Pizza Hut Delivery in Coventry

I never saw this place but was amazing experience. There dessert options are short but very yum. Tye reception lady was friendly and welcoming. Will visit again.

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut today! The pizzas and other sides were fresh, flavourful, and very hot. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were generous and delicious. They delivered my order very quickly. Pizza Hut always delivers consistency and quality. Highly recommend for a quick, satisfying meal..😊

Pizza didn't taste bad but gave me some bad guts.

Indian guy with cap on very unprofessional and rude. Didn't want to take my order on the counter and said I need to order from the app and then walked away. Zero customer service.

I had myself deliberating between 4* and 5* I decided to be generous and give a 5* The only reason I deliberated over a 4*, was that it was sat for 10+ minutes before packing, but it was U.S election day so that can maybe be forgiven as an oddity or staffing issue, other than that I couldn’t fault it. The pizza itself was perfectly topped with a good amount of tomato sauce! Which is a plus because a lot of times they barely sauce the thing! pretty decently baked in terms of bake time, good cheese & toppings etc. Good friendly delivery guy. And he found my hard to find property with no problems and no annoying phone calls like other delivery guys like to do. So well done for getting that part right as well!

Worst Pizza I ever had in Coventry...

Food was 45 mins late tried calling multiple times one guy answered the phone shouting hello and put the phone down I kept calling they answered 5 mins later shouting what do you want down the phone then proceeded to scream about calling the police very disappointed

I have visited this shop many times. All the staff is very co operative. The meat feast pizza is very tasty specially the pan one . Whenever I want to order the pizza I went for this place .as well many deals are there .every time staff tell me cheapest deal that's how I save many pounds on pizza . Must visit place . Anyways don't get why there are so many negative comments. Guys try this place again. You will like this.

Sadly... it wasn't great. Ordered a collection, and it wasn't good.. The place itself is in need of a refurb.. Pizza was undercooked.. dough was soft, uncooked in the middle, and not crispy. I got home and put it in my oven to finish off the cooking.... I saw the mixed reviews and gave it the benefit of the doubt but won't be going back.

Can’t comment for the bad reviews. As a family we don’t get tackeout very often but when we do it’s usually from this Pizza Hut and although we do live pretty close, it is always delivered fresh and piping hot. We’ve ordered tonight and it was honestly the nicest pizza I’ve ever had. Delicious!!

Pizza is the quality of supermarket bought bake at home frozen pizza.

Man, what a rollercoaster! Wrong order delivered. Phoned to sort. Lady on the phone speaks with a very strong accent so had a very difficult conversation which resulted in her hanging up on me. They then ignored the phone for the next 10 minutes. The story concludes with me ringing back, them refusing to send the missing pizza, telling me to email someone (no idea what they said) then hanging up again. Probably wouldn't order again if I'm honest, even if this will be a fun story to tell.

This lady answered the phone. She can’t even speak English or the timetable or terrible terrible. I came from all the way from London to In Coventry very bad tha.

Half and half pizza would of took pictures but was hungry. Standard Pizza Hut nice pizza and the sides were good. Food temperature was good on delivery. My only knock with these places is deals make the price come down to what I would say is a more reasonable price.

Ordered food online. Got told it would be ready in 20 minutes Went in to collect, had to wait a further 20 minutes. When I was waiting, other customers were waiting for their food, phone was ringing without anyone answering too. Avoid

Terrible service! Avoid this place. They have never delivered my pizza and are not answering my calls. The delivery guy could not even speak english on the phone, and most likely delivered pizza somewhere else. I do not how I will get refund now!

Absolutely harendous level of attitude and very unprofessional

We used the too good to go app for after the events for the common wealth games. The team where kind, swift and the place looked clean. The food was absolutely delicious, we really enjoyed each bite. We plan to use this as a future rake out when local to the hut. Fully reccomend.

We have in the past used the Pizza hut 'Delivery' outlets when we need to eat during a journey. Always had a good experience up till now. I found this outlet on our way from Blackpool to Norfolk and parked up. Went in to order, they seemed busy so waited a bit only to be told I had to order 'on'line'. I said 'I'm here now just take my order' but they flatly refused to serve me. I was stunned at being refused service. They had the counter with menus on it etc I don't get why they have menus but won't accept an order. I saw a Domino's over on the other side of the road and went there. They were happy to serve me and we really enjoyed thier pizza. I know where I will be going next time!

We've used this place before and had good service, but last night we had terrible service. Our collection order never made it to the kitchen, so when I arrived there was nothing to collect. It took them quite a while to actually look at the order and get it started, and even then, they put the wrong base on each pizza.

