Pizza Bellezza in Antrim

Used to get from this place all the time and I actually delivered for them years ago but their customer service is absolutely disgraceful to customers who have been loyal to them over the years and especially now the Domino's has opened across the road.... sort yourselves out Pizza Bellezza

We had a Fantastic meal delivered to our home. The food was delicious, arrived in good time and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We will definitely order again! Thank you again

I have been ording from here for years rang up to place an order to be sent the wrong order. rang up and explained and was told that I could choose to have a new order sent up or my name "put on the wall" for a free order the next time I ordered I have two small kids who where hungry for their dinner so I just said I'd take the free meal next time and make do with what they sent. Rang up a week later to place my order mentioned my name should be on the wall as advised and was told my whole order would be free so I never bothered to go to the cash machine the food came and the driver requested 3.50 for the delivery fee mentioned I was told it would be free as advised by the shop so I had no cash I then offered to run to the ATM to lift the 3.50 delivery fee or call the shop to sort the confusion the driver then said it was fine and left. 2 weeks later I call up to place an order to be called back 10 minutes later to be told by some woman who clearly shouldn't be working in customer services that they would not deliver to my adress and I basically stole a pizza never been so insulted in all my life especially after myself and my family have been giving this business our money for numerous years I strongly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. Response to your reply I added a burger which I was willing to pay for the fact that use waived the charge on it is not my problem if their was a deliver fee to be paid this should of been mentioned on the phone I would never eat from here again anyways. I am more than happy to give your driver the 3.50 delivery fee charge in terms of my language maybe you should be more worried about how your employee speaks to customers because by the looks of other reviews I am not the only one who has noticed

Can't comment on the atmosphere as it was a takeaway. Service over the phone, girl was polite and kind. Unfortunately got the order slightly wrong though and we didn't get salad on the mixed kebabs we ordered, but no harm done. Unfortunately the food wasn't great at all, Naan bread was rock hard and very tough to chew, asked for chilli and garlic sauce with salad with two mixed kebabs on naan. Also ordered a portion of garlic fries, they were also lacking flavour, they were like mash, falling apart and had a strange texture to them. The sauce just tasted like Frank's hot sauce, couldn't see any chilli or garlic and very little to no flavour on the meat. Wouldn't order again

I love this pizza place. In fact it's the only place I like to get pizza from. Their pastas and burgers are also super tasty. The staff are always friendly too.

Genuinely chuffed at what I’ve just eaten from here. The pizzas are the best in the area but everyone should check out the pasta dishes. The lasagna was delicious! I will be ordering again lads 👌

The worst burger I’ve ever had (including crap festival burger vans). Awful in every way. Over cooked & dry with a huge pile of raw onions on top. Planned to get a pizza but prices were ridiculous so went for a burger instead. Wish now I’d just went somewhere else. Grumpy, miserable looking staff. Just a truly awful place.

I ordered the lasagne and it was delicious and my son ordered pizza witch tasted good.

Pizza was lovely but went cold quickly but we still enjoyed it. The taco chips were bland tbh. The tin container was hot but they were just luke warm. I only ate half of them and the rest went in the bin. It states chilli taco chip but there was nothing spicy about it. Delivery was quick enough. The app stated that it wasnt out for delivery and the ndct thing the guy was at the door. We would maybe just go there and sit in or possibly try just the pizza again.

Lovely food! Actually tastes like a restaurant pizza rather than a takeaway, the chilli sauce dip is amazing, wedges and breaded mushrooms are great too. Ordered from here twice and it’s been delivered within 20 mins! New favourite!

Food is amazing but the young girl answering the phone on 18th march needs to learn some manners and respect. So cheeky and ignorant she is maybe a bit of training on how to talk to customers when they are ringing for an order. I'm sure I'm not the only one she's been rude to

food was cold upon delivery, coke sent wrong size

We used to order here quite a lot but had a really bad experience a few months ago for a birthday. One of the pizzas should have had sundried tomatos but they put on normal tomatoes instead, they also forgot gravy with the order. Phoned them up and they said they would replace it but might be about 45 minutes which we were happy enough with. They then phoned us back 2 minutes later to say the chef said they had no sundried tomatos left and that is why they gave us normal tomatos so they would now not be sending out a replacement pizza but we can wait 45 minutes for the gravy if we like. We said don't worry about it, were not offered a refund and haven't ordered them since. I'm not sure how any chef can think the 2 tomatos taste similar and why would you not check that with the customer first. Very poor customer service and not the first time.

