Pino pizza and grill in Uttlesford

Order placed at 530pm to avoid the rush, delivery said 50 minutes after an hour tried to call multiple times with no answer. At 8pm I spoke with the service team livechat who said the restaurant apologies and says it will be there in 30 minutes. At 830 I tried to call again, no response, back on livechat who couldn't get hold of them and said to wait 15 minutes and if I never got my food to email them for a refund! I have a 2 week old baby and a 7 year old who by this point is starving, I had a cesarean so can't drive hense the delivery and my partner is back at work from today. I managed to get a family member to come and collect me to take me to the restaurant where they said "there has been a fight in the restaurant and we had no way to do your order or contact you" as they were saying this a delivery driver was packing a bag with food to deliver to somebody. They did offer to cook the food (a pizza and a kebab) bit said it would take 25 minutes! Whilst I was in there there was no sign of there having been a fight inside but the place was disgusting. Needless to say I will never ever order with them again.

Poor service, I placed my order via Uber at 7pm, expected arrival 8/8: 00pm, order never arrived. I started calling the restaurant without interruption but no one ever answered my calls. At 10:30 pm it was "order delivered", but I never received anything. I understand the chaos of Saturday night, but two hours late no one ever answered the phone to give me at least a minimum of explanation.

I always get my latte here before catching the train to London. Quick and friendly service, delicious coffee, very reasonable price. I would have given it five stars but sometimes it’s not open and then it is too late to go elsewhere.

Always good service from Pino pizza. The pizza are always hot, fresh and of high quality. During the week you can 2 for 1. American hot pizza really good flavour.

Used this place many times and has been good, however I don't know if the ownership has changed but I feel the standard has slipped. Very light on toppings and not what they used to be.

This is a store front with seating for 4 people. If you are vegan your options are LIMITED! Their falafel (which was the only reason why I came here) was buried so deep in their freezer and so infrequently used that they could not find it. Sanitary food preparation is questionable. It may add to the flavor though.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 kebabs, pizzas were shocking !!!!! Chicken on the kebabs was pick in the middle !!! When I complained, all I got told was " You got what you wanted didn't you !!!" and then they put the phone down. Never Again !!!!!!

We have always been impressed with the food here but tonight was very different. I ordered online at 4pm and eventually received our food at 6.40pm. The delivery driver did apologise though and provided us with a free bottle of pop. I had ordered my usual chicken strip wrap which has always been packed with salad and salad in a lovely soft tortilla wrap, on previous occasions. Tonight l opened the paper to find a crumbling, dry, falling apart wrap with four pieces of chicken and no salad. My daughter's chicken nuggets were also cremated. As we were so hungry, after waiting so long, we just ate the food, but l can't say l enjoyed it like we normally do.

Visited this place to get two pizzas only to be told by the unhelpful guy that buy one get one free on collection was not available due to them making a new menu. Complete rubbish.

The pizzas are delicious and really authentic with a gorgeous thin base. Loads of choice and really quite reasonable for the quality.

Excellent chicken burger meal service was excellent and it didn't taste cheap and cheerful all quality food @pino !!!!

Pino has always been the best takeaway in Stansted in my opinion. Whether I order for delivery or collection best food around and has always delivered a quick service.

For months Pino's has continually impressed me, it is by far the best takeaway food in not only Stansted but the surroundings towns of Elsenham and Takely. It has a vast choice of pizza selections but it's menu is extended to burgers, kebabs, wraps and salads. Keep up the good work!

So I've ordered a pizza from Pino last Friday and they gave me a garlic pizza bread with it as well !!Driver said its complimentary so what are they trying to make me fat ?haha yummy pizza really and so thankful they deliver to Newport !!!

we missed the train to stansted so we thought we stop for a coffee , ended up sharing an italian pizza with my friend , good food and lovely place would love to try again !!

We have justmoved to stansted so we thought we try the food at pino , i order an italian pizza and my partner order a kebab , food was fantastic and been delivered in 20 mins

My pizza was burnt and didnt get the extra toppings I asked for and paid for. I ate it as I was hungry but cant say I ate it cause it was enjoyable. I'm sure I've had a pizza from them at a friends house and it was amazing but this wasn't great.

Used for the 1st time last week and have to say the food was fantastic and reasonably priced. We will definitely be using again.

Lovely take away pizzas. Very tasty just eat them quick as they do cool down quite quickly in their boxes but I don't know why. We have been back many a time and will be back again.

A great addition to food outlets in Stansted. The pizzas are super and they make lovely salads. The staff are always cheery and they deliver!

Tucked away near the railway station it's easy to overlook but actually very good Pizza. They have both American and Italian and I would go with the latter. The large ones are huge, nice and thin and crispy base and plenty of good quality toppings. They obviously are trying very hard to be good and it shows. Have used home-delivery service and it was fast and hassle-free.

I have ordered from them loads of time all ways been cooked to perfection the person on the phone was very polite and helpful and the delivery was very quick and polite would definitely recommend them highly to anyone