Useless. Close to 2 hours. Luke warm and unappealing. Stuffed crust pointless as it had gone hard again. Won’t answer the phone. Rude delivery drivers telling me I haven’t been waiting as long as I said. An abysmal experience all round. It amazes me that this joke of a shop has managed to get above a 2 star rating. Wish I’d just had a frozen pizza it was that bad. Save your money.

Have been waiting for an hour for the delivery. Tracker says that 'My Food has arrived'. No one is picking the call Edit: now it is over 2 hours. I am assuming that I am not getting any food. A refund needs to be issued!!!!!

If I could give zero, I would......tried this place once, couldn't take an online payments and the guy on the phone just ambled off to take another call....I left it, second time of ordering was o.k...not outstanding pizzas, just ordered again today.... appalling!! Placed my order online, apparently an hour until it would be delivered.....waited, food came...not my order, sent a vegetarian a load of meat!!!! Looked at the receipt and told the driver it wasn't my order to be told to call the restaurant as that's what they had given him! I handed him back the food and said I don't want it, called the restaurant to get a foreign guy on the phone basically saying yeah...we will send you another order...no apologies nothing.....I have waited an hour for a takeaway pizza!!!! It takes 30 minutes tops including delivery, now I am having to wait another hour...... won't ever order again!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, it's been over 1 hour and my pizza still hasn't been delivered, I have rang them 7 times and no answer, absolutely pathetic service, the place should be shut down or staff should be replaced. Awful.

Been waiting over 2 hours for food. Took almost 10 attempts of calling the restaurant before they answered, and I was then told that the driver had my food and tried to deliver 40 mins previously (they hadn't). And I was then told i'd have to contact deliveroo for a refund even though the order wasn't placed through deliveroo! Shocking customer service, now £30 out of pocket with no idea how to get a refund.

Ordered my food for when I finished work. Food arrived about 40 mins late. No explanation or apology. Not available on tracking, so could not see if order was being prepared.Tried calling the hut, but they don’t answer the phone. Customer services were not helpful when I complained.

Just moved to the area so first time ordering from this store, they’re insanely late and didn’t answer their phone at the restaurant, I normally love Pizza Hut but I’m never gonna use this one again.

The worst Pizza Hut experience ever!!!. I ordered online for delivery and they used Deliveroo to deliver. The driver had definitely dropped the pizza boxes somewhere and handed them to me whilst hiding the damaged side of the pizza box. No excuse or apology for being late or the state of the pizza boxes, the driver quickly went off. I realised when we put the boxes on table that something is wrong. Opened the boxes and saw that the pizzas were smashed (cheese on one side of box, base on the other side). My wife and I both called pizza hut more than 10 times and no one answered. I had to take the pizzas myself and no one was at the counter. Again, no apology or anything, they asked me to check with Delivroo. After a long heated debate, they gave me proper cooked pizza. They used to be good, seems like the new Indian owners have messed it up.

Just don't bother, ordered a pizza 2hrs later it arrived cold. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer. Use the domino's over the road instead.

The building looks a bit grim on the outside. Does not create a good impression. 4 hygiene rating is fine but seems low for an international chain. Would expect 5. Staff had masks on but the counter area would benefit from keeping the door open. Pizza ovens normally heat places well so they would not be cold. Staff at counter was friendly.

I ordered two pizzas for my wife and I, along with two bottles of Pepsi max. My wife had a create your own pizza and chose pineapple, three cheese and sweet corn as her toppings. I chose a bbq meat feast, with extra pepperoni and bacon, but as I am allergic to cheese I stated in the special request section “NO CHEESE “. When the delivery arrived, we sat down to eat, but when my wife opened her pizza box, the pizza had no toppings at all !!! Just the bare base and the tomato sauce !!! If this wasn’t bad enough, when I opened mine it was covered in cheese!!!! This meant that we couldn’t eat our pizzas, my wife couldn’t even eat mine as she is vegetarian !!! I tried to call the store on Vanguard Avenue in Coventry, but nobody seems to know , not only how to follow an order, but how to answer a phone !!! As the order was placed through Uber eats, I tried to contact them. I had already filled in the feed back on the Uber eats website about the issues with the order, and after an hour of being on hold I finally spoke to someone who said that I would need to fill in the form on the website as they can’t help me. When I told him that I had already done this, he told me that I would have to wait to see if I would get a call from a different department, but that they wouldn’t give me a refund. I have tried for two days to call the store, so that I can get a refund, an explanation and an apology for the negligence of the incompetent staff, but it seems that the staff still haven’t been trained on how to pick up a phone when it rings !!!! I am now around £40.00 out of pocket due to Pizza Hut, however we order different pizza’s from Dominos Pizza as we needed something to eat and it arrived within 25 minutes, pipping hot and what we asked for. As the staff are unaware that when the phone makes a noise they are meant to pick it up and speak to the person on the other end of the phone, I will have no choice but to take the pizzas back to them and discuss this issue with them face to face and give them their pizzas back after they give me my money back. Unfortunately, they will be 3 days old by the time I get do this.

