Pizzarama in Omagh

Disappointed with our pizza today. All 4 pizzas had burnt crusts and the base was quite hard. Can't fault the toppings as there were plenty, and the service was ok, but i don't think we'll be back.

Visited a couple of Friday nights ago, was an absolute disaster. Far too many people being served and staff were completely overwhelmed. We ordered four pizzas, two medium two small for our children. 35 minutes later the first pizza arrived followed by one at a time until they were all on the table. The daughters small pizza was so badly burnt that she only ate the topping. My pizza was terrible, I lifted a slice and a curdled mess slid straight off into a heap. The BBQ sauce was watery. I asked a waitress to return the pizza and I got laughed at as they thought I was joking. I found this highly unprofessional considering the lengthy wait. Then another pizza arrived that we hadn't ordered, we politely informed them it wasn't ours. It just cemented the fact they were badly organised and overwhelmed. Final insult was at the till to be presented with a bill for £55, which when the itemised receipt was produced, it was apparent that there was food on our bill that wasn't ours. In credit to the manager the bill was sorted out with a small wait. All in all we won't be back, which is a shame as we have had several meals inside and takeaway on many occasions but this has really tarnished our view of Pizzarama.

For over 20 years, my family and I have traveled more than 45 minutes to savor the irresistible pizzas from Pizzarama. We've sampled pizzas across the States, Italy, and all over the UK, but none compare to the mouthwatering taste of Pizzarama's. It's a wonderfully run family business with incredibly accommodating staff. I simply can't find a fault with this place. 10/10

Do not recommend, there are better pizza places in Omagh with more professional service. My mum ordered 3 pizzas for delivery, as she was not well and my dad had come in from work 12 hours straight. After one hour of waiting for delivery two of the pizzas were badly burnt. Not a little but the hole entire crust round the 2 pizzas. Again they weren't burnt around the edge but nearly 1inch deep was burnt black. My mum phoned for 2 replacement pizzas but was met by hostile and sarcastic staff. After challenging my mum they stated the delivery driver would have to come out to collect the pizzas, they would consider at Pizzarama if replacement pizzas could be issued. When asking if the replacements could come out with the driver when they were collecting, this was declined by Pizzarama staff. This would have resulted in over an another hour waiting time. When asking for a refund, to order somewhere else again this was refused without someone coming to collect the pizzas for them to review back at the establishment. The staff were very ignorant by talk about my mum to other staff loudly whilst she was still on the phone. My mum asked why the burnt pizzas were put out for delivery in there state and my mum was met by challenge again by the staff. My mum told them to forget it and they would cut of the burnt pizza to eat what was left. This is unacceptable, when ordering pizza you expect the food to be fully eatable. No-one should ever experience this. For a family run business I am disgusted this is how my family were treated. Pizzarama management need to look into their pizza cooking standards and what they think is acceptable cooking and their staff conduct as they need to work on their custom service skills which they are clearly lacking. It is understandable their are policies in place but there was no need for the way my mum was spoken to or treated. Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to upload photos which is a real shame!!

Order 3 pizza's and got 2 Brunt out of the 3. Rang them and asked did they not notice they were burnt before they put them in the box.. Why would you send pizza that is burnt out to be delivered.... Waited over an hour for them to be delivered so it wasn't that they were rushed....

What's happening to pizzarama,really loved their pizzas,but now 2 times in a row,we got a completely burnt pizza,such a shame...very disappointed :/

Simply the best pizza in the world

Have been visiting family for Christmas, during the month lead up to coming over they would constantly talk about this place and boy were they correct to do so. Some of the best pizza I have ever had. So if you're in the area you should definitely pop in because the pizzas are simply amazing.

Excellent stone baked pizza with plenty of toppings to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re dining in, plan ahead and try for off peak hours because of limited seating. They have other offerings such as brownies, ice cream, and shakes.

Five stars isn't enough for this place. I come home from England once a year purely for a pizzarama and then I see the family after

Great pizza, from the bases to the toppings, everything was delicious. Plenty of seating, booths and tables, service was good and everything was fresh cooked and exceptional. My only regret is we didn't have time to visit a second time.

