The good was a quick delivery. The bad, the delivery order reverted from the Pizza Hut resturant in Birmingham to Quinton. Both vegetarian pizza did not taste good and had a slimy texture. Will not order again.

I ordered 2 days ago and the pizza was great, fresh and full of ingredients. One New York pepperoni pizza and one Farmhouse pizza.

Ordered from here for 2 years, earnt lots of coupons from about £1k of orders, so today we used one of them. Ordered online, after a hour and a half I received an email saying enjoy your order.. then had the unfortunate experience of speaking to the Manager..the guy used as much logic as a lemming in telling me why he wasn't going to take my order. The best one was we dont deliver to you even though ive got coupons from that store for over 2 years. Basically as no money was being taking, just earned coupons he wasn't going to honour their own terms and conditions. Will now be ordering from a more competent store at Domino's Update.. ordered at 1.30pm then out of nowhere and this review the pizza turned up at 9pm waking the child, 7.5 hours after ordering it, yes we sent it back.

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order online. After 20 minutes I had no order confirmation so I rang the store. Person I spoke to could not care less. I get it the online system lost my order. I said I’ll place another order can you do a speedy delivery for me as I’ve been waiting 25 minutes by this point. After taking my order he said 1 hour for delivery and naff off if that’s too long. Go elsewhere

A few days ago I ordered a vegetarian melt and was given a meat feast full of Pork I asked for a refund and was told I'll have it in 4 days its been 2weeks still no refund iv rasied my complaint and all I was told from the customer service will have to wait 2 weeks to get a refund pluss on the regards to the mistake in food I just have to live with it its not there fault DO NOT EAT FROM HERE unfortunately

I accidently ordered a supreme pizza instead of a veggie supreme as I am a vegetarian. I called them and they made a fresh veggie supreme pizza for free even though it was my mistake. Both pizzas we ordered were delicious, nicely presented and hot just like getting them sitting at the resturant. Great staff and great food. Will be returning for certain. Definately recommend 👍

We ordered online one large and one small pizza (£22.48)for collection only to discover that the pizza Hut delivery at Quinton had a 8.99 any pizza any size for collection deal. The manager refused to refund the excess stating we should have pressed the "collection" button! What was I doing there then!? Pizza Hut online ordering is a scam. You will pay significantly less if you call the shop and order on phone ( being careful to enquire about special collection deals). Very disappointed by Pizza Hut online. DO NOT USE. What a rip off.

I ordered a pizza where I chose 4 items, when it arrived it was cheese only. Pizza Hut Quinton has my details so, they are so lazy that they couldn’t pick the phone and call to say what four toppings would you like as they are not on the order our end. When I phoned straight away they said my choices was not on their system yet was on my email. No apologies, no empathy, rubbish customer service… I feel robbed. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.

Avoid this place. They completely forgot about my order. I’ve made and order online and I received nothing and they never answer the phone. 0 stars

A pizza was forgotten, when I spoke to the gentleman at Pizza Hut they said it was not a Pizza Hut problem and I need to contact Deliveroo to get it resolved. I'm not sure how it wasn't a Pizza Hut problem, if that's where the driver is collecting from. Raised a replacement order with Deliveroo, this order was also lost. Food that was delivered was cold. Gentleman I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. Update: 2 hours later they delivered the 'lost order' of which I thought would include my missing pizza. They delivered 2 pizzas and a side I didn't order. Neither of the pizzas were the one I initially inquired about. Very confused. I'd avoid ordering from here unless you like surprise flavours and bad attitudes.

Ordered 2 large pizza via the app. Once the order was placed I called up as have had issue with them before and asked to make the pizza well done and to add extra garlic sprinkles and the lady said sure no problem. However the pizza was delivered on time and as I opened the box to my horror only 1 pizza had the sprinkles and the other had none. Called up and the same lady answered asked for a manager no luck advised the order was incorrect and I had called especially and had to wait another 20 mins for them to send thr right order. Anyways it seems no matter what the staff can't either reaD or listen as this is now happened a few times the only time I get the roght order is by speaking to the manager or another guy. Will call before placing the order next time.

