Prime Pizza and Grill in Sheffield

Have been using Prime Pizza since I moved to Sheffield in 2003. Love the Pizza's and a regular customer here. Tried a few others in the area, and this place is my personal favourite

I recently ordered the Doner Kebab meal and the Prime Special large pizza from this restaurant.The kebab was delicious, with great flavours, but the portion size was too small. Meanwhile, the pizza was disappointing it lacked flavour Overall, the food was decent, but I'd suggest improving portion sizes and the pizza's taste.

Good variety of food all well cooked. Still go there and never had bad food. Going tonight from work for a pizza.

Had to take back pizza was given the wrong one.. after travelling from hillsborough back to firth park , they tried saying it was my order. But ofcourse my order was in the oven. Should have been offered something extra for traveling from hillsborough to firth park and back to hillsborough. But sounded like they didnt want to correct the issue. They did give me my original order but took the one they gave me back.. atleast should have given me that pizza also..

They used to be a nice decent takeaway, but it's all changed and we used to love going their but it's not the same and we travel from milton keynes but not worth it anymore. We ordered 2 pieces chicken and chips x2 and the chicken was old and very oily and was reheated a few times and chips were old ones again reheated we travelled from far just to eat here but food has gone down so much so we won't be returning anytime soon very disappointed 😢 😞 😕 😔. What we paid for we didn't get.

Best in UK and Pakistan. I hope and pray they introduce their french eye. Keep it up guys.well done guys. Many many thanks for serving us the most delicious pizzas.

Going to have to report these guys !! Second time I got food poisoning after eating food from here!!!!! AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING!!!

Nothing special... Too expensive for what you got. Slow service. Bad environment and not high hygiene level to be fair ...

The grill food recently has been very nice.

I order sfc chicken with wedges and they send me chicken&chips and I ring they cut my phone and said we don't have have wedges and after I try second time to ring they cut again phone man rude they don't have knowledge to how I treat customer on phone 0 star I give him.

It was the best experience with colleagues

Now want a minimum of £25 for home delivery plus £3.95 delivery charge what a rip off minimum order for home delivery was much less.

If you want decent food and shobby terrible service then look no further. Prime pizza is the one for you. If they acted like the customer was paying and not begging for free food they would actually be a decent spot.

The best quality pizza in Yorkshire. These guys really are the kings of making quality delicious pizzas.

Ordered a zinger burger meal. Was rubbery and not nice. Bun was cold and hard as if it just came out the fridge. Told the guy at the till. He wasn’t too pleased to give another but when he did it tasted like the same fillet that had been refried. Burgers were not eatable. Will not be returning.

Enjoyed it 3 days in a row due to working nearby

The meal deal was amazing value for money

Grilled chicken was not the best, nasty smell comes from the bones sweating as the shop has not e moved the excess fat and skin off the chicken. Delivery is a joke, food arrives cold, never put sauces in even with big orders etc

Simply the best around we've been going here for 15+ year's and can't fault anything from the menu! Great pizza's, kebabs always bang on, curries 👌 fried chicken and wedges top draw.

The height of utter ignorance on the phone. Tried to place an order, hung up on the telephone . Won't be placing an order with them ever again.not a good way to treat customers.need to learn some common manners and etiquette.will unfortunately take my custom elsewhere.some of the staff need to get a grip on customer service.

Wow! What ignorant people these are over the telephone. I would not advise anyone to order from these people. The menu is going on the fire. Very poor service not sure how they get customers if any at all.

Consistent as always with the pizzas

We were always happy with the food, unfortunately today we get so discousting burgers with a sweet buns and gummy meat! Pizza also not same as before so disappointed

I eat out 5 times a week..I know all the takeaways in Sheffield..Prime Pizza and Grill has served food to Sheffielders and beyond for 35 years....They are the BEST and that's a known Fact in Sheffield....The food tastes great first time and every time..100% consistent..Keep up the good work guys..Thankyou..

Food was awful. It was not tasty and full of food colour. Usually even if food is not that tasty, we never throw it away. But this one we throw away everything after tasting it. Food colour was literally like Red watercolor!! Will never recommend it to ANYONE!!

