Pizza Bellezza in Antrim

Food is amazing but the young girl answering the phone on 18th march needs to learn some manners and respect. So cheeky and ignorant she is maybe a bit of training on how to talk to customers when they are ringing for an order. I'm sure I'm not the only one she's been rude to

We used to order here quite a lot but had a really bad experience a few months ago for a birthday. One of the pizzas should have had sundried tomatos but they put on normal tomatoes instead, they also forgot gravy with the order. Phoned them up and they said they would replace it but might be about 45 minutes which we were happy enough with. They then phoned us back 2 minutes later to say the chef said they had no sundried tomatos left and that is why they gave us normal tomatos so they would now not be sending out a replacement pizza but we can wait 45 minutes for the gravy if we like. We said don't worry about it, were not offered a refund and haven't ordered them since. I'm not sure how any chef can think the 2 tomatos taste similar and why would you not check that with the customer first. Very poor customer service and not the first time.

Haven't had from here in a while as they dont deliver as far as my house. So called down and wasn't disappointed. Chicken burger, bolognese chips, pizza.. Everything was great

Ordered takeout tonight directly from their app. The food arrived quicker than expected which was great, however, there was an item missing. I called the restaurant and let them know, the girl on the phone said they would send another out. Almost 3 hours later, nothing has arrived. I fully expect a refund of the missing item. You cannot just steal your customers money. Food was fine, customer service poor. Editing to respond - If a replacement was sent then nothing was received. We have a ring doorbell and can prove this. Maybe you should follow up with your driver. There was no offer of a refund, the girl on the phone went straight to "we will send a new one" and considering someone was missing half a meal we figured that was a fine offer at the time, had it actually happened. Knocked the review from a 2 to a 1 because they think it's ok to lie and say the missing item was sent out. Embarrassing!

Love the food here, and great service too. One day I'd ordered a doner kebab on chips, and because of a mixup, they ended up making a mixed kebab on chips halfway through making it. They asked if it was alright and mentioned there would be no price adjustment as the apology, took it home and it was great.

Great pizza that's freshly prepared. Been getting takeaways from here for a while and really enjoy the food.

I got a takeaway 12 inch bacon and mushroom chips and drink £18.40 including delivery , food was good but expensive only get now and again based on price 👍😎

1 of my favourite places to order from. Been eating from here for over a decade now an can't say ive had a bad takeaway yet. Pizzas are high quality and personally I think they do the best chicken burgers Belfast. Would highly recommend.

I have only recently come across Bellezza, and it's a shame we didn't discover them sooner. Their pizza is, by a long way, the best take-away pizza I've had in Northern Ireland. The pasta dishes are lovely (a touch on the small side but the quality is there), and their other sides that I have had are also great.

You will struggle to find better pizza outside of Belfast, outstanding and the fresh garlic pizza bread slices with mozzarella are off the scale. The only place I've had better pizza was Naples

Service was quick and food was great

Pizza is good. But delivery is not fast. Too crowded. I don't think staff is kind.

You need to step it up guys. Since the 1st lock down you've got sloppy. Girls attitude on phone when placing our order brash and had to repeat myself 3 times, was nearly going to tell her to cancel it. Wish I had for when it came they'd got the order wrong, pizzas just about warm, chips were hard and they forgot the garlic dips. Really disappointed considering their prices and the fact we are regular customers. You used to be the best. You need to up your standards guys, BIG TIME.

The Keverino Special is very good.

I ordered a pizza, a burger and a kebab on chips last night and had to phone an hour and a half later to find out where my food was. Their excuse was that they were very busy but my order was on its way. Two hours after I ordered, the burger and the kebab arrived. I rang the restaurant again and explained that the pizza hadn't arrived and had to wait another hour for that. In fairness, the pizza arrived with 2 complementary tins of coke as compensation. But a 3 hour wait for food is inexcusable.

Hands down one of the best pizza parlors in Belfast

Ordered over JustEat, which was easy to do and order was ready fairly quickly. Pick-up was easy and staff were friendly. However, I wouldn't order the pizza from here again. It was nice but there is definately better ones nearby or closer to me in Lisburn.

Pizza is gorgeous but the prices are just a bit ridiculous. Don't think I will return

Food is tasty but poor service and not very customer centric Edit to respond to their reply - first off all of your replies have been excuses, rather than acknowledging the issues customers have, which proves my point around not being customer centric. Secondly if working hard is busy chatting to each other to leave customers waiting 5 minutes to order then I don’t think my review is unfair

It's the best Pizza in the 6 counties. My top 3 are as follows : 1. Picante (the most delicious spicy treat available to humankind, and it also clears the sinuses 👍) 2. Hawaian (epic option for the sacrilegious, bacon instead of ham is a game changer) 3. Belleza Special (when you're hangin' on a Sunday night and need attention from every topping)... Thank me later 👌

A good takeaway pizza place should never be undervalued - I was delighted when Bellezza came along. After getting fed up with ordering from a lot of so-so local pizza restaurants, I tried this place a number of years ago and it stood out a mile. Great, tasty pizza with a lovely thin crust base. I’ve been a regular ever since. Bellezza also has another surprise up its sleeve - it has one of the best value-for-money Italian restaurants upstairs. They always have deals on and all courses, including the desserts, are great - that can’t be said for a lot of Italian eateries in Belfast. It’s an ideal location for a local family dinner. Why go to Scalini’s or Villa Italia in town, when this local place is far better and cheaper?

The pizza is the way pizza should be. Handmade with fresh ingredients and cooked the proper way in a pizza oven not one off them conveyor belt pizza ovens.

Friendly staff. Really good pizza lots of toppings. Great value. Would definitely recommend it. Chips were realky crispy. Garlic bread with cheese is great. Never sat in. Just got carry out.

Excellent delivery pizza that also has a surprisingly tasteful restaurant upstairs. I much prefer their homemade pizza over the homogeneous fair from chains like Dominos.

Visited the restaurant here for my brothers 30th, booked in advance for 14 people 12 adults and 2 10yr old boys. The place was set up on arrival to accommodate us all, earlier in the day although they weren't opened they took in the cake...

We have visited Bellezza a few times. The pizzas are very good and we I could be happy to recommend this restaurant for either take away or a sit in meal.

Just average food ... Ordered a 12" marinara pizza, cheap ingredients used. Only 3 small anchovies on 12" pizza. Come on....