The first pizza shop in Omagh and one of the nicest pizza places in the town. Always a great atmosphere, fond memories and fantastic food. I definitely recommend the pizzarama special and homemade coleslaw.

Lovely restaurant, very efficient service, polite staff, great pizza, we had Pizzarama special. Sadly though, we were not asked for proof of vaccination and the staff did not wear masks. Sorry to say I will not be back while simple covid prevention rules are not being applied.

Went in tonight for a feed with my husband. We sat at the first booth right in front of the lady making the pizzas and the young girl serving. We sat for at least 10 mins and no-one acknowledge our presence, not a hello or even an I'll be with you now, or even eye contact!! we got the impression we were an annoyance even being there, so we got up and walked out and went to another pizza place in town. It was like night and day, as soon as we walked through the door we were greated and seated. I have always enjoyed pizzaramas pizza but I feel that the owners must be losing alot of business simply down to bad service. The table we sat at wasn't even clean. The last few times I've been with friendd as well at least one part if not multiple parts of our order was wrong they always seem like they are understaffed, and the staff they have don't seem to have any customer service skills. Disappointing as we won't be back. Simply not good enough when there are so many places to eat now in omagh

This is a really nice Pizza place in Omagh. I have been here a number of times over the years and everytime i have enjoyed a nice meal. Will certainly return again in the future.

Toppings on pizza just ran off base when I picked it up as the base was ‘floppy’ even though it was slightly burnt in places. Staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful when I was ordering but never returned to see if I was satisfied with my meal or if I wanted another drink. Seats very hard and uncomfortable at the back of the restaurant. CCTV camera active but I couldn’t see any signs advising of same. I was later made aware that the ‘boss’ would have been watching from home. Had nicer pizza from grocery store deep freezers. Will never return.

Out for an evening walk, and meandered too far, leaving it too late to cook. Every cloud has a silver lining, as I discovered this little gem. Lovely pizza to go.

This place is open for as long as I remember. In fact, I remember going the first time, amazing pizza then, amazing pizza now. period. We dropped in for a quick dinner last week and had lovely pepperoni pizza and followed up by a cheeky dessert. Still as good as the first day.

Been here and it is lovely for pizza well worth a visit and remember that it is closed on a Sunday...

We arrived on a cold wintery night and it was quiet, we got parked right outside. Inside we were greeted by a friendly waitress who showed us to a choice of tables. We made our choices from the menu and settled back to wait, the Pizza's arrived piping hot and smelling delicious we couldn't wait to get tucked in.. yum yum, absolutely gorgeous there wasn't much left on our plates..(only small tiny fault it was a little burnt around the edge). We were full to capacity so we didn't take desserts, although there was a tempting choice.

This has the best pizza I have ever had. Just go and get some would ye. Aboulty amazing. Especially the smell.

Me and my girlfriend have loved this place and been going for years but standards have dropped massively. We are never ones to complain but tonight was just so bad. We ordered 3 pizzas and 3 desserts to take away. When we arrived they had the pizzas sat waiting but had forgotten about the desserts so by the time they had done them pizza was sat there 10 minutes. They were stone cold by the time we got them home. We ordered and paid for 2 garlic dips but found only one in the bag and don't get me started on the portion of ice cream with the dessert. After phoning up to complain the manager simply said 'are the pizzas not cold because its cold outside? ' .they offered us one free pizza even though our whole meal was ruined. Been going for years but standards have dropped massively. Shocking.Will not return.

Called in with the kids on a Friday restaurant was busy seating can be sparse. Pizza was nice though can be burned around the edges. On the whole not bad but seating cramped

We called in yesterday on a wet evening we were just passing through Omagh. The restaurant mainly serves pizza and baked potatoes. The pizza was delicious, great choice of toppings and so reasonable. Drinks were also a good price. Staff were nice too!

Llamé a pizzarama anoche con mi hija y pedimos dos pizzas - dijo la camarera nos gustaría menos queso y salsa extra en ellos. . . 3 veces en realidad ya había previamente ordenados comida para llevar en mi última visita hace 6 meses y les gustaría malo que hay en mí agrupamiento resultante. . .

