Premier Inn Tenby Town Centre in Pembrokeshire

Is this the dirtiest Premier Inn in the UK? Inside normal Premier Inn standard but outside is absolutely discussing and a blight on Tenby. See photo.

Very clean & tidy. Staff were exceptionally helpful

Great hotel in the centre of town

Brilliant location and fantastic staff. The meal deal was great value. The concrete pillows were the only downside!

Absolutely fantastic stay, the service was fantastic and so helpful. They were very helpful with my gluten allergy, even made sure breakfast was safe with me, showed me all the allergens etc through their book so ended up having a fantastic breakfast with gluten free bread, even toasted it in a dedicated gluten free toaster and made sure I was fully aware it was only dedicated gluten free as it was in the kitchen away from cross contamination. Hash browns was cooked separately in the oven as they don't use a fryer. Was so good we even had food in the evening, they do not have gluten free buns however I still had a lovely starter and a great meal, very helpful with a good choice as a lot of places in Tenby that do cater gluten free was closed for the winter or alot of places didn't cater well. (I will recommend highly Fuchsia cafe which is right across the road from the hotel, they have a good gluten free selection for breakfast and brunch). The only let down was our room. The one part the ceiling seemed out of place and the fan, even when off or not used at all, was going on through out the night but it sounded like it was faulty because it sounded like a hoover going off all night but like it was in the background. Nothing was too much to ask of though, service was our main highlight of the hotel, will be back definitely. We used the car park which was only 5 minutes away right next to sainsbury, long stay 24 hours was only £3.

The staff are brilliant, probably the friendliest most helpful staff I've come across. Great location, very good breakfast, they asked about allergies and immediately offered gluten free toast. Picture is from around the corner.

Ok hotel, however I was charged twice for my booking which is ridiculous.

Super location, decent carpark and staff are really on point. Breakfast good too. Only thing against is the room, mine was showing real signs of being outdated and tired. The heater/speaker/extractor was like a swiss cow bell going off through a sound system. 😁

Great staff and great location. The girls on reception were really helpful and had good local knowledge. Breakfast was lovely and the room was decent. We'd definitely stay again.

Great location, usual modern Premier Inn, rooms are starting to show their age a little bit, bit nothing major. Good clean room with nice comfy bed. Breakfast was to a good and as expected standard. Location was amazing right in the middle of Tenby could have been better! Park is right behind the hotel at £8 per 24 hours

Love a preimer Inn. Plenty parking out back 10 quid for 24hr. No sea views but yiur at tenby for outside space

5* review for Jay from the bar/restaurant. We visited Tenby last year & Jay welcomed us with warmth and kindness towards us and our son. Because of him we returned tonight & yet again his customer service was above and beyond. He is the most polite & friendly young man. His origami skills are amazing & my son was blown away. He deserves recognition for being such a hard worker. Thank you for making our evening even more special.

Very helpful staff and a great nights sleep. Only a 1 minute walk from sea views - brilliant.

The prem plus rooms are worth the extra for the fridge

The venue is excellent for the town centre. The staff are all fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Best Premier breakfast ever - and I have stayed in a lot of Premiers!

We have never stated here. But we love the atmosphere in the bar, it's homely and the staff are really helpful. Have been here several times over the year's.
