Delicious meal! We thought the servings might be small on the fixed price 2 and 3 course pre theater menus - but that aren’t! Unfortunately most of us couldn’t finish our delicious meals because we were stuffed! Wonderful food, service, atmosphere, everything! Just be sure to come with a big appetite and bring your own bottle of wine if you want that as they are BYOB.

So glad I booked this restaurant for my husbands birthday during our short trip to belfast. The food was beautiful, the best meal we've had in a long time. I had the chicken supreme, and my husband had the steak (which was cooked to perfection). Lovely desserts too. The restaurant is a BYO and we paid £5.50 for corkage for a bottle of wine. Friendly service, would highly recommend you won't be disappointed!

We ate here as a family of 5. We picked this restaurant because of the reviews on line, and it did not disappoint. The food was exceptional. The the atmosphere is cozy, and staff are very friendly and welcoming. A hidden gem in Belfast. My only complaint is that our stay in Belfast isn’t longer. We would’ve been back again to try more dishes on the menu.

So pleased we listened to the reviews of this lovely restaurant. The staff, food, all amazing, from the goats cheese fritters to the chilli squid , from the fab seafood risotto to the salmon, and the veggie Thai curry, all delicious.....ate as a family of four grown ups. Desserts too , only positive comments . Staff very kind and very efficient. Had a wonderful chat with Ashi, the manager, after service, great to exchange views and to compliment the chef too. BYOB a plus, but not the reason to book here , book for the food! Would definitely recommend this lovely restaurant if you are in the area. Rick Stein has eaten here. Thank you Ashi and team!

Hope Street restaurant is a hidden gem in Belfast. We have been going there regularly for several years, not just because it is BYO but also because there is an excellent choice on the menu, the food is superb and there is a great atmosphere there. The husband and wife who run it work very hard and are always so friendly. We have had large groups of friends and families there for birthdays and a graduation and we had great nights there So it is a restaurant we will continue to go to. We highly recommend it.

Five of us went for a Mothers day meal The food was delicious,no complaints at all , we had the pre theatre menu ,lots of choice, we brought our own wine. The waiter was really friendly. We will definitely book with this lovely restaurant again Thank you 😋

Had a great experience at Hope Street Restaurant for Mother's Day. Ordered the Thai Beef starter and 10oz Steak main and they were cooked perfectly and the taste was outstanding.

Disappointing. The pizza was almost cold by the time it arrived. The toilets were filthy, that's always a bad sign. The waitress stood at the opposite end of the table when she was taking my order and had to ask about 3 times what it was...

Great place. Staff friendly and food fantastic. 1st time I had been. I would advise booking as very busy. Its BYO drink as well. Great choice on menu. Will definitely be back.

We were craving pizzas and came across Pizza Punks! Great spot and super welcoming for kids. Pizzas were delicious and came out fast! Service was fabulous!

I recently dined at Hope Street Restaurant in Belfast, UK, and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was charming, with warm lighting and cozy seating. The Caprese salad I ordered was fresh and bursting with flavor, a perfect balance of tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. The food was very reasonably priced and incredibly delicious!!! The waitstaff was prompt and on top of clearing the table after every course as well as making sure we were taken care of even when the restaurant was packed on a Saturday night! Highly recommend if you are in Belfast city centre!! Would go back over and over to try the different dishes! The Cod bites for a starter were outstanding!! And the Chili Beef was Devine! 5 out of 5 stars in every respect!! 🤟🤟💯💯🐐🐐🐐

Had a great valentines night out and the staff were so friendly - my wife left her glasses but we had to fly back next morning before they reopened- they posted them to us in England at their expense - not only a great place to eat but fab staff!

Hidden gem Stopped in for a meal with a bunch from work. It was a quieter atmosphere that we had thought,but we were blown away by the quality of the food served. No one left hungry,and the prices were more than reasonable. Immaculate service as well. Don't miss out on this one. Be warned though, no liquor license, so no beer with the meal if that's what you're after.

