While it's fairly pricey, this pizza is hands-down the best pizza in Northern Ireland. Friendly staff, both front and back of house, and great atmosphere.

Visited tonight as we were having a few drinks nearby. We booked table about an hour before and didn’t have an issue. Dough ball starters were lovely and huge portions. Pepperoni pizza was really good. Pesto chicken was okay. Margherita was nice enough. The service was friendly in general but when we asked for a garlic bread as a main pizza we were told no. So we ordered a garlic flat bread pizza as a main which was fine for them to do. The funny thing is it was a garlic bread pizza just chopped up so was a bit random they couldn’t accommodate. And actually ended up being cheaper for us… The place itself is a bit dirty and unclean. It was all a bit grimy. Our table was right beside the toilet and the door into the kitchen where you could see random products. Also, by the till there were pizza boxes on the floor that kept getting kicked and stood on and no one moved them. Decent pizza but the place itself wasn’t very nice.

Great night. Called in during the terrible weather for the first but certainly not the last time. Met by one of the friendly staff, who I only found out was in fact the owner. We had no booking and immediately welcomed in and high chair brought to the table for myself, wife and child. Dough balls, pepperoni/ mushroom pizza along with recommendation for the wine (Rioja), could not have asked for a better last minute and not organised dinner and evening out. Michael’s ears are burning today with recommendations to family and friends and although he has no taste in football teams, he certainly makes up for everything with the food, wine entertainment/ craic at his restaurant. Such a family friendly location on Lisburn road and really good night.

Service excellent, casual but attentive. The food itself is fresh, tasty and we will definitely be going back. Just a polite notice. The toilets do need a clean (floor and skirtings dirty). Also the pizza boxes on the floor in the corridor next to the toilet was a bit off-putting.

Went there Thursday 02/11/23 . Terrible food - very limited menu . Pizza base wet and doughy . Service terrible only one waitress and she clearly couldn’t cope. Ther place needs a good deep clean . And to crown it all its cheap / in fact it’s expensive given the very poor quality of the food . I will never darken its doors again .

First time being here, booked it instead of the centre of Belfast as easier to get parked. Was with friend's, table for 6. As soon as we arrived inside we were looked after the whole time, as well as the other people there dining, We had a bit of craic with the staff and managers too, food was excellent especially the Pulled Pork pizza 😋 drinks came quickly and dessert were top. Definitely can recommend will be back. Thanks 👍

Very friendly staff, nice music and really good pizza with great toppings, not too much, not too little. Not much more to say than that.

The manager: Guys, how to we make more money on customers' backs? Rest of staff: Here's an idea, let's add a 10% surcharge on top of the already expensive pizza and be fake polite until we slap it on the bill. Though the food and atmosphere is nice, there are more or less 10 similar pizza places in the area so this was the last time they're seeing me or my friends. Given that it's not widely popular it felt like I was doing them a favour by dining there, but the service charge on top of prices that clearly included staff wages was too much.

Great food but terrible service. Lovely wood fired pizza. The garlic flatbread (a whole pizza) is delicious. Generous toppings and pretty much faultless food. The service is another thing. Frustrating watching 3 waitresses ignore tables and huddle chatting throughout our visit. We had to get up twice and ask them. We weren't alone. It was only half full, well staffed but honestly the staff were on a night out not at work! Of course we had to get up to get our bill and pay too. Shame, because the food brings people in who are prepared to tolerate such poor service.

We booked the pizza truck today for a work event and all I can say is WOW! Catering to 400 people the workers couldn't have been better. Such a friendly, amazing group of people who I would happily use again in a heartbeat. If you haven't tried their pizza you are missing out! Every single pizza cooked to perfection.

Attended a friend's 50th recently Excellent pizzas even the salads tasted super. Food served hot, lots of it and so very tasty. Service was excellent and at all times staff were attentive, friendly and on the ball. Highly recommend and I will be back.

Excellent pizzeria and very popular in Belfast. An Italian would have a coronary at the prices. Four euro at IL Lago in Gargnano or Pizzeria Sant’Ercolano in Maderno (check my reviews). The pizzas are to Italian standard and the service is excellent. The lady at the table beside us sent hers back because the crust was slightly burnt but that’s how it’s served in Italy. In Belfast they like their spaghetti soggy never mind Al Dente. Worth a visit unless you’re an Italian tourist as you may need pronto soccorso.

This was our first visit but our friends are frequent fliers here. There is not a lot to say except that the service was friendly and attentive and the pizzas were just what we like. They are genuinely wood fired which gives them that very slightly smokey taste and the base was really thin - almost as thin as a flat bread. If we are ever back in Belfast, we will come back here.

Got takeaway and pizza seems under cooked. Soggy crust and base with half melted cheese and no rocket Prices on website NOT correct. I paid £4:50 more that I realised. Called in and staff advised prices have gone up

Ashamed to say first time here! Wow we really have been missing out. Fabulous flavoursome food. Pizzas are unbelievably good. Salads excellent. Will definitely be returning. Special shout out to Michael the owner. Lovely guy who speaks to customers and is passionate about what he does. Really excellent waitress Catherine, helpful and great personality. All the staff were lovely. Had a fantastic night!!

I'm yet to find better pizza in Belfast! Lovely neapolitan style pizza with puffy crust but light and easy to digest. Aldo is a great pizza chef! As an Italian, simply loving it.

Dropped in, excellent waitress, fabulous pizza. I had the Portavogie Prawn and my son had Margherita with Parma Ham. Will return!

