tonight was another level. The food was excellent. Portion size was perfect and having had three courses we come away pleasantly full. The service was attentive and friendly but not in your face. All in all a really great evening. We look forward to going back.

We just had the best night at Punto, delicious food, wonderfully relaxed welcoming atmosphere and the owners we brilliant with our young children….the children’s portions would easily cover two meals each. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough for a family friendly, wholesome food, quality night out! Thank you

Nice, clean, modern with friendly staff

First time went to this place in a couple of years and we wish we had come sooner…. The service is tip top, the food is delicious (really authenticity Italian) and we were lucky enough to have a live singer during our time there (a fantastic lady called Yvonne Michele, well worth going there for!). Yvonne kept the atmosphere going and rather than eat and go home, we stayed, ordered a second bottle of wine and enjoyed both the atmosphere and quality live music. Everyone was up dancing and the restaurant provided a great night out. The crowd were also awesome and seemed to enjoy the night as much as us. It’s a night worth experiencing!!!

Not enjoyable food We were really looking forward to trying the mussels however what was served was half closed and not the colour they should be, the sauce was thick and really didn’t taste nice. The pizza that we ordered was undercooked and soggy What a absolute shame as I really hoped it was going to be worth the visit and money and it clearly isn’t.

Ridiculously expensive for what you get! We went for mother's Day as this was the only place that had space (I was last minute trying to book!) The person who booked me in didn't mention that it was a set menu at £35 per head until we sat down with our mother... Nonetheless, we ordered our food, which was nice however very small portions for the price... We ordered a bottle of piño which was around £24, my brother had ordered a 2 or 3 peronis (small bottles as they don't have anything on draft) which came to around £6 each, we also ordered three limoncello's to finish with as we always do when we go to an Italian and the bill came to £180!!! Completely shocking and so embarressed to say anything in front of our mum, so we just paid it with no quibbles however I am kicking myself now for not mentioning anything to them privately. I won't be rushing back in a hurry that's for sure!

good food but the service was slow and the staff felt distant and uninterested. they obviously have regulars who they joke around with and are very warm and friendly to, but to us it felt as if we were intruding on them and their regulars. we weren't rude by any means but we felt like less of a priority than everyone else in the restaurant. we arrived at 19:30, had our mains by 20:00 but didn't leave until 21:00 because of the slow service and general lack of interest by the staff. either way, it was a nice night out.

What a joy! Great staff, so attentive. Food was ample in portions and so delicious. I had halibut and it was pure class. Partner had pasta that was perfectly cooked al-dente. We will be returning very soon and this will definitely sit in our top 3 restaurants.

I dined at Punto Italian Restaurant, in Rickmansworth on Thursday evening. The food exceeded my expectations, totally delicious and good sized portions. The waiters couldn’t have made my friend and I more welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent food, service and great price. I can’t recommend enough.

Lovely evening, great singer and gorgeous food.

Visited on a Saturday night - arrived at 8pm and the live entertainment was already in full swing! A great singer was belting out a mix of pop, rock and soul music. The service here is top notch. The staff can’t do enough for you to make you feel really welcome. The food is nice and fairly priced. I wasn’t keen on the wine (Malbec) but my husband seemed to enjoy it. Bottom line: You can find finer food and wines in Rickmansworth but you won’t get friendlier service or live entertainment like Punto.

After living in Rickmansworth for 14 years, decided to try Punto takeaway during lockdown. Fabulous food.

I dont like to give negative reviews but unfortunately I was quite disappointed with this local restaurant. I can only give stars for the service - the staff were great and accommodating to my large family, we had a booking of 12 so we gave them a nice chunk of business before the second lockdown! The food really really was a massive disappointment for me. I was looking forward to seeing the lobster pasta on the menu. I couldn't eat past my second bite, it made me extremely nauseous. The lobster was not fresh at all and extremely chewy. The cream within the sauce was overwhelming and not really cooked into the tomato sauce. The pizza was a standard veggie pizza, I cant comment past that. The other cream and tomato pasta dish you see is for kids. The creamy dish was pasta in a butter and cream sauce, that's it. The sauce for the tomato pasta tasted like it came out from a jar in tesco. Massively disappointed. Despite all of this, the restaurant is busy and attracts crowds, and I think this is down to the great staff, service and atmosphere. My brother who had the same lobster dish as me enjoyed his, so others may have an entirely different perspective on the food! However for me, I wont be returning to this Italian restaurant again unfortunately.

We ordered after a long day of tests at hospital for food to be delivered to patient accommodation at Harefield.... wow! Absolutely the best take away meal we have ever had! Delicious, restaurant quality, hot, fast, polite helpful and friendly delivery service and fantastic value for money! We will certainly be ordering again and would recommend to anyone 100%

Absolutely superb. The whole experience was faultless. The food was amazing and incredibly well presented. Perfectly mixed cocktails along with a good variety of wine and beer. Amazing pizza!!!! They catered to my vegan requirements happily and the food was so so good, such a treat to have real Italian crusty, garlicy herby delicious pizza. The people are lovely also. We got a 10% discount for collection. Will be coming here every time for our takeaway now :) Can't wait for the day we can dine in! 10/10 would recommend.

The staff are attentive and helpful the starters are always nice but if had a couple of hit and misses with main course they have live music on Friday and Saturday which is always a lot of fun
