Pizza Hut in Glasgow City

Chloe was very helpful from start till finish. Made us feel comfortable from the minute we walked in the door.

A disappointing experience. Have to order using QR code which was a total nightmare. The location of the restaurant doesn't give good phone signal. Server suggested using WiFi again have to provide personal details to use, was equally poor. The star left is for the over worked staff, Chloe was really nice and tried her best but looked overworked. Busy restaurant with minimum staff during peak time. £3.99 for a small bottle of Pepsi. Expensive for what it is. Lunch is an hour for me at most, too much time faffing about on a app to relax and enjoy the food. Just get staff to take the order, I don't work there. Wouldn't return.

Walked into restaurant and greeted by the lovely Abigail who explained the menu and got us seated. Within minutes came and took our order and didn't even write it down she mesmerised it all and I was like omg I'd forget lol. Drinks glasses over quickly and helped out self to salad bar. Lovely fresh salad in the bar. Plenty of choice and it was yummy. We got a good meal deal with pizza unlimited salad and drinks with a side so very good value for money. Nothing was too much for the staff if we needed anything but honestly lovely food. Hot and fresh. The new chef Mariya big shout out to her only been in job a few weeks and she smashed it they are lucky to have her. Abigail lovley lady from start to finish and a pleasure to speak too. Tieghan a lovely lady also very nice smiling and lovley to chat to. Overall best pizza hut restaurant I've been to and can't wait to return! Thanks again ladies x

Went today for the buffet lunch with my son. I went to the toilet and when I got back my son said “our server is really nice she stood and spoke to me when you were in the toilet” our server was Clair and she was great 😊

We went to pizza for a quick bite (buffet). chole was delightful and friendly as she show us the table. Every often came over to ask if everything ok. Especially went I can’t pay with my Apple Pay - she kindly advice to go ahead to enjoy our foods and she will sort it out in the till . We need more of chole in this business

It’s been a while since we had a meal at Pizza Hut. The restaurant was quiet at the time we went. We were met with a friendly smile & a warm welcome. We sat in a booth and the waitress Abigail explained the menu & all the options available to us. We had the meat feast to share with a salad each. The salad bar was well presented & looked fresh & inviting. The toilets were clean & the restaurant was spotless. You could tell the team spent time cleaning the restaurant constantly to keep it up to standard. The pizza was delivered piping hot & in quick time. It was very tasty with a delicious tomato & herb base with enough toppings & covered in cheese. We had a couple of pieces left that we boxed up to take away. The waitress Abigail was attentive & extremely nice & engaging. A credit to the restaurant. We will definitely use that restaurant again.

We were served by Chloe tonight,...food was awesome, she was very friendly, and we arrived pretty late. Good food awesome customer service. Asked questions which she was delighted to answer will be back.

Great lunch in Pizza hut at the Fort today. Good selection of pizzas; staff were very helpful and friendly.

As first timers to your establishment I must confess we weren't au faith with how things work. We were told where to sit by another member of staff and informed that we could order online, no other explanations were given. I had a question relating to my Blue Light Card so went up to the counter to enquire there. I was assisted by Abigail who explained things to us perfectly. She also went out of her way to also come and take our order when we had further questions relating to our order and them came again to check on us. From start to finish she was an absolute delight and if I had a job opening I would absolutely try to steal her away from you and have her assist my customers any day of the week. Please treasure this young lady as she certainly deserves advancement within your establishment.

Accepted Blue Light card, We went for the Unlimited Lunch Buffet. The Pepperoni and Chorizo Pizza was the real winner (nearly consumed the whole thing ourselves). Was quiet and really well looked after by Cameron. Would recommend visiting.

5 star service from Cameron. I'm recovering from a broken wrist, so ordering from the table would have been problematic and painful. Cameron placed the order for us instead and couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. His female colleague was great too. Both very friendly and made the whole experience outstanding.

I went to Pizza Hut Glasgow fort for my lunch today 4th March 2025 waited to be seated far to lang as far as I’m concerned as the place had about 8/10 people in it a female came and I got placed into my seat I also said to her I wanted buffet and refill drink and I went up for my food after a few min but no one came with a glass for my drink so after 10min a young male came as I could see him running the store by himself as he was very busy dealing with other customers and asked if everything was ok I said yes food is lovely but I’m still waiting on my glass for my drink so he apologised and got me a glass the female came out from the back of the store about 3 times when I was there I don’t know if she was manageress but you as a company should send someone into that store and get it fixture as it used to b3 a fantastic store but I definitely wouldn’t go back and that young boy thanks for your service his name is Cameron

Any could not have went more out her way to make sure we were okay even recommending seat away from door to avoid draft if we felt the cold.