Came across this restaurant while on a day trip to Belfast. Food was really good quality. My girlfriend an I went for their Monday deal, 2 pizza’s & 2 drinks for £26. The pizzas are a large size, definitely value for money. Our server Sean was great too.

The pizza was great :) and we had Rebecca as a server and she made us feel very relaxed and helped us out whenever we needed definitely would recommend this place as it’s one of the first restaurants I’ve been to in Belfast

Really good pizza and beer. Love that you can put as many topping on as you want for the same price. My only gripe is the 10% gratuity put on the bill. Its not america folks! I would never leave 8 quid for a tip even if I was getting unbelievable service. The service here was the weakest part of the restaurant. Had to chase after dips and drinks. Hear me right, it's not terrible service it's just fairly laid back. But for that you cannot expect 10% tip folks.it would put me off I'll be honest.

Dined in as a family of 4. It was a nice experience but a bit too extravagant and romantic for children, however aside from that everything was perfect. As for the food, I had a 2 course meal for around 27 pounds, and it consists as a wide variety of desserts, mains and starters. For my main, I ate chicken with a delicous sauce accompanied with potatoes. As my starter, I ordered the Ceasar Salad loaded with mayonaisse 😅. It was ok, but because of the standart of the other food, I would recommend something else. The dessert however was exquisite as shown on the picture. In general, all plates were abundant and presented beautifully. Overall, great time 😄

What a beautiful place to eat! Visited the restaurant on saturday evening and it did not dissappoint! The food was exceptional 🥰 would highly recommend the salmon😋 dish. Had a nice meal at Pizza Punks. The food was very flavorful and we especially enjoyed the Mexican Pizza. The staff wasn’t the friendliest but overall we had a good time.

We headed out for dinner for my birthday and from the moment we walked in the staff were very attentive, the atmosphere warm and friendly and the food was fantastic. We opted for the a la carte menu which had a great selection of courses to choose from. The Thai chilli beef starter and brisket of beef main were exceptional. I fancied something not too sweet for dessert so decided on the lemon posset which was so creamy and light after the beef main. We could not fault the food or service. We will definitely be back!

I've been to this place loads of times and introduce new friends all the time. I've never had a bad experience. The staff are lovely, the food is delicious and the prices are really reasonable. It's BYO for the most part but, check their website or Facebook to see if they sell what you want to drink because you can't bring what they already have. It's less than 5 minutes from the International Youth Hostel,, Holiday Inn, Hampton by Hilton, Etap,The Europa and Fitzwilliam so if you're staying in any of these places and you're thinking about eating somewhere else, you should definitely give this place a go. You'll be given a really warm welcome.

Had Christmas dinner there, just ok. Corkage charges are a lot as well as the service charge. Probably better off going to licensed restaurant. Staff friendly and efficient. The restaurant area was kept clean and tidy.Table was for 12 people but was very cramped with not much elbow room. Toilet arrangement could be better also. Won’t be rushing back to be honest.

Fabulous food at a great price. Always busy but the service is prompt and friendly. It's a bring-your-own, and there is a small corkage charge( which they waived for us even though we were 40 mins late due to belfast's terrible taxi availability). They do mixers and soft drinks and you can get an Irish coffee at the end. The main thing is the quality of the food. Excellent!

Fantastic. Just fantastic. I haven't had better sea bass anywhere. The garlic potatoes had oodles of garlic butter. The Thai beef was an excellent starter. I also tried the fish cakes and pork, delicious. Serving sizes were generous, staff were very attentive, menu was well priced. AND it's byob. Nothing bad to say about it. Great night out.

We were a large party of 20 for dinner. I had never been but heard good things but was worried as some restaurants struggle with large groups but it didn't disappoint. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the service was excellent and the food was amazing, everyone at our table commented on how delicious it was. 4 The pizzas could have been left in the oven another 6min as they were a bit doughy and wet. The cubano needs to be redesigned to be more firm and the quality of the pork needs to have less fat and more meat.

Rihanna was great! Food- Loved the crusts. Pizza, garlic bread all yummy. (Ranch is not what an American would consider a ranch, but a thick dip that was good with the garlic bread.). Coconut mojito is the way to go.
