Primark Cafe with Disney in Dudley

Lovely quiet spot t eat in merry hill. For and drink was good . Aksa was lovely and did a great job , especially as she was the only person working so cope with everyone's orders

Had a lovely experience here. Ladies was very perlite. Foods was lovely and was very we'll presented. Will be going again. Can't wait for Xmas theme. 😊

Thank you Aksa for a friendly welcome and cheery service. My son and I enjoyed our food and drink. Aksa helped my identify food and drink I could have with my dairy intolerance. I thoroughly enjoyed the cinnamon cappuccino and cookies n cream cake! The cafe was very clean and well stocked too.

Good service from Aksa , bubble teas were incredible we sampled both flavours on offer very clean area loved the lion king theme, head bands were a nice touch.

The lovely and very friendly Aksa served us. She was kind and attentive to our dietary needs. My girls had an amazing time at the cafe! Thank you Aksa, and we look forward to visiting again x

I popped in today with my 11 month old son for some lunch, the lady at the till Aksa did help me at first to sort out my child's lunch box, showing me what I could pick to put in it, she then remarked that my baby girl was very cute, she then apologised as she was in fact a he, which was no problem at all, the problem was that she then helped me to my table and then continued to tell me how much my baby boy looked like a girl, even though how cute he was he looked so much like a girl and laughing about it. I know these things can happen but to continuously say it after it was corrected and an apology has been made really annoyed me. I then could over hear her speaking to her colleague again making a couple comments at how much my baby looked like a girl. I had to bite my tongue from saying something infront of my child.

Had an amazing visit to the Lion King Cafè! Sophie served us with a beaming smile and lots of kindness (poor soul was alone for the afternoon) Drinks were wonderful but the most important thing of note was the customer service. It can't be easy keeping a smile on your face in an empty place. Thank you for making the visit special. We will be back for waffles

Great theme executed perfectly. Food great but could do with more choice on the kids wraps. Staff friendly and professional (thank you Aksa). With free face painting. Well worth a visit

New, small Disney cafe added to the corner of the upper mall in primark merry hill. Limited menu, prices on par with costa but not costa quality. Daughter had the micky waffle, which to be fair was decent value if you had the drinks deal too. 2 staff on, defo not needed. They were both polite enough but forgetful. Tables, chairs and floor a disgusting mess-unacceptable really when it was quiet. I’m hoping the daughter doesn’t want to return!