Food was good, but for some reason it tasted like someone had poured cinnamon all over the pizza? Not sure what that was about so I’m a little disappointed as pizza Bellezza is literally my favourite pizza. Hopefully it was just an off night

Haven't had from here in a while as they dont deliver as far as my house. So called down and wasn't disappointed. Chicken burger, bolognese chips, pizza.. Everything was great

foot was great as usual. Originally the order was taking 20mins to 40mins. This was then changed after ordering went though to an extra 40mins. Food was great though and warm.

Ordered just before they closed, and arrived very quickly. Kebab was a bit strange, it had an earthy spice on the chicken (possibly cumin or something similar). Didn't really like it. The pizza was brilliant though, really sauce nice.

food is fantastic, though we had a few items missing from our order - overall experience was great though a quick phone call sorted that our missing stuff out and girl on the phone was lovely about everything, we only waited only a short while again on food being delivered again and the driver (he gets 5*) Bobo was great craic, answered the door to a smile! great service. thanks guys

Ordered takeout tonight directly from their app. The food arrived quicker than expected which was great, however, there was an item missing. I called the restaurant and let them know, the girl on the phone said they would send another out. Almost 3 hours later, nothing has arrived. I fully expect a refund of the missing item. You cannot just steal your customers money. Food was fine, customer service poor. Editing to respond - If a replacement was sent then nothing was received. We have a ring doorbell and can prove this. Maybe you should follow up with your driver. There was no offer of a refund, the girl on the phone went straight to "we will send a new one" and considering someone was missing half a meal we figured that was a fine offer at the time, had it actually happened. Knocked the review from a 2 to a 1 because they think it's ok to lie and say the missing item was sent out. Embarrassing!

Delivery time was just in the bracket time given Garlic pizza was cold Pasta carbanara was just pasta melted cheese and abit of bacon Spaghetti bolognase might aswell be pasta with tomato ketchup with cheap mince meat thrown All food was bland and luke warm

Driver is a gentleman my number was wrong my fault entirely and still got there on time to right apartment superb service, pizza was bang on the money lovely fresh all round beaut. Thanks again

The restaurant needs to be a little more carful when dispatching an order to be sure it is what the customer ordered. Had to wait extra time as they sent the wrong drink.

No cheese on the pizza and garlic bread 20 pounds

Love the food here, and great service too. One day I'd ordered a doner kebab on chips, and because of a mixup, they ended up making a mixed kebab on chips halfway through making it. They asked if it was alright and mentioned there would be no price adjustment as the apology, took it home and it was great.

Great Spaghetti Bolognese and a lovely vegetarian pizza. Nice salad and lovely battered mushrooms starters. The fresh mayo dip with the mushrooms is the best I've come across. Thanks a lot.

Absolutely disgraceful, ordered the spaghetti Bolognese and it would not fill a child and their is barely any meat in it, shocking.

My order didn't arrive at all. Made the order at 9.25pm, delivery was due by 10.15pm, I called at 10.15pm and they said it was on its way. By 10.40pm I tried to call but their close message was playing. Have waited until 10.55pm

Spaghetti Bolognese was really good!

Delivery times shocking. Did not deliver to the scheduled time with just eat! Definitely suggest working with the premises for them to update how long orders will actually take to be made and delivered. Order is only being prepared 1 hour after order was accepted. Simply not good enough when the app is telling customers 20-40 for prepation and delivery.

Pizza Bellezza accepted an order for delivery at 7.40pm. They updated the time to 8.00pm and then to 8.20pm. I rang them for a realistic update but couldn't get an answer. Delivery time was updated to 8.40pm, by which time our visitors had left without having had pizza. By 8.50pm there was no delivery so I rang Pizza Bellezza. The order still had not been sent out and they said they expected to be able to dispatch it 'soon'. This was of no use to me as we were going to bed so I told them the order was no good to me any longer but PB refused to issue a refund. I won't be dealing with PB or Just Eat at any point in the future and will be blocking JE emails as will my son and his friends, who were waiting for the pizzas, and any family and friends I have told about our ridiculously inadequate experience.

Mushrooms were from Iceland. Stinking. The carbonara was swimming in oil and was absolutely rancid. I rang up to complain and demand my money back. I got told “the guy must’ve put too much oil in it”…why is there oil in a carbonara!? Jesus wept. It’s supposed to be, egg yolks, pecorino, pork cheek, salt and pepper. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, disgusting is an understatement.

1 of my favourite places to order from. Been eating from here for over a decade now an can't say ive had a bad takeaway yet. Pizzas are high quality and personally I think they do the best chicken burgers Belfast. Would highly recommend.