Amazing food and amazing service. We visited on a bank holiday and they were super busy and way understaffed, but despite this everything was great!!! Drinks were good, pizza was great and the staff was very accommodating! Highly recommended. Visit this place when you’re in Belfast.

Was in Belfast for the day a stopping in for dinner on the way back to Dublin. Food was perfect, both pizzas were cooked beautifully. The staff was so genuinely friendly and accommodating. All of this really lead to a wonderful night out.

Loved the food. Ask them to make you a calzone. It's not on the menu. So delicious and nice, big portions. The salads are amazing as well. The owner is very nice and our server Courtney was a delight. Lastly, the decor, music and atmosphere are sublime.

Great food, great service. This is our third time to eat here, and it’s such a welcoming place. The waiter who had served us last time too is great. My son wanted a slushy (which they don’t do) but as it wasn’t too busy, he went and crushed some ice to make his coke into a slushy, such a nice touch and greatly appreciated!

Struggled to get a booking for the family near to where we were staying, the Belfast Wood Fires Pizza Co. Fit us in for 8.15, and squeezed us in at 8 when we arrived early. We were lucky, v busy spot. Primarily a young / student crowd, but our family felt v comfortable. The soundtrack was early 90s, which is always good... My purist view of Pizza was not upset. A few standards and a few pizze with modern tweaks. My daughter had the hot dog, reminded me of a pizza with wurstel in N Italy, a lot going on but v tasty. The sweet mustard was controversial at the table but worked. Pepperoni pizzas were great, my Parma ham had spinach (again causing controversy, I liked it) and an egg, always good. All pizze were cooked in a very traditional manner, blistered bases (also excellent) and cheese melted, not burned, with an excellent smokey note from the oven. A few peroni were also had. V friendly service also. Great stuff all round. The fussy eater really enjoyed her dough balls.

The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a really relaxed atmosphere, we will definitely return.

By a country mile....The Best Authentic Pizza in the land...

Unfortunately it feels like the restaurant has taken a dip in recent times. I had a really disappointing experience on my latest visit. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our pizzas (and this was midweek). The pizzas themselves were really ovaloaded with cheese. More American style than Italian. The staff were friendly and apologetic about it all, but it unfortunately wasn't enough to make up for the experience. I don't know if the place has been taken over by new management, but it's not what it used to be at all which is a shame because it was a favorite spot.

I'm a frequent visitor to this place. Fav spot in Belfast for pizza - so delicious and the staff are lovely. Highly recommended!

Food, Service & Atmosphere all second to none. 2nd visit here and seemingly has to be done every time we are over for England now. I've been to Naples and can spot a good Neopolitan.

Lovely freshly prepared pizzas 🍕

We were a large party and had a lovely meal. The staff were really lovely and extremely accommodating.

We was looking for a place to eat and came across this place we booked it on they're site, and we were so glad we did, the staff are so lovely and welcoming the pizzas are extremely yummy, they also do take aways. Would recommend to any one visiting to go here.

Great pizza place, and probably the best pizza at least on the Lisburn street. The pizza are very Italian style. You can taste the fire from the oven. The pizza is cooked at perfect temperature, just right amount of burn. We really enjoyed it, and we will definitely come back to try more pizza.

Food is amazing. Staff are lovely. Only thing we found was we didn't ask for the bill and the bill got handed to us as if we was getting rushed out but we was still drinking our drinks, we'd been there a maximum of 30 minutes and our table was booked until 7.15. but it is most definitely worth going

Service was wonderful and fast, place was cozy and comfortable to be in. I ordered a brisket pizza, the dough of my pizza was perfect but I found my toppings to be quite sloppy and wet. The onion was undercooked and there was too much of it with a minimal amount of brisket. But it was bad and I would return again

Great pizza, good atmosphere and lovely people

This is how I like my pizza base: well cooked and with a good choice of individual toppings, in my case prawn and chorizo. Nicely complemented with a glass of red wine. I will return again as the price was reasonable at £16 and £5.50 for the wine. No long waiting time either: excellent service.

Absolutely fabulous pizza in a wood burning oven, great taste, friendly staff and good value. The atmosphere was buzzing, the house wine was slightly disappointing, but that’s just a minor.

After a team building activity for work myself and my colleagues stopped off at this pizza place. I was a little surprised but this place was AMAZING! The pizza was so nice but we def underestimated the dough balls (note to self do not fill up on these before your pizza LOL)

The Hot Dog pizza is to die for.

The staff who helped us (Pierce and Eve) were extremely welcoming and accomodating. Our order was taken quickly and smoothly, and there was a nice ambience while we waited for our takeaway order. Pizza was also delicious, would definitely return!

Every single night without fail between 11pm and 12am the alarms for this business will start to ring for 20 minutes straight - at least two times per night, in most cases more times. The business is causing a massive noise disturbance to the area...

Visiting Belfast this week and saw the excellent reviews so had to try! We each had a margarita pizza to takeaway and it was delicious! Only took 10mins to prepare and we were staying in an Airbnb close by so very convenient. Highly recommend 👍🏻

The long anticipated first night out after lockdown- was always going to be hit or miss but totally devastated for it to be such a miss. Either decide you’re concentrating on your takeaway business or your paying customers. You clearly aren’t equipped to do both....

Always the best my favourite pizza in Belfast

Pizzas are super tasty! So good we went back 2 weeks in a row! Massively helped us out when our power was cut off on valentine's allowing us to add 3 pizzas on what was a really busy night and no extra wait time! The pizzas taste fresh and are so packed full of flavour! Genuinely delicious
