Peri Peri & Pizza in Luton

Food is okay not going to lie but there are no prices on the board and matey boy bumps up the price more than McDonald’s. I wouldn’t return as he is a rip off

Grabbed a meal deal from here after a 5 hour drive from the north. Very tasty food, great value and really friendly staff. The food was freshly made on the spot as I ordered, chicken was cripsy outside and juicy inside, pizza was yummy, kebab was in a lovely fresh naan bread with crisp fresh salad. But the star of the show was the sauces. They were incredible. My wife said it was the best garlic mayo she has ever had from a takeaway. The chilli sauce tasted like a combo of thai sweet chilli and fresh mexican salsa. The peri peri mayo was amazing with the chips. Sadly it live up in County Durham so I might not be able to visit again. But folks in Luton are lucky to have a great local takeaway like this.

Disgusting burnt fish and chips. And got a burger which was over fried. Waste of money. Had to throw it in the bin😖🤮

I’m Ray a local estate agent who frequents many of the chicken shops whilst on the road. I like healthy eating so Peri Peri chicken is the obvious choice for a healthy good tasting meal. I was doing a valuation next door to this chicken shop so decided to go in. The chap behind the til was very polite and I had a great conversation with him. The food was ready pretty quick and the presentation was very good. After just one mouthful it was clear these guys were up there with the best tasting chicken shops in town. The marinade had its own unique twist and was absolutely delicious! The chicken was fresh and moist and had a zesty lemon taste. Truly a hidden gem that should be given the credit it deserves!

Had a very large function for son's sports club. Asked to cater for over 120 kids and parents and these guys smashed it! Food hot, food delicious and bang on time. Plenty for all! We had pizza, chicken and chips! So much and such great value! Service spot on too. Organised, helpful, friendly! Happy social! Will 100% use again!

UPDATE 15th Feb. I had to review the rating. Ordered online with delivery, on their website. Stated that it takes 45 min. I've waited 1 hour and 30 min until the food was actually delivered, on a 10 min driving distance ( in traffic) from where I live. Chips we're warm and soggy, the paper bag was all wet and the wings (not all, but most of them) extra burned having the grill burned taste as well. Very disappointing. Oh my days. I just had the best peri peri wings ever. I've placed an online order, I went to pick it up, waited about 5 min (I went a little bit earlier then estimated) and then happiness was handed to me. I don't have photos as It was too good to stop from eating. Nice and hot wings, just the perfect amount of spiciness, the meat was so well done and tasty, the chips were fresh and hot. Just amazing. The garlic sauce was amazing too. Guys, well done, I'll definitely go back. Ps: as a suggestion, you could put some tissues in the bag.

I literally live across the road and they charge you 3 pound to walk across the road I have been a loyal customer since the old owners I can not believe they charged us 3 pound to take literally 4 steps across the road I will never order from here again shocking customer service

Only found it om the last night and being a lover of spicy foods I went there and was not disapointed. The place is just as you would expect it to be and the food is good, prices are in the mid low level and service was faster thsn anticipated. There is places to sit and the shop is at street level.