We were seated and served by Cameron on our visit a few days ago, he was friendly and helpful. Quick service, the restaurant was clean. Reasonably busy. The food was delicious especially the pizza Americana 😋 plenty of choice at the salad bar and the pizza and pasta was all fresh and hot.

The food was good. The restaurant was clean and well fitted. The waitress was brilliant. She took great care over everything, was very friendly and made all the difference to our visit.

I went to the restaurant today, service was horrible. When walking in as I've never been before and didn't see a sign saying wait to be seated. The young woman pushed out her neck like a duck and screwed her face and shouted to go back and wait to be seated. From then I could see she didn't like us or her job. She didn't even say hello and rushed us to the table. I should of listened to my partner and left straight away. I asked for a dip of garlic mayo , as at the self service looked messy. I was told I had to pay, even if I payed over £40 for two pizzas. It was my first time going to pizza hut and I will never go again. I pretty much didn't have an appetite anymore. I should of checked these reviews as I feel the young rude woman was same woman they were speaking about. If you don't like your job, just go somewhere else where you don't see or speak to customers face to face. Take my advice and Stay away from this restaurant!!

The server who was working at 3:10pm was extremely disrespectful and seemed angry to have to serve us, she mumbled the entire time while trying to sit us down, and refused to give us a different table when we asked because ‘nothing else was clean’ the store was also totally empty , if you hate your job that much then leave, considering she was then cheeky to the next customers who came in stating ‘you don’t just walk in, I have to give you a table’ good luck given we were told no where else was clean, kindly quit if you hate it that much.

I visited this branch today at 3:10 PM and was greeted by an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional staff member at the door. She initially ignored us, then pulled out her phone right in front of us and mumbled instead of speaking clearly. When we asked her to repeat herself, she became visibly annoyed. We requested to sit at a booth but were rudely told no, with a dismissive attitude. She claimed the other tables were dirty, despite the restaurant being empty, with no other customers in sight. The atmosphere was so off-putting that we decided to leave without ordering, along with four other customers who seemed to have experienced similar treatment. One of these customers, who appeared to have learning difficulties, was shockingly yelled at and told to “wait at the door,” creating an extremely uncomfortable scene. Overall, this experience was deeply unsettling. I cannot comment on the food, as the poor service and hostile atmosphere made us leave immediately. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location. The staff desperately needs training in professionalism and basic customer service.

The kids enjoyed their visit and left with full tummy's. Job done. The staff where friendly and the resteraunt was clean and welcoming. Toilets where well signed.

Service slow and abysmal, seen a table walk out after not being served. Girl behind counter insisted she kept on top of tables, despite leaving us 20+ minutes to order a dessert. Poor communication between staff, foods extremely expensive. Avoid.

Honestly, the place has potential. The food was great, n Chloe is an amazing server, goes above n beyond w the customers. The atmosphere though... it does feel a bit dead ngl (specially off-peak hours), the generic song playlist doesn't help 😅😅🫡

Took kids into Pizza Hut at Glasgow Fort for a treat in summer holidays, 31.07.24. We got the feed four deal for £55 which included two big pizzas 2 sides and 4 desserts, 2 adults/ 2kids. Service was first class right from the moment we walked in seated straight away and given menus, the lady who I am assuming was the manager explained the deals and the menu and how to order also letting us know about the free wifi available. Nothing was too much trouble and the young girls who served at the table were great too, very polite and smiles all round, which isn’t something you see so much of now a days! I have one with an eating disorder and the manager went above and beyond to help me with getting her something to eat! Will absolutely be back with the kids at some point we were all stuffed and the amount of food was great, we were offered a take away box to take what we had left home, which we did. Thank you very much for a lovely treat for the kids!

Food is good, I like pizza and haven't had a pizza hut in a few years before my recent visit. However, please stop forcing people to connect to your WiFi and fill out personal info to order. It's unnecessary and annoying. Not everyone has a smart phone and your quicker doing it the old way.

The restaurant was pretty much empty, but the service was terribly slow and the staff are incompetent with handling a few customers. They were together chatting away and not bothering to pay attention to us or other customers.

We had pizza and 5 side it was too much but I had to save space for ice cream so we had it too it was amazing and it was lovely the staff are so friendly and will be back:))

Dirty, more food on the floor than in the slade bar, waiting staff that just weren't interested and cold food when it eventually got to the table, don't waste your money.

