Great Ulster fry and quality Italian and local cuisine along with decent coffee.

Had excellent coffee, best in east Belfast I have had and a lovely chocolate biscuit type dessert. Very much a cafe with lovely Italian feel. Great friendly service.

Edit: Seems they really don't like when you leave a negative review. Their behaviour tells you all you need to know about their service. Wouldn't recommend, better places to get vegan Italian food in Belfast

I've been a regular for years with my husband, always met our expectations (and we are normally very, VERY picky about Italian cuisine). If you don't know what to choose, ask for the weekly Italian special... actually, ask for the special in any case, you can thank me later :) Whether you're there for a bite or for a full lunch, you can conclude with a nice espresso coffee, a slice of cake, or if you're in on Thursday they have cannoli ❤️ (be quick though, more often than not they fly off the counter as soon as they are ready!)

Brilliant local cafe in East Belfast. The owners (and all the staff) are absolutely top notch, friendly and welcoming. The food is quality, and don’t forget to check out the specials if you love authentic Italian cuisine! You’ll not find better craic than Piccola Parma!

This is a little gem of a place, I've been in a couple of times and it has a very pleasant, relaxed feel to it. The food I had felt like it was carefully prepared and very tasty. It is reasonably priced too.

Congratulations to the guys, we ate spectacular spaghetti carbonara and bolognese, I recommend anyone who is in Belfast to go and eat at Cristian, the owner of the small Parma who is also the chef, the service from 10 is kind and helpful throughout... .thanks see you next time

Unreal lasagne and the 4 cheeses pasta was beautiful, I’d highly recommend. Also the cannolis were top notch. Will be back and will recommend. The prices were brilliant too.

The food is absolutely fantastic, full of flavours and respectful of the real Italian traditions, which is something that you don't find in Belfast. The menù isn't long but this allow them to have attention to details and to look after the quality of their food. I would eat here everyday if I could. By the way, they have the best Crudo di Parma you can ever get, even in Italy it's hard to find it that good.

Have wanted to try for a while. Our visit didn't disappoint the food was very tasty. My husband hasn't tasted spaghetti like that since his Italian granny died many years ago! We will definitely be returning to work our way through the menu. Very reasonably priced and totally affordable treat for us.

I needed somewhere to sit down really badly. I went in here explaining all I needed was a cup of coffee until I recovered and was collected. I had two, the coffee was that great. I can not eat when I am out as the reaction is more trouble than it is worth but I look forward to having a sit in here again and leaving with something nice for home. I really think it is a pity that lovely little spots like this are bring edged out by excess bills and bureaucratic difficulties, to replaced by the bland plastic chicken merchants. But perhaps that is the plan.

My daughter and I went to Picola Parma to order a dozen cannoli for our "The Godfather" evening. We had their Ulster Fry while we were there and it was just exquisite, beatifully cooked and made with high quality products. Wonderful! Best in East Belfast. I've hunted for cannoli all over Belfast and the ones here are just perfect. They are exactly how cannoli should be made, proper Italian ones. We stopped the film when Clemenza said "Leave the gun, take the cannoli" and ate them all, everybody agreed that they were the best they've ever had. You would die for them, which incidently Paulie Gatto did, but hey ho.

Few times ive been with my son for a fry an each time been a good clean fry up an always been ask as eating everything ok sir that wee ask go's along way in my eyes

Visited Piccola Parma today.We wanted a quick lunch , was thinking Italian cause we were hungry. Saw this on Google. Got the Taglieri Misto to start for two! UNREAL! Chef/Owner came out and explained the combinations of meats and cheese , the origins and tasting notes.We also had a Carbonara and a pasta Ragu Bolognese! Both were sublime….really authentic….. like it was home cooked in the north of Italy. Got an Italian hot chocolate to share for desert…highly recommend. The service was really attentive and the homely feel of the place is really something else. Will definitely be back.

Amazing food. Lived on the Cregagh Road for years and always thought about trying here but never managed it. Called in on a whim one Saturday lunchtime for pasta and dessert. The mushroom tortellini was excellent. A fusion of quality Italian pasta and ham with the local twist of Guinness sauce. The carboara is totally authentic ( no cream or chicken as you get in a Marksies meal deal) .The Birramisu is also a must try as it fuses Guinness into the classic Italian dessert.will definitely go back

First time actually trying here just yesterday, and where do I start and it’s beside my home!…… The flavour amazing, the pasta so soft and cooked amazingly. I’ve tried so called “Italian” dishes all over the world and no Italian dish has came close to what I had yesterday, that includes Italian dishes I’ve had while being in Italy! And the coffee was great! I’ll be a frequent visitor!

An absolute gem of a place - lovely people, atmosphere and amazing food. It has a lovely community feel with lots of regulars popping in and I can see why: the food is gorgeous, and you're going to want to work your way through the menu! Super coffee, great friendly people working there and lovely chats, all on top of delicious food, what more can you want? You won't need to try anywhere else in Belfast.

I absolutely love this place! The owners and customers are extremely friendly and there’s a real community buzz around it. The welcome is only surpassed by the food quality the Italian chef prepares fresh every day. I recommend the pasta, coffee and cannolis!

Best italian osteria in belfast highly recommend a visit food is superb and the staff are amazing friendly and very welcoming fantastic range on the menu with many great sauces to accompany any meal also an excellent selection of coffees and italian sweets and treats !

What a wee gem food is amazing and the cater for all dietary needs I'm celiac and the went out of their way to get foods in for me... As for the staff they are always happy and chat away I always have a banter when I'm there, highly recommend you pay them a visit.

Where to begin you will never come across friendlier staff you can feel the welcome as you step in. The frys are amazing and the paninis are yummy. They will cater to dietary requirements where possible. My self and my family and work colleagues always enjoy a wee piccolo Parma!

Been going to Piccola Parma for years. Great selection of NI food or Italian. Christian is a master of sauces and their meat and cheese selection is second to none in Northern Ireland. All cut in front of you too. If you're looking for fresh Italian meat and cheese it's definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful pork and Parma dish called Risa di parma in a creamy sauce. My wife enjoyed the Fusillia quattro fromagi. Do order the canoli for afters - fillings change regularly. Cash only for some reason? So come prepared. Bring your own booze £1 corkage charge.