It was never delivered after 30 minutes. Instead I went from the delivery place to fetch it myself. Had to wait another 10 minutes there. This was unexpected tonight as I never had an issue with them before!

I tried making an order online Saturday evening, however failed as the website stated to call instead. With no luck, we went to the store and were told that the staff could not take our order until the manager got back in a couple of minutes as he had stopped further orders being taken. When he did arrive, they were interacting with each other in their vernacular language which we found very unprofessional! We were told thereafter that they were not taking any more orders. I think they need to work on their customer service techniques!!

@pizzahutuk I have ordered pizza for delivery from branch Coventry Tile Hill Hut Vanguard Avenue, Coventry, CV5 6UA My order has been delivered to someone else, I called the branch the didn't know where and to whom they delivered, could you advise please. That is unacceptable. They hang up on me, I had to call again, they were rude and shouting on each other.

Abolsult awful! The worst pizza hut pizza I have ever had. Barely any sauce and cheese. Very dry dough. The chicken dippers were atrocious. Just save your money and don't order from here!

We were staying at the village 3 mins away pizza was cold, stale and tasted rubbish. Eaten at and ordered from many pizza huts... never this one again. Absolute s##t

I was extremely disappointed with my experience buying from this Pizza Hut, food wasn’t very warm on delivery, the driver forgot one of the deserts and when I rang up (after the third time trying) I got through to a very rude member of staff. I wouldn’t use ever again, and definitely would not recommend.

I think this is much better than Dominoes, better quality toppings and general flavour. Never had a bad Pizza from here, which is why i am suprised it is rated so low.

I ordered 2 large pizzas when I put my credit card details in and pressed submit it said Tile Hill Pizza Hut has now closed. I immediately rang them no reply so I ordered from Dominoes. 20mins later Pizza Hut arrived with our pizzas !!!! When I checked my bank they had taken the payment twice. I rang the hut immediately and he said there was nothing he could do I need to contact customer services. Would never use again.

Very tasty and the worker were very nice. I know it is a delivery station, but -3stars because the eating area was very very cold. Also it is too cold conditions for the worker in this place. This is in other countries in Europa not normal and against the law!!!!

Consistently poor and late. I will not order from here again as I’ve had too many bad experiences; I have given them further chances but they regularly let me down. My pizza was 35 minutes late for its delivery slot and was only put in the car when I chased. I was told traffic was the issue but there was no traffic as I checked. Food was barely warm.

Ordered food to work for my 22:15 break and payed card in advance. It did not arrived in time so I tried calling them for 10 minutes with no answer. Finally when someone picked up they told me the driver will call me. He asked for directions so I tried explaining where the delivery point was but we couldn't understand each other. He called me back at 22:35 to tell me he is on his way but it was to late because I wasted 20 of my 25 minute break waiting for him. And he was rude telling me that I will never get my money and he recorded the call. Didn't know pizza delivery guys are allowed to record calls. Anyway I didn't get my food, wasted my break and now I'm waiting to see if they will refund my money. No more pizza hut for me ever.

Had a evening family gathering and decided to order 5 large pizzas on line, and was given a time of 8pm for delivery. After placing order I phoned the local outlet to confirm our order and the time given. I explained that we had ordered pizzas only as we would be cooking curly fries, wedges, garlic bread etc at home. Our food at home was out of the oven by 8:15pm. I phoned the shop and was told delivery was a few minutes away. After numerous calls , the pizza didn't arrive until well after 9:30pm!!! All our home cooked food was cold!! I asked to speak to Manager or supervisor and was told that they are not on site!!

Called them they were rude went to eat there and they weren't much better and the place wasn't very clean

Ordered via web. Order was available for puckup within 15 minutes (20 was shown in the mail). Staff was hard to understand but friendly. Pizza was almost done right; we ordered half half but got 5/8 and 3/8. But I cannot understand all those purely negative comments. There seems to be a major difference between the pickup or delivery quality.

I thought that I was going to have a quality meal with the kids. I prepared them up for the evening and all the family came round. I was extremely disgusted and appalled when I found out that they didn’t serve me a Big Mac without laughing at me. The kids started crying out for their trendies and squealing around everywhere.
