Pizza Hut in Glasgow City

The kids enjoyed their visit and left with full tummy's. Job done. The staff where friendly and the resteraunt was clean and welcoming. Toilets where well signed.

Service slow and abysmal, seen a table walk out after not being served. Girl behind counter insisted she kept on top of tables, despite leaving us 20+ minutes to order a dessert. Poor communication between staff, foods extremely expensive. Avoid.

Honestly, the place has potential. The food was great, n Chloe is an amazing server, goes above n beyond w the customers. The atmosphere though... it does feel a bit dead ngl (specially off-peak hours), the generic song playlist doesn't help 😅😅🫡

The staff were very nice and at the end of our meal one of the staff members came over and insisted we take a free pizza home. We were very surprised as customer service these days is atrocious, so it was a lovely surprise to see people being very kind to their customers. Food was great too

We enjoyed our experience, staff were lovely especially chloe who went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much bother for her. Will definitely be back.

Took kids into Pizza Hut at Glasgow Fort for a treat in summer holidays, 31.07.24. We got the feed four deal for £55 which included two big pizzas 2 sides and 4 desserts, 2 adults/ 2kids. Service was first class right from the moment we walked in seated straight away and given menus, the lady who I am assuming was the manager explained the deals and the menu and how to order also letting us know about the free wifi available. Nothing was too much trouble and the young girls who served at the table were great too, very polite and smiles all round, which isn’t something you see so much of now a days! I have one with an eating disorder and the manager went above and beyond to help me with getting her something to eat! Will absolutely be back with the kids at some point we were all stuffed and the amount of food was great, we were offered a take away box to take what we had left home, which we did. Thank you very much for a lovely treat for the kids!

Food is good, I like pizza and haven't had a pizza hut in a few years before my recent visit. However, please stop forcing people to connect to your WiFi and fill out personal info to order. It's unnecessary and annoying. Not everyone has a smart phone and your quicker doing it the old way.

Took advantage of the Pizza Hut buffet. Selection of different toppings, salad bar,fizzy drinks and ice-cream..Only available at section times..

The restaurant was pretty much empty, but the service was terribly slow and the staff are incompetent with handling a few customers. They were together chatting away and not bothering to pay attention to us or other customers.

Waited 10minutes for someone to even speak to us to then be told it’s card only could’ve had a notice on the door or website place is a joke one member of staff as well

We had pizza and 5 side it was too much but I had to save space for ice cream so we had it too it was amazing and it was lovely the staff are so friendly and will be back:))

We took our P7leavers there for a lunchtime treat the staff were amazing especially Cody who mostly served us .The food was great .what a lovely experience which made our day extra special.Thankyou

Dirty, more food on the floor than in the slade bar, waiting staff that just weren't interested and cold food when it eventually got to the table, don't waste your money.

Just made an order and I ordered a large pizza, cheesy garlic bread, chicken wings, cookie dough with ice-cream and a big bottle of tango… The ice cream was missing, the wings were missing, the garlic bread was missing, the juice was missing. Who sent that order out…

A delicious pizza, made to order. We got a half and half consisting of meat fast and hawaiian as well as corn on the cob starters. Also included is a bottle of Pepsi Max but neither of us drink anything except water so a bit of a waste.

The whole experience. It's a lovely family's friendly place, tables have good space and the food is really good. Staff are always welcoming and really friendly.

Came in at 2pm for the buffet, and was seated promptly. Was asked to pay via the QR code on the table this was a mistake. My signal was weak which meant having to sign up to the WiFi giving my Email address. This took far too long and I would suggest just get the server to sort out payment if you go. 8 pizzas were out when we arrived but with no signs as to what each pizza was. Ideally a sign beside each pizza would be ideal. After our first plates we went up for our 2nds and there was hardly anything left and had to wait a while before fresh items were out. The staff were friendly enough as it was the buffet our only interaction was when we were seated and asked to pay via the QR code

Just fantastic, easy access in and out, and to toilets, even for disabled, plenty parking around. Staff very kind, efficient. Place big and clean. Food great 👍

Many vegan, vegetarian and celiac options

The food was very good and the price was reasonable but service was not great. They wanted us to order online eve though the WiFi wasn't working. Had to ask twice to order without using the online option.

