Recently had delivery, have to say service was outstanding and the food was sooooooo good! Really fresh and food was delivered piping hot! Wedges were cooked perfectly! Have to say we were really impressed! Will deffo order again!!!

Pizzahut is amazing food chain for pizza , the management of Anita the manager is also very productive for the upliftment of the business. Her dealing with customers is very satisfied and respectful. May God give her success in future as well.

The good was a quick delivery. The bad, the delivery order reverted from the Pizza Hut resturant in Birmingham to Quinton. Both vegetarian pizza did not taste good and had a slimy texture. Will not order again.

I ordered 2 days ago and the pizza was great, fresh and full of ingredients. One New York pepperoni pizza and one Farmhouse pizza.

Ordered from here for 2 years, earnt lots of coupons from about £1k of orders, so today we used one of them. Ordered online, after a hour and a half I received an email saying enjoy your order.. then had the unfortunate experience of speaking to the Manager..the guy used as much logic as a lemming in telling me why he wasn't going to take my order. The best one was we dont deliver to you even though ive got coupons from that store for over 2 years. Basically as no money was being taking, just earned coupons he wasn't going to honour their own terms and conditions. Will now be ordering from a more competent store at Domino's Update.. ordered at 1.30pm then out of nowhere and this review the pizza turned up at 9pm waking the child, 7.5 hours after ordering it, yes we sent it back.

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order online. After 20 minutes I had no order confirmation so I rang the store. Person I spoke to could not care less. I get it the online system lost my order. I said I’ll place another order can you do a speedy delivery for me as I’ve been waiting 25 minutes by this point. After taking my order he said 1 hour for delivery and naff off if that’s too long. Go elsewhere

A few days ago I ordered a vegetarian melt and was given a meat feast full of Pork I asked for a refund and was told I'll have it in 4 days its been 2weeks still no refund iv rasied my complaint and all I was told from the customer service will have to wait 2 weeks to get a refund pluss on the regards to the mistake in food I just have to live with it its not there fault DO NOT EAT FROM HERE unfortunately

I accidently ordered a supreme pizza instead of a veggie supreme as I am a vegetarian. I called them and they made a fresh veggie supreme pizza for free even though it was my mistake. Both pizzas we ordered were delicious, nicely presented and hot just like getting them sitting at the resturant. Great staff and great food. Will be returning for certain. Definately recommend 👍

We ordered online one large and one small pizza (£22.48)for collection only to discover that the pizza Hut delivery at Quinton had a 8.99 any pizza any size for collection deal. The manager refused to refund the excess stating we should have pressed the "collection" button! What was I doing there then!? Pizza Hut online ordering is a scam. You will pay significantly less if you call the shop and order on phone ( being careful to enquire about special collection deals). Very disappointed by Pizza Hut online. DO NOT USE. What a rip off.

I'm not a fan I must say. I find their pizzas very dry and there is never enough cheese.

I ordered a pizza where I chose 4 items, when it arrived it was cheese only. Pizza Hut Quinton has my details so, they are so lazy that they couldn’t pick the phone and call to say what four toppings would you like as they are not on the order our end. When I phoned straight away they said my choices was not on their system yet was on my email. No apologies, no empathy, rubbish customer service… I feel robbed. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.

Avoid this place. They completely forgot about my order. I’ve made and order online and I received nothing and they never answer the phone. 0 stars

A pizza was forgotten, when I spoke to the gentleman at Pizza Hut they said it was not a Pizza Hut problem and I need to contact Deliveroo to get it resolved. I'm not sure how it wasn't a Pizza Hut problem, if that's where the driver is collecting from. Raised a replacement order with Deliveroo, this order was also lost. Food that was delivered was cold. Gentleman I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. Update: 2 hours later they delivered the 'lost order' of which I thought would include my missing pizza. They delivered 2 pizzas and a side I didn't order. Neither of the pizzas were the one I initially inquired about. Very confused. I'd avoid ordering from here unless you like surprise flavours and bad attitudes.

Ordered 2 large pizza via the app. Once the order was placed I called up as have had issue with them before and asked to make the pizza well done and to add extra garlic sprinkles and the lady said sure no problem. However the pizza was delivered on time and as I opened the box to my horror only 1 pizza had the sprinkles and the other had none. Called up and the same lady answered asked for a manager no luck advised the order was incorrect and I had called especially and had to wait another 20 mins for them to send thr right order. Anyways it seems no matter what the staff can't either reaD or listen as this is now happened a few times the only time I get the roght order is by speaking to the manager or another guy. Will call before placing the order next time.

Today got 2 pizzas from here. The delivery driver was nice and polite, but the pizzas were sub par. They were overdone and the crusts are uneven and tasteless. For the premium you pay compared to other pizza places, it's definitely not worth it. I will be buying elsewhere in the future.

Ordered a pizza via uber eats. Specifically said no cheese, please. So it arrives loaded with cheese! Domino's and papa John's in future. They don't answer the phone either when trying to ask them to send what I paid for. AVOID. 0 STARS

I've used this Pizza Hut before and it's been ok but the last time I ordered from here the food made us unwell. The manager got in touch about it but wasn't apologetic or helpful and insinuated we were lying about being unwell. Head office did respond to our concerns and sent us a voucher but I think we would feel more comfortable using it in a different Pizza Hut after this experience. As others have said the service here isn't generally up to scratch.

1 star simply because is doesn't allow to get zero stars. 2 hours for delivery even though the app and tracker said my pizza was ready and waiting to be delivered for 1 hour prior to it coming. When I phoned up was just told the food was still in the oven and tried to be blinded with a load of b/s. Never using again

I’ve been going here with my dad every Monday and Wednesday for at least 6-7 months at 9:30 - 9:45 after cadets and staff are fairly pleasant and give good pizza

Place an order tonight for delivery, they sent the wrong order ( pizza had meat on it, I'm a vegetarian) they took it back to sort out but replacement never came (suprise) but still charged me. Never again will I order from this place.

Never going back here again, if customer service was nice and place was clean plus the sofa I sat on wasn't cleaned... horrible experience

Thin and crispy, try thin and soggy! Everything seems to be rushed and under cooked form several of the pizzas to the potatoe wedges! I've had enough of calling up and complaining where theres so many smaller businesses out there now doing amazing work... these taste nothing like the pizzas you buy at the restaurant!

I do not recommend unfortunately as i have ordered from here a few times due to convenience & proximity but i promise this time its the LAST order!! I've had burnt food TWICE! Delivery is LATE every time! They FORGOT an item once also. Delivery online says 30mins however its always an HOUR or more! When i called to explain this on the phone the lady said thats what it says online but instore timings are longer! The 1 star is not for the late delivery today BUT that the food was HOT = 1 STAR and thats because once i had ordered online today i immediately rang them to let them know of the previous negative orders and that i expected hot unburnt food please! Also they offer £10 off for next order due to late delivery but that can't be used with other offers and thats the only reason I'd use it. Since i can't its GOODBYE & GOOD RIDDANCE!

Pizza arrived 1h20 after ordering, called up multiple times to ask where my order was only to be told the driver was stuck in traffic despite it being 8pm on a Wednesday and I live ~1mile from the store. Driver finally arrived and didn't apologise for the wait and gve me a bent pizza box with a cold pizza inside and walked off. Never ordering from here again. Went to give feedback on their feedback site but the driver didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't enter the reference number.