Today got 2 pizzas from here. The delivery driver was nice and polite, but the pizzas were sub par. They were overdone and the crusts are uneven and tasteless. For the premium you pay compared to other pizza places, it's definitely not worth it. I will be buying elsewhere in the future.

Ordered a pizza via uber eats. Specifically said no cheese, please. So it arrives loaded with cheese! Domino's and papa John's in future. They don't answer the phone either when trying to ask them to send what I paid for. AVOID. 0 STARS

I've used this Pizza Hut before and it's been ok but the last time I ordered from here the food made us unwell. The manager got in touch about it but wasn't apologetic or helpful and insinuated we were lying about being unwell. Head office did respond to our concerns and sent us a voucher but I think we would feel more comfortable using it in a different Pizza Hut after this experience. As others have said the service here isn't generally up to scratch.

1 star simply because is doesn't allow to get zero stars. 2 hours for delivery even though the app and tracker said my pizza was ready and waiting to be delivered for 1 hour prior to it coming. When I phoned up was just told the food was still in the oven and tried to be blinded with a load of b/s. Never using again

I’ve been going here with my dad every Monday and Wednesday for at least 6-7 months at 9:30 - 9:45 after cadets and staff are fairly pleasant and give good pizza

Place an order tonight for delivery, they sent the wrong order ( pizza had meat on it, I'm a vegetarian) they took it back to sort out but replacement never came (suprise) but still charged me. Never again will I order from this place.

Never going back here again, if customer service was nice and place was clean plus the sofa I sat on wasn't cleaned... horrible experience

Thin and crispy, try thin and soggy! Everything seems to be rushed and under cooked form several of the pizzas to the potatoe wedges! I've had enough of calling up and complaining where theres so many smaller businesses out there now doing amazing work... these taste nothing like the pizzas you buy at the restaurant!

I do not recommend unfortunately as i have ordered from here a few times due to convenience & proximity but i promise this time its the LAST order!! I've had burnt food TWICE! Delivery is LATE every time! They FORGOT an item once also. Delivery online says 30mins however its always an HOUR or more! When i called to explain this on the phone the lady said thats what it says online but instore timings are longer! The 1 star is not for the late delivery today BUT that the food was HOT = 1 STAR and thats because once i had ordered online today i immediately rang them to let them know of the previous negative orders and that i expected hot unburnt food please! Also they offer £10 off for next order due to late delivery but that can't be used with other offers and thats the only reason I'd use it. Since i can't its GOODBYE & GOOD RIDDANCE!

Pizza arrived 1h20 after ordering, called up multiple times to ask where my order was only to be told the driver was stuck in traffic despite it being 8pm on a Wednesday and I live ~1mile from the store. Driver finally arrived and didn't apologise for the wait and gve me a bent pizza box with a cold pizza inside and walked off. Never ordering from here again. Went to give feedback on their feedback site but the driver didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't enter the reference number.

I order pizza from this shop all the time for our meetings I have never had any problems, they are always nice and fresh. Service is perfect but I ordered pizza in the evening and it was as if it was not cooked properly, had a BBQ chicken could not even taste the BBQ. So I think there is a staff issue which means the evening staff are not as good as the day staff. Jin

Ordered 2 pizzas. One was nice and the other was horrible. The pizza had cheesy bites and the bites were not soft at all or with melted cheese. The bites were dry and had no melted cheese inside. It was tasteless. Will not be ordering from here again.

We sometimes grab a pizza from here when passing to come back into Birmingham when we've been out and about. Their pizzas are consistent which to us is important.