I don’t think they clean properly there was a bracelet on the table

Food was good, however, did have to wait 30mins for the desserts. Asked for them 3 times. It wasn't that busy either, several empty tables.

I can’t even give a 1 star review that’s how appallingly the service and food was during our visit. We entered at 7.30pm the place was quiet we were seated quickly and told to order through the app We had this ordered for 7.50pm the food didn’t arrive at the table until 8.30pm Now the place was quiet so there should have been no issue with this The tables that were seated were waiting a while on their food which was sitting on the bar waiting to be served, the chefs shouted on the young girl who was serving to serve the plates all while she continued to stand at the drink bar and pretend to do something. Everything seemed an issue for her, with her cheek and eye rolls We had ordered the meal for 2 that included your desserts so once we had finished they were due out It took 40 mins for either of the girls that were dealing with the front floor to acknowledge our dishes all stacked ready for cleaning away and proceeded to continuously stand and do nothing When finally acknowledged the plates she cheekily asked if there were any desserts we told her the order and she said they were just coming yet again rolling her eyes In the process of saying for our desserts I observed a lady awaiting her take out order which had been sitting on the bar for quite some time she had asked the young girl twice if that was her order and both times she shrugged and walked away, watching that customer service from afar is off putting to any customer!! Finally the dessert shows up at 9 freezing cold as was the main course and sides due to it sitting so long!! This is ridiculous especially with how quiet it was the customer service skills could be doing with a brush up as that was ridiculous the way she was ignoring her customers and the way she spoke to people Definitely won’t be back!!

As always Pizza Hut never disappointed us. Service food were all great. The only thing i will say is they could lower the price maybe. Far too expensive for pizza which shows considering it was dead.

Ordered online and received order confirmation only to turn up and be told my order did not go through, yet I have been charged twice for the same order. Staff offered no solution to assist me with getting what I ordered and asked me to pay again but pay more than what I had paid for on the site despite the restaurant already charging my card almost £70 for the order. Wasted an hour of my time messing me about. I made a complaint and it wasn’t resolved to my satisfaction, so I won’t be attending a pizza hut restaurant ever again. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

The food was consistent and good as it normally is. There was no wait time to be seated and the staff friendly. It's what you expect at pizza hut. What I don't like is the ordering on my phone it's more akin to a cheapo-mcnasty visit to a weatherspoons than the restaurant type atmosphere I have been accustomed to over the years. It's not going to put me off going I'm just less likely to tip the staff as to be blunt short of collecting the food from the kitchen I did everything else myself.... Wait is that next - collect the the food and bring it the table myself?

Food was normal good but maybe it's me but to be handed meanu then told order by app and when I said we hadn't done this before here just waved her hand over instructions on the menu and said is that OK and walked away fine gave it a go not easy but with another cleaner taking phone off me whizzing though how to do half an half handed back walked away to then add insult to pay on app and ask for tip not on who's it going to no one has done anything yet apart from made us feel uncomfortable is this to save money? Not enough staff to cover restraunt at all Poor staff are not waiters any more just cleaners

Place was nice and warm. Server Michelle was lovely and helpful. Didnt rush us and enjoyed the food. Unlimited salad bar was constantly refilled. 1 hapi Mother with her chicken wings

We really enjoyed our visit here this Saturday evening with 4 kids (£70) and the service was attentive and the food good. Overall very satisfied with kids telling me to give it a 5 star. I think for me, the fact it wasn’t overly busy and there was crayons and activity sheets for the kids made it a relaxing experience

Can't really judge the service as you are directed to scan the table, instead of being asked how you prefer to order. Stagg do ask how your food is etc though.