Just made an order and I ordered a large pizza, cheesy garlic bread, chicken wings, cookie dough with ice-cream and a big bottle of tango… The ice cream was missing, the wings were missing, the garlic bread was missing, the juice was missing. Who sent that order out…

A delicious pizza, made to order. We got a half and half consisting of meat fast and hawaiian as well as corn on the cob starters. Also included is a bottle of Pepsi Max but neither of us drink anything except water so a bit of a waste.

The whole experience. It's a lovely family's friendly place, tables have good space and the food is really good. Staff are always welcoming and really friendly.

Came in at 2pm for the buffet, and was seated promptly. Was asked to pay via the QR code on the table this was a mistake. My signal was weak which meant having to sign up to the WiFi giving my Email address. This took far too long and I would suggest just get the server to sort out payment if you go. 8 pizzas were out when we arrived but with no signs as to what each pizza was. Ideally a sign beside each pizza would be ideal. After our first plates we went up for our 2nds and there was hardly anything left and had to wait a while before fresh items were out. The staff were friendly enough as it was the buffet our only interaction was when we were seated and asked to pay via the QR code

Just fantastic, easy access in and out, and to toilets, even for disabled, plenty parking around. Staff very kind, efficient. Place big and clean. Food great 👍

The food was very good and the price was reasonable but service was not great. They wanted us to order online eve though the WiFi wasn't working. Had to ask twice to order without using the online option.

I can’t even give a 1 star review that’s how appallingly the service and food was during our visit. We entered at 7.30pm the place was quiet we were seated quickly and told to order through the app We had this ordered for 7.50pm the food didn’t arrive at the table until 8.30pm Now the place was quiet so there should have been no issue with this The tables that were seated were waiting a while on their food which was sitting on the bar waiting to be served, the chefs shouted on the young girl who was serving to serve the plates all while she continued to stand at the drink bar and pretend to do something. Everything seemed an issue for her, with her cheek and eye rolls We had ordered the meal for 2 that included your desserts so once we had finished they were due out It took 40 mins for either of the girls that were dealing with the front floor to acknowledge our dishes all stacked ready for cleaning away and proceeded to continuously stand and do nothing When finally acknowledged the plates she cheekily asked if there were any desserts we told her the order and she said they were just coming yet again rolling her eyes In the process of saying for our desserts I observed a lady awaiting her take out order which had been sitting on the bar for quite some time she had asked the young girl twice if that was her order and both times she shrugged and walked away, watching that customer service from afar is off putting to any customer!! Finally the dessert shows up at 9 freezing cold as was the main course and sides due to it sitting so long!! This is ridiculous especially with how quiet it was the customer service skills could be doing with a brush up as that was ridiculous the way she was ignoring her customers and the way she spoke to people Definitely won’t be back!!

As always Pizza Hut never disappointed us. Service food were all great. The only thing i will say is they could lower the price maybe. Far too expensive for pizza which shows considering it was dead.

Was erwartet man bei Pizza Hut? Fettige American Pizza mit fettigen Beilagen, unbegrenztes Nachfüllen bei den Softdrinks und ein Salatbuffet inklusive. Man wird (mehr als) satt und bekommt was man verlangt. Preis / Leistung stimmt.

Ordered online and received order confirmation only to turn up and be told my order did not go through, yet I have been charged twice for the same order. Staff offered no solution to assist me with getting what I ordered and asked me to pay again but pay more than what I had paid for on the site despite the restaurant already charging my card almost £70 for the order. Wasted an hour of my time messing me about. I made a complaint and it wasn’t resolved to my satisfaction, so I won’t be attending a pizza hut restaurant ever again. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

The food was consistent and good as it normally is. There was no wait time to be seated and the staff friendly. It's what you expect at pizza hut. What I don't like is the ordering on my phone it's more akin to a cheapo-mcnasty visit to a weatherspoons than the restaurant type atmosphere I have been accustomed to over the years. It's not going to put me off going I'm just less likely to tip the staff as to be blunt short of collecting the food from the kitchen I did everything else myself.... Wait is that next - collect the the food and bring it the table myself?

Food was normal good but maybe it's me but to be handed meanu then told order by app and when I said we hadn't done this before here just waved her hand over instructions on the menu and said is that OK and walked away fine gave it a go not easy but with another cleaner taking phone off me whizzing though how to do half an half handed back walked away to then add insult to pay on app and ask for tip not on who's it going to no one has done anything yet apart from made us feel uncomfortable is this to save money? Not enough staff to cover restraunt at all Poor staff are not waiters any more just cleaners

Place was nice and warm. Server Michelle was lovely and helpful. Didnt rush us and enjoyed the food. Unlimited salad bar was constantly refilled. 1 hapi Mother with her chicken wings