Llamado para pizza por primera vez en 2 años después de mi novio diciendo cómo la comida era excelente. Claramente tanto mi memoria o la administración ha disminuido rápidamente, ya que el servicio fue sorprendentemente espantoso. Reconozco que era una época con estudiantes en el almuerzo, pero cuando llegamos estaba relativamente vacío, pero la comida no estaba lista para las edades. A pesar de ir y preguntar varias veces fue nuestra comida preparada como de docenas de personas que llegaron después que nosotros tenía su comida, nadie hizo ningún esfuerzo para ver a mi obvio visage nada contenta. Tuve que pedir varias veces para nuestros dos pizzas, y cuando finalmente llegamos, no estaban en el tamaño que pedimos. Después de quejarnos, un trabajador hizo de nuevo nuestras pizzas y todavía no eran del tamaño justo después de que el tamaño correcto manifestado originalmente ordenados. Servicio de atención al cliente era horrible. Gestión claramente han perdido en un factor clave en la satisfacción del cliente al tratar de hacer dinero de las multitudes de niños de escuela en el almuerzo. La calidad de la comida muy por debajo.

Solía parar en Omagh semanalmente a visitar esta tienda de pizza, que a lo largo de los años ha sido fantástica con un montón de muchachos que siempre bienvenida yo y mi esposa a visitar. No habiendo visitado en más de un año pensaba que...

Seguimos regresando. Es tan razonable y fantástico para los niños. El lugar es muy concurrido en un sábado pero aún así tomado rápidamente

Cayó en aquí para el almuerzo con mi esposa en un capricho. Es un lugar modesto, sin pretensiones y aunque lleno los asientos cabina significa que ajenos a qué está pasando mientras comes. La pizza era verdaderamente fantástica, la base cocinada a la perfección absoluta - fresco, bien alimentado y muy sabroso. Las coberturas son de usted y ninguno de los que elegimos fallaron. Incluso nos dieron las anchoas, lo que es una pena no ver a más menús de pizza (si te encanta el salado pequeñas cosas como no). El servicio fue rápido, amable y atento, aunque el lugar estaba lleno de mermelada.

Un buen sitio, la única crítica sería que las bases están un poco exageradas (quemada) que quizás la mayoría de la gente como ellos como eso! Recomendado!

Proper pizza, very nice base but can sometimes be a tad over done ( maybe a little brown for me). Place has a nice feel about, booths give it an American type appeal. Great selection if toppings and lovely desserts. Comfy and casual, good service. No chips , but it's a pizza joint and I don't have a problem with that. Place is busy at times , a good sign. First class....

Para mi un buen sitio para sentarse i comer una pizza simple y de buena calidad. Esta vez fue solo para llevar, aunque no es mi sitio favorito para take away, lo seria si no fuese porque les gusta quemar un poquito demasiado los bordes. Batidos tremendos, no sirven alcohol pero puedes llevar tus propias botellas.

Ok, maybe it's just me but i don't think the base of a freshly cooked pizza should be crispy and or burnt, as well as noticeable grease excess on my delicious toppings. I didn't much care to have to be constantly cleaning charcoal off of my fingers as well as the shere amount of napkins necessary for cleanup, I understand that party food is allowed to be messy but this was a little much. On the other hand, my minor disguist for the sloppyness of my meal was out-weighed by my love and appreciation for the deliteful service with a smile, their genuine can do attitude really made my night, it really is what I needed after I was let go from my job that afternoon.

Always busy at Pizzarama, but no-one seems to mind when pizzas being cooked freshly, before your eyes. Staff are lovely

usually burnt food is hard or chrispy not here they just pour more oil on it to soften it . they got the toppings wrong then they blamed me and asked would it not do me alright, then someone entered the place with their wrong order. they refused to replace that persons order and mine the other persons pizza started to fall through the box they got angry and told us to get out or they would phone the police and said they have been good costomers of ours for 25 years we left 12 pounds out of pocket.