I am a food delivery driver. Some of the waiters behave very badly. One of them, who is a young girl, did a bad thing, although I respectfully asked her to order the customer's food, she threw the customer's order at me with a very angry face. And he was aggressive. I greeted him first, but he didn't answer, then he threw the order at me. I don't know what was the reason for his work, but he was very angry. There are several times that he and some workers misbehave with the delivery drivers. And I think they are approved by the director there because I told the manager there once, but she didn't pay attention.

Great food, my daughter took full advantage of the Ice Cream Factory!! Pity about the pitiful 3G internet service - very poor for 2023.

Everything from start to finish customer service was exceptional during our visit (Pizza-hut Fort Glasgow) The restaurant was really busy,however all the staff managed this well IMO. Lovely food, atmosphere and service was excellent!! The all you can eat salad+flatbread special was well worth the money and like I said the service made it even better!! This was our 2nd time visiting and both times the staff were busy but so helpful and kept the buffet area well presented and clean!

Went for lunch with my daughter and grankids. Orderd stuff crust pizza fry's and chicken wings. Also dessert's for the kids. Took ages talked to a member of staff. That said sorry we thought you were having the buffet hard to ask more than once for the kids dessert's. 65 pounds for not much. Well over priced for what you get. You live and learn. Never agen

Place is dirty. Service is below zero. Need to ask staff for bowls and spoons for kids ice cream. Options on soft drink machine sold out (nobody told about that also). Will NEVER come back here again! Avoid!!!

We went late to the buffet so food was rather over cooked. But the lovely waitress got us a freshly made pizza to our table included in buffet.

Service and value for money. A Saturday evening is busy, but it did not deter the young service team for making sure everyone was catered for.

Went into pizza hut at the glasgow forte with my daughter and granddaughter, after a 3min wait the manager James came over and said he needs 5 mins to clear a table for us as a rush came in ...there were clearly at least 5 tables unoccupied. I asked for 1 of the empty tables and he said he could give me 1 of those tables but the food would take longer to come out, so we agreed to wait. As I waited James carried on to empty tables, sort staff and the go to another end of the restaurant and clear more table. It's clear that James the manager needs another course in customer service and delegation in jobs with other staff members as he doesn't seem confident in management. I explained I was leaving to eat next door as he couldn't cleared a table immediately and let us sit down. He looked confused ....I doubt we would eat there again

Not been to pizza hut for years. Was good with lots of options. Encouraged to order on the app and food came out quickly. Ice cream factory was good, unlimited salad and drinks were good

I regret order pizza at Pizza Hut, it looked and taste like dog food. Mushroom was all dry, no taste in the whole pizza, cheese was cold. I’m not sure if they send me a bread or pizza. I threw it away… never ever again order pizza from this place 😡

Overpriced pizza. Not very much topping, all pizza base, and a little bit of chicken, mushroom and a sprinkle of cheese. Salad was lovely, and the service was lovely. Just the pizza's were disappointing.

Scam. £30 for ONE PIZZA delivered with NO DIP. Dominos forever. 2 Pizzas delivered for £25 with multiple dips and they taste better! Pizza Hut won't exist in 10 years time.

The pizza buffet was great. Fresh pizza out every few minutes, which was lovely. There was a great choice of pizzas and pasta. Salad bar was lovely and fresh plus well stocked. Cheesy garlic bread was delish 😋. Staff very helpful although very busy. The restaurant was very clean and tidy, plus the toilets were fresh and clean. A worthwhile visit, although not cheap!

Pepsi is flat There is no enough vegetarian options on buffet . Only one. the worst pizza is had and waiting too long coz there is no pizza . Never again

Nice place the general design. Good pizza. Poor staff service. Could be nicer to the customers and better look after theirs zones. On that occasion was only 2 who do the bar service and orders. How person who is cleaning tables with chemicals can after serve food without washing hands.

