Best Pizza, fast and friendly service, fantastic sides and sauces & great value meals. Damian has a great personality serving, and even the delivery woman Orlaigh was cheerful. The meal was shared among friends -great portions for everyone. MY fav pizza spot !!! Excellent experience, Top marks Guys!

Average pizza with an expensive price that doesn’t fit the area. Some of the other items such as pizza subs or luxery sides such as taco chip etc are very nice and also Staff are amazing and very outgoing and pleasant. Delivery fee is very expensive and owner takes £1 off each just eat order from delivery drivers which is such a shame.

Only reason for negative review is the value for money, taken away a lot of the value from their meal deals and meal upgrades. Also the pizza dough isn’t as thick and nice as it once once , so disappointed as I remembered the pizza was a lot nicer when it first opened.

Food is decent but they’ve forgotten dips on 3 out of 4 orders I have had with them. After me paying more for the extra. I’m not going to call them on the phone because 1) anxiety, absolutely not and 2) I wouldn’t get a driver to bring dips out that is silly. But forgetting them on multiple orders becomes very annoying. Messaged them on Facebook and was left on read :(

Quick, v efficient operation, but for me the nicest thing about pizza is the crust but through the mechanical roller it flattens so no bubbly crust, same as little wing. Tasty enough but ill keep looking.

Insane delivery price increases. How do you justify £6? I've been ordering for a long time now regularly but I'll have to call it quits. Takeaway prices have increased everywhere but this delivery charge is way above the rest. Your food prices and deals are already not cheap. Not a good look. edit: I live about ~2.5 miles away. As another reviewer said this increased to £4 then again to £6.

Can u explain how your delivery prices on the app have went up from £4 to £5 to £6, a 50% increase in 6 months for a 2.3 mile journey? Thats more than a private taxi fare for the same journey.

Been ordering here for a while and never had a bad experience until tonight. Ordered a collection (as usual) but the staff forgot to give me my order so it was cold as soon as I got into car. Gave them a ring & they offered a replacement which I declined after they blamed me for the meal being cold for stepping outside the shop for no less than 15 seconds. Definitely not up to standard and won’t be ordering again from them.

So bad pizza is stone cold and hard and very same as Iceland pizza 🤢 the dough balls same as cold very very bad only thing decent and eatable was the franks hot wings.

Nice pizza if you pick it up and eat it there and then or you live close by. There are different takeaway places that I would crave and there are very few mind you, but this isn't one of them. Good quality pizza and one of the nicest in West Belfast.

We used pizza guy to cater our wedding day 2. They were great, pizzas were a hit, price was reasonable and when he had to change the time last minute they came through. Thanks so much, would definitely recommend!

I have attempted to order using your app about 2 or 3 times and when I want to customise the pizza to a half and half It dosent let me making me have to ringup the shop or drive down. This means I miss out on 20% off and the 11th order being free

The pizza was lovely but sadly it took 2 hours for one 12 inch cheese pizza to be delivered 10 minutes down the road. Really disappointing delivery time. Was told my order was "out for delivery" 40 minutes before it actually arrived when I rang the shop to enquire. When it finally got here the young boy delivering called me because he couldn't find the front door to my apartment building!!! Won't be ordering again, which is such a shame considering the food was tasty. Edit: In response to your reply pizza guyz - strange I wasn't told that when I rang. Also strange the delivery fella had to call me to ask how to get to the main door of the building as he couldn't find it. I was in the whole time and no one buzzed. Your response is very disappointing.

Food is great. Staff are very rude and when contacted about an issue they ignore messages. After many orders I had a discount code which didnt work I rang the shop and the girl I spoke to was very rude. She said I needed to contact the owner via fb message which I did and all messages were ignored. I'm very disappointed after being a very loyal customer.

The pepperoni on my pizza is basically undercooked majorly. A very expensive pizza for the food to be under cooked. Its looks raw. The staff on the phone were lovely but very disappointed by the food i spent a lot of money on.

I can’t review their pizzas but their staff have zero consideration for the people that live in the area. Their delivery staff consistently park on the double yellow lines at the top of Stockmans Lane making it very difficult for local residents to get in and out of their own street. It is going to cause an accident one day. There is parking right in front of the shop, why can’t they park there!!
