Poké Shack - Acton in Ealing

Really delicious. Ordered for delivery the bone broth and loved it. Had a lot of tender meat in it too. Also the poke was so fresh and scrumptious. Will order again.

Omg! Just ordered a poke bowl and some prawn gyoza from this place and they got a new client already. I had to stop eating to post this. My ordered arrived with a lovely note which by the taste it was indeed made with love and I am indeed enjoying it a lot. Thank you so much. The portion is generous. 10/10

The food is quite good but their services via deliveroo is inadequate. Firstly they are cheeky about their prices. Sometimes when browsing without logging in there is a discount, but after you log in the discount is no longer there! They also claim to be already preparing your food immediately after the order goes through so you can't cancel it on the portal.I made a mistake and tried to contact them but the number only took me to deliveroo, and after deliveroo eventually talked to them the food was already made and they couldn't change anything. Not very helpful. I've contacted other restaurants on deliveroo and was usually able to talk to the restaurant directly.

Amazing place with incredibly delicious food. Don't think I've received customer service this good and this personalised. It felt as if the food was tailored to me specifically and they were beyond generous with their portion sizes! A place that is this giving deserves the outstanding reviews and deserves more custom. Will be back, several times. Thank you 😍

This is the best Poke House in West London! The poke bowls are so good it's like you're in Hawaii 🌺! Definitely recommend this place, solid food, very friendly and efficient food! Love it! Thanks for the delicious food as always!