Pizzarama is an Omagh instruction. It is without doubt my favourite place to eat - the pizzas are fantastic and so cheap. It is always extremely busy though so best to book.

Been visiting Pizzarama for years as it is my local pizza place. Sometimes they have a tendency to burn the base but other than that its a good place for a pizza.

After a 30 min wait and watching all the staff having long group huddles my pizza was placed in its box, the very young assistant attempted to remove some of the burnt crust but then proceeded to box and hand to me. £13 she said and I opened the box and asked her would she eat this severely burnt pizza, no she said do you want me to get another, I did not have the time...I asked to speak to a manager but surprise there was none so I asked for a number to contact someone and was given a mobile that goes straight to VM but still no returned calls. I attempted to eat some of it but it resembled the cardboard packaging more than a pizza..see pics shortly before I put in the one place it was fit for..never again...any wonder they now down to a 6 day week i see a shorter one coming soon unless they get their cooking skills perfected.

The open hatch style kitchen allows you to see the large pizza oven and pizzas cooking while you wait. Very reasonably priced and super selection of toppings. Fresh hot tasty Italian pizza cooked in Omagh.

pizza is saggy, dirty plates, workers are not nice atall .. will never go back, dissapointed, also really small theres never any seats, especially when i live far away i come into omagh get food never any seats left terible

We crave this pizza and visit whenever we're in the area. Great treat for kids, we love the milkshakes and lunchtimes are amazingly quick, even when they're busy.

My boyfriend & I went here recently & it never disappoints. It is really good value. We love the cheesy garlic bread pizza style & their pizzas are gorgeous & you have to have the chocolate brownie when you visit Pizzarama - it really is gorgeous.

Visited here on Sunday, looking forward to it as the front looks great.Unfortunately the same can't be said about the food.Service is haphazard, once given the menus we were asked after 30 seconds what we wanted. When the food came out it was 1 item at a time with minute gap between.Garlic bread 4 pieces, dry and tasteless. Baked potato bland.And the pizza (in pic) BURNT, the cook must be a novice to make such an inexperienced mistake!

Lovely pizzas tasty and fabulous selection of toppings. Deserts are really tasty too,with homemade apple pie . friendly staff and a great service .

Excellent restaurant on Campsie road! Pizzas are to die for and a lot of selection on the toppings available to order, one bit of advice - you have to order a milkshake - they are amazing!!!! seating arrangements and interior are amazing and really add to the warm atmosphere created by the staff (with the help of the low dim lights!)

Absolutely love this place. I take my kids all the time and it never fails. Even when busy we never have long to wait. And the food is great. Wud be gud if all food could come out at once tho...some of us are half way thru pizzas before the rest arrives and also the baked potatoes need to be changed, they are in edible.

We visited here on a sunday evening with our two kids first time in a long time couldnt get over how busy it was but that can only be a good sign. Food was slow coming by very tasty kids really enjoyed it waitress was pleasant and efficient. No complaints have no doubt we will return.

This place has been making Pizza for over 20yrs, it's as good today as it was in 1995 when I was a student . Great thin base and just the right amount of cheese and beautiful homemade coleslaw

Would go all the time, it's cheap. Can be busy but the staff will tell you how long the wait is and you can reserve tables. Love their salami pizza which is not always available. Suits bringing children too. Great banana splits.