No surprise no one ever sitting in that place where another 10 restaurant round jumping not sure about food as is a chain so pizza like pizza but definitely staff are rude specially one in charge ( need show example) but to busy drinking Costa coffee behind bar to even welcome costumers Table outside set up but you can't use them some health...spel been told while any other place round them happy to let you sit outside and spend money

The customer service worked the best. As I wasn't really interested in eating out. But their service made me want to organise a birthday party with my friends around.

Took my grandchildren here as were having a day out ,as we went in didn't realise only card ,so my granddaughter had to do the ordering on the app ect,with no help whatsoever from staff had to ask3 times for different times &wasteaeated as a nuisance,, after they had there buffet my youngest grandchildren went for a very small plate of ice cream,after she sat down with it a job's worth member of staff came over straight away &said that wasn't I your deal,,either pay for it ori will take it away it was literally 2 spoonful on the plate,,so because of her attitude &after spending £38 I said take itaway then,,,&she did. Absolutely disgusting customer service,,&after I phoned tocomplain. As didn't want to make a. Scene in. The resurant told him all the information said he would get back to me. Needless to say I'm still waiting 3 days later. Absolutely disgraceful customer service,,(taking a very small plate of ice cream from a child) went stepafoot in the door. Every again

I loved being able to see what food is on offer before choosing meal. Also being able to choose the amount of food I would like and the salad bar is an excellent addition to the overall experience of our visit today.

Staff didn’t bother to check delivery driver and gave him the wrong order. Phoned to say and was told nothing they were willing to do about it.

Ordering from the QR code at the table is all very well but this, plus getting your own cutlery & salad, and filling your own drinks glasses makes you wonder if it's worth going out for a 'treat' when you're doing all the hard work yourself!!

The greeter was friendly and found us a table almost immediately. She explained the mobile ordering via the QR code on the table and advised me to connect to the restaurant WiFi to do this. The mobile ordering was fine, as was paying that way. The food was delicious, we loved the salad bar, and the kids loved the unlimited soft drinks and the ice cream factory.

Great food, buffet is always well stocked and rotated often to ensure food is fresh. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Can order online for collection as well, with it always being ready when expected. Great vegan options too.

A nice place for a bit to eat. Just seconds off the main Glasgow to Edinburgh road and in the Fort Park. Plumped for a mixed meal and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very nice and pleasant staff made a big difference of course. Will be back again.

I don't usually post 5 stars but I couldn't really fault my experience. I went in for a buffet lunch and I hadn't had a Pizza Hut in a few years but it tasted way better than I remembered (beats Dominos easily), it was well stocked, had a great selection of pizzas (which all seemed fresh) and the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. If I could give it one fault, some of the cutlery in the holder on the table was a bit grubby looking.

Had to order our food online while at the table but restaurant ahs no reception and their WiFi wasn't workin took 20mins to order our food which was just paying for the buffet. At the buffet there was no pizza and a line of about 10 people waiting. Had a discount code but the connection issues meant it didn't go through, said straight away to staff but they wouldn't apply it for us. Ended up spending £45 and me and my wife got 3 slices of thick doughy pan pizza each. Wouldn't go back after this experience 🤢🤬

The very friendly 2 serving staff were run of their feet. They were abused by customers when advising 30 minute wait time as table's were unoccupied but the were clearly struggling to cope at an exceptionally busy time. The hut was quite obviously understaffed. I was there for over an hour and they were at it constantly. 2 people can't service 40 odd tables., seat, take orders, wait tables, clear tables and prepare bills. They remained pleasant throughout despite criticism for those who chose not to wait. Food was good and buffet managed to keep up with demand during a very busy lunchtime.

We didn't have to wait long to be served and food was served promptly. The team were busy with only 2 FOH to cater to full restaurant. Nothing was a problem for Ben and Susan was equally attentive!