Late order missing items spoke to miss kaur and blatantly told me that I'm lieing never again rude staff

Most useless service I've ever came across in my life! Waited 2 hours and still no food. Tried calling the store a total of 10 times between me and my other half, no answer to any call! At this stage we decided to order a from a different takeaway as we just assumed the store was closed. Then after 2 and a half hours, the food suddenly turns up, completely stone cold. Had the staff been bothered to answer the phone, it would of prevented me spending another £15 on another takeaway, on top of the £21 we paid for pizza hut. Reading through all the reviews on here, it seems to be a regular theme about these bunch of useless idiots never answering the phone! The excuse was blamed on the bad weather at the time, yet the second takeaway which we ordered from was around the same distance as pizza hut, got delivered to us within 25 minutes! Also an update since writing this review. I sent an email of complaint to the customer service. It's now April 12th 2018 as of writing this, and as it stands, still no reply back...their customer service also blank your messages. It's completely disgraceful, unacceptable and unprofessional.

Terrible, ordered at 18:40 for delivery at 21:00 still hadn't arrived at 22:00. Phoned and arranged to collect it however as I arrived at the restaurant, the food arrived at my house. However they did offer a full order free next time

Over 2 hour wait for stone cold pizza, the place then refused to pick up the phone on multiple occasions.

pizza arrived on time and hot but wrong - pepperoni is NOT hawaiian! also the bottle of tango i ordered apparently wasn't available so they sent 7up free. no contact before hand to check what replacement i wanted. useless.

Had to wait a long time for pizza eventhough i ordered it over the phone before hand, pizza came out not cut properly so i had to use a knife, and where it was cut it was not cut in even triangles, more like half arsed cuts that were bent, some huge slices and some tiny ones. Literally looks like somebody made the pizza with their eyes closed

me and a friend ordered 3 pizzas online and the 50% discount didn't go through after phoning the store and having staff lie to me claiming they couldn't cancel my order when I phone head office I found out this was a lie. in the end we were left £62 down and had no pizzas arrive they havnt tried to make any sort of apology or offer me anything for the rubish service I am disgusted with this store and the lies they have told

Do you enjoy waiting long periods of time for mediocre food? Hate when you're pizza is piping hot and prefer the lukewarm, cheese-is-starting-to-solidify taste? Want to pay for food and not receive it? Then this is the place for you! You get to wait an a whole hour for your food to arrive, exciting right!? When the food arrives, it's appetisingly cold and tastes like cardboard. Delicious. There also seems to be some kind of bonus Saturday deal on at the moment, where they forget an item and then make you wait an additional hour and twenty minutes! That was the absolutely highlight. You also get a special interaction service, whereby you have to phone continuously to find out where your pizza is and actually get them to do something. So inventive! Hurry and order now whilst their bonus deal is still on!

I ordered a Veg pizza which I paid by card then was told I had to wait 1.30hrs for delivery!!!! I said I wanted cancel said couldn't. When Pizza arrived sent me a meat pizza and refused to change it. Worst thing called up to complain the manager said we can send out pizza how will charge you again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE JUST READ ALL OTHER REVIEWS ARE WILL. Couldn't fulfill order didn't have large deep pan. Staff arguing in the back being separated by other staff. Had no change. Got £4 in 10 pences. Forgot to put extra cheese on, hardly any toppings any way and big blobs of the sauce. Utter rubbish. Used to work at Pizza Hut and the pizzas never tasted this bad. Will NEVER go here again.

If you don't like overcook and burnt pizza then please never order from this store . We received pizza way over cooked and smelly pizza . When we called them they offered us another pizza and collect the old one but will have wait for another 45 min before they can deliver next pizza . Wow how would some one will wait for almost 2 hrs for pizza . it took them 1 hr to with first one and want us wait for another 45 min . This is not acceptable with pizza hut stranded . They did offer free pizza for next time within 2 weeks .Which is I believe no good to us . we were not after a free pizza all we we want them to check the orders before delivery . But I guess either they don't care or staff has no time to check the quality of pizza . I wish i could post the photos here of pizza they want us to eat . Please avoid this if you can . Thanks
