Princess Pizza in Croydon

The Food was absolutely shocking my pizza for a start was cold! my pizza dough was rock solid and there wasn’t enough cheese on top so when my pizza arrived my toppings just wasn’t on the dough it was everywhere I couldn’t even eat the food because it was just pizza with no toppings this could perhaps be the delivery drivers fault but the food was so bad but I would never order from this place ever again I had a long day in work and was really looking forward to this pizza and It was appalling.

Very disappointed all food are very cold ,we can’t eat because its cold and food it burned we can’t eat at all

Bare minimum quality ingredients

Looked nothing like advertised, different style, avoiding as very average pizza and false advertising

Delivered within the time frame given, but 40 minutes to 1 hour for delivery seems very long when I ordered at 2:30am on a Thursday night. By the time the food arrived, I was more tired than hungry. The delivery driver followed my delivery instructions which was great. Food arrived hot which was also great, but my pizza didn’t look anything like the photos on Just Eat, it was more of a standard kebab shop type pizza. I received a different drink & dip from what I ordered, but I was given the closest alternative. The chicken strips were not described on Just Eat as spicy, but tasted very spicy.

Pizza is really nice - lasagne not doing it for me but wasnt too bad - but a great value offer and as its a pizza shop - i can say they definately do make good pizzas!

Burnt garlic bread. Over cooked chicken wings and greasy pizza with next to no cheese

Sadly one of our pizzas was not what we ordered. We asked for a veggie pizza and a pepperoni pizza. the veggie one was there but the pepperoni one wasn't. We were famished so ate what we were given but aren't happy about the erroneous mushroom onion one we ended up with by mistake.

The food was okay but the peri peri chicken's bag broke, so the sauces and juices spilled all over the delivery bag, unfortunately hard to enjoy after :(

First time using this restaurant food arrived early then I expected and food was very tasty. Will definitely order again

Pizza was smashed and cold. Garlic bread wasn’t given instead we were given garlic pizza. Delivery took a while.

Unfortunately we were not enjoying the food. The mozzarella sticks were a little off and pizza didn't taste like anything. The pizza dough felt like a frozen dough bought from the store. The chicken wings were alright but that itself is not enough to save our experience

Unfortunately the pizza looked as if the delivery driver may have dropped it, Which was a shame! And one of the pizzas had no toppings. I did try to call the restaurant a couple of times, before making a review but didn’t manage to get an answer.

Your food is outstanding and packing is high standard I am very happy .

This the first time I ordered from here and it was really great. Amazing service and really tasty food the pizza dough tasted really fresh too.