Amazing Mexican garlic bread, would happily recommend as it was spicy and flavoursome. Pizza is cheesy and their sauces are delicious.

Very greasy food and too much salt

Absolutely shambolic! Waited 1h 30mins for my order. Try to call them to chase my order by using their phone line, but it keeps cutting off from their end. And the food arrived cold too. Poor customer service.

Just ordered food from here I must omit it was a bit difficult over being online. I called a person and he helped me out very good to sort it. The food was very delicious. I would definitely recommend it at 10 out of 10 and I definitely will be ordering from her again.👍👌

never again, warned family member not to order from there , chips rewarmed in a microwave , looked soggy , old , gave to fox , dismal curry , seemed like they took it out of the freezer then warmed up , order and find out , seems like the owner replies arrogantly to bad reviews , you want to be ashamed

I ordered at 9:35pm and the food did not arrive till 11:20pm, not good delivery system, they say 60 mins but they took way too long

This place used to be amazing, unfortunately its gone down hill Way overpriced Food delivery is really late, it takes around 2 hours for the food to be delivered The quality of the food is not worth the price at all Also delivery is £5 which i think is absolutely ridiculous They dont take orders over the phone anymore, its only online

Go to spot in the area. Some of the best food you will find in Sheffield, especially the Chicken and wedges. They have recently stopped taking orders over phone and made it so you have to order online which is a bit annoying. Top quality food though.

how this has a good hygiene rate is beyond me. Ordered food from here last night and not stopped with sickness and diarrhoea since, defently been given food poisoning and will never ever be ordering from here again. Stay away for your health.

Order from here all the time and that was the last time. The service is just disgusting not to add my partner got food poisoning from a pizza she ate and was throwing up most of the night.

Never generous with their portions . Ordered Garlic cheese pizza the cheese was scarce was more like a garlic pizza.

I ordered pizza but when i got pizza i said to guy give me sauce as well. He replied you need to pay 50p extra. If I ordered definitely how is it possible to eat without sauce. They just charging extra. Thats not fair. Bad experience

Be very careful Prime. Good Pizza, but we have recently noticed a significant delay in delivery. That will put off customers ordering if they want their order delivered within a reasonable timeframe. I ordered at 19:34 and the time now is 20:55 and still haven't received the order.

I always ordered from here every week and have done for years. Good quality food one of the best places for fried chicken and pizza down side is the delivery time so understandthe bad reviews but food is always fresh. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered hour ago and still my order is in preparation,never experienced any thing like that from any restaurant except of this one,when you try to talk with they act like they don’t hear

Food quality was amazing. Fresh and delicious with a lot of variety to choose from. Customer service was fantastic, they listened to what I requested and exceeded my expectations.

Took over 2 hours for the food to arrive . Kept calling and getting told different things . Still not arrived

Ordered at 19.35pm received order at 21.20pm. In between the order I rung twice at which the first occasion was told by a staff member it is enroute which was actually not the case as the second time called spoke to the manager who said its on way out now. Anyway when order finally arrived it was actually by 1 of the staff which made me think why the hell use just eat and paid £5 for delivery. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. Wish them the best but if they carry on the way they are and with the reviews not long left till they lose majority of regular customers.

Had quite a few pizzas over the years from here, usually really good quality, but this time, not so good. I won't go into detail, if the place wants to contact me I will tell them directly. However, judging by the replies to other reviews I think I will leave this place alone now, shame!!

Came last week food was okay but came cold chicken came very dry but the pizza was okay

I'm new to the erea and ordered few time we order pepperoni pizza with our food but this time its come with sweetcorn mushrooms and some green stuff and what ever else it's not what we order and it's never come like this before and he lied on phone saying it wa different place and it comes like that ima splat this review 🏘🏭🏢

They make a good pizza 🍕 but that depends who's making it from the staff, it Differs, as some time you get a really good pizza and other times is not to standard, also they don't take card payments only cash,

Nice tasting curry but some of the chicken was a bit dubious.