My Partner and I took my daughter here earlier this evening. The tables had to be cleaned after we had sat down. The free WiFi ad at the front was lies and when we asked for crayons and something for my. 2.5 year old to draw on we were told they pencils were blunt.I ordered a small pepperoni for my daughter the vegetarian for my fiancee and the special for myself.We were starving.The vegetarian in all fairness was decent only slightly charred. My daughter's pizza was burnt around the outside the cheese was black nowhere near golden brown. As we I didn't want my daughter waiting any longer for her food I asked for a side plate so that I could seperate what was inedible from the rest. I mentioned that the pizza was burnt to one of the teenage waitresses and she replied "that's just how the cheese melts."My pizza came out and every bit of pepperoni that was on it was burnt. I was so hungry I nearly went ahead and ate it as I'm not that hard to satisfy when it comes to fast food.However, it was inedible. I asked one of the guys to make me another as this one was burnt I asked him did he not agree and he said " no this is not burnt, not by our standards". (Whatever that means I still don't know). I thought to myself maybe these guys aren't hearing me , he honestly thought there was nothing wrong with a black pizza. So I stepped into the kitchen and said " hey if you can't cook a pizza that's charred then don't bother as I don't want one." The guy said there wouldn't be a problem with the next one.When it was ready he displayed another pizza that was still burnt but just not as bad as the last one and asked was this ok.I told him that I didn't want one to forget about it instead of repeating myself again.When I went to pay they had the audacity to try and charge me for my pizza. I paid without realizing I had paid for the one not consumed and after reading the reciept I walked back in and asked for the money for the special pizza to be returned to me straight away.The guy tried to argue with me again saying he had worked there a long time (I don't know what constitutes a long time to this guy- maybe he's been there since he was 10 or something) his attitude was disgusting he swore at me and I had to check him about his language.I reminded him that he was lucky he was getting paid for my daughter's pizza. As I left he said see you again, to which I replied that he would not and then he replied back "hopefully not" - haha.I told him not to worry I'd write a wee review on this.A crash course in pizza making and customer service would go down a treat among these juveniles.* I will note however that we had ate here a before and it was tasty.

Being relatively local we have visited pizzarama many times and have never been disappointed. I’m not a huge fan of pizza and to be honest pizzarama pizza are the only ones I would eat – my wife however is crazy for pizza and agrees there is nowhere like pizzarama – it’s not expensive and the food has always been good, both when we have sat in or taken away.Give it a go if you are craving a pizza

Firstly, i must say i have been going here on and off for over 25 years and on most occasions the food has been great. Perfectly thin and crispy pizzas, beautiful tomato base. 90% of the time this would have been ordered and picked up. We decided on this occasion to go in and enjoy the pizza in the restaurant. Never again. The service when walked in was quite poor and unprofessional with the staff not really knowing what to say or where to put you. The tables were not cleaned, however it was fairly busy and the staff were young so that was OK. We ordered our pizzas and mine arrived first. My husband and i were stunned the crust was black and the pizza was soggy everywhere else. I mean it was burnt black and was inedible. When the waitress retruned with my husbands it was the same. We said to her and she said - do you want me to replace and we said yes. We could then see though the hatch various members of staff coming over and looking at, feeling and discussing the pizza. The manager/owner/chef - unsure which - came over and said the pizza was fine (at this stage some of the crust had been chipped off - the remainder was still black. We said - sorry - we love pizzas here normally but this was inedible - he continued to say - just try it, just try it. Eventually he realised that we were not going to try it - mainly becuase it was inedible but at this stage everyone had poked and prodded it - including him when he kept lifiting it to tell us to try it! He refused to change it and i said well - i am not recooking it and thats that - thats the way we serve it. He was rude thorughout. I am so disappointed as this was my favourite pizza place and i will not return. Poor food, terrible customer ervice. Disappointing.

Had a number of takeaway pizzas from here before and is my husband's favourite pizza place. Ate in on this occasion and pizza just as good. Service was ok but a number of dirty tables so we had to ask for someone to clean. Always a good choice of toppings, great value and easy menu to navigate. Happy customers once again!

Ordered take away from this place it used to be good but recently it seems it's went badly downhill. Asked for various toppings didn't get them but got charged for them the pizza arrived quickly but I wish it hadn't arrived at all.The pizza was burned beyond edible missing half of what I asked for and the base was a greasy soggy mess. When I phoned to complain the staff were rude and unhelpful.Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, I won't be back!

A must if you are looking for somewhere to have food with friends. Location is great for the middle of the town.

Old faithful pizzarama. Favourite pizza place in town, no doubt about it. Price wise it is extremely reasonble. Plenty of toppings, sides, drinks and desserts to choose from. Try their milkshakes- absolutely gorgeous! Yes, the pizzas can be a little over done from time to time, but personally I don't mind.