Got my order wrong, took extra 2 hrs get the right pizza then took the old one back so guys if you get reheated pizza you know where it came from. Rest of the food has gone cold now. Deserve minus stars

Just reading through some of the responses of the business owner speaks volumes about how they operate. Please reflect on what your customers are telling you and take it as constructive feedback rather than damaging your reputation any further.

Ordered food at 7:00 and it’s been more than two hours since I’ve ordered. Rung them and they were being disrespectful. Overall just a dead place wallah. We didn’t abuse your driver since we have camera footage and secondly you offered a £5 discount on a £45 order if we waited another 30 minutes after the two hours we waited prior. This is a different family member and it proves how pathetic you are that your trying to ring a school none of us work at.

Me and twelve other of my family members ordered at 7:00pm, two large Asian style pizzas, chicken, chips and wedges. After an hour of ordering, they said they’re on their way and it took another hour and it still wasn’t here . We called to check where the order was on which they said to me I am harassing them! They were extremely disrespectful and said it would take another half an hour and would knock £5 off our order. We were fasting and were rightfully angry that they were rude and took more than 2 and a half hours .Horrible customer service!

Absolutely awful service. Food arrived 2 hours and 40 minutes late at which point we refused to accept as would rather give our business to a more respectful and appreciative company. Customer service skills are shocking. Had the cheek to say we are harassing them for asking where our food is. 13 people fasting and still not ate because of this place. They will never get mine or anyone I know custom again. Told us driver is ‘on the way’ on three different occasions our first call being 1 hour 20 mins after the order then 2 hours then 2hour 15. Manager and staff were rude and acted entitled. Calm down you don’t work for lambo your just a pizza place. Your ratings are a joke anyway. Should have checked this before tbh. Update - your response just shows how immature you are and how little you care about customer service. Your £5 discount was pathetic just like your response. Please do call firvale and also report it to the police as I’m worried you have suffered so much. Please stop calling my family to accept your food. That is harassment.

This place is horrible. Poor time management, rude staff and immature replies to my other family member reviews. It shows the paucity of maturity within a company once their feelings are hurt.

Excellent value for money / always polite on the phone when taking the order / drivers are always polite (1st rate) Not sure what Prime has done but there has been a change in their southern fried chicken for the better - the skin is absolutely top rate with a southern fried fire 🔥 the chicken pieces are bigger and more succulent so hats off to u prime . . . Horrific and disgusting customer service! Extremely rude over phone, never been spoken too in such a ill manner! I rang in to complain about my pizza being burnt, the guy over the phone answered with ‘well it’s funny that’ and was extremely dismissive and lacking empathy…no apology at all just extremely defensive and aggressive. This place has gone down hill and I nor will anyone I know ever order from here again!! Been a customer for many many years..it’s safe to say this takeaway has fell off. 😡😡😡😡

Ordered 4 of these kebabs £16 each! Absolutely disgusting. Rang back to say how empty it is. didn’t even get a single apology, won’t be ordering from here again. Rude people! WORST TAKEAWAY ON UBER EATS - waited an hour for the food only to call them and they say it’s gonna be another HOUR! If you can’t cope with the orders then don’t take them - TOTAL TIMEWASTERS

Best way to rate this place is to quote my wife after every bite "OMG!!!!! OMR!!!!!"..... If she gives this place a pass then its way better than 5*....

Not as ordered potato wedges, they phoned to say they didn’t have any and would send chips, we said no it doesn’t matter but they sent chips anyway and charged us for wedges with no refund

Use to be regulars here for years. However over past few years both the food and the service have been dreadful. No customer service skills or empathy. Once seen a worker picking his nose and then putting the burger inside a bun?? Safe to say havent had a burger since.

The food was clock cold on arrival ,order just a pizza & kebab in which was in-complete on both & tasteless....complained to the manager & just had total abuse from him as we told him it had to go in microwave....disgusting on every level....& I will not been ever ordering from this place again & hope u all read this & do the same....

Im giving this place 4 out of 5 coz its cash payments but for the food its definitely a 5 out of 5. It was fresh sizzling hot and extremely delicious i would definitely recommend this for pizzas
