We visited Parilla for my brothers birthday for the first time today. Both the food and service were 5 star. Very informative re the cuts of meat and what is best for our preferred cooking style. The service was efficient, friendly, the food tasted incredible and it was fantastic value for money. This makes the short list of regular go to's going forward. Looking forward to our next visit!! 😀

Took my wife and kids for Mother’s Day. Even though the restaurant was busy, the service was outstanding. Food was excellent too. Steaks looked to perfection, and tasted excellent.

After wanting to try here since it opened we finally got round to booking a table and it was well worth it. The restaurant is really tastefully done up. The right mix of looking nice while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. The music is also the perfect level, loud enough to not hear other tables and quiet enough to hear people at your table. The service was great too, all the staff are very friendly and served at a nice pace so we never felt rushed. Even had a nice chat with our server just before leaving. Most importantly, the food was fantastic! I got the Sirloin steak and it was just brilliant - incredibly well seasoned and cooked to perfection I can honestly say it is one of the best steaks I have had in and around Edinburgh. My wife got the Beef Fillet Kebab with Daupohoniase potato and again cooked well and absolutely fantastic. Not only that, the price of the food for the quality was very good, certainly not cheap but great value for money compared to other steak restaurants in Edinburgh or places nearby like the Roslin Inn. I would highly recommend a visit to Parrilla but probably best to book in advance as they are usually booked out a couple of days ahead for the popular times.

The service and food was excellent, we had cocktails with was fantastic also, the staff were very knowledgeable about the background in the food they serve. Will definitely be back .

Had a birthday meal here with my sons. We arrived a wee bit late but staff were really friendly and helpful despite this. They explained the dishes and showed us samples of the steak cuts before we ordered. The meals were delicious and I will definitely be back.

First visit here. Wide range of steaks, nice touch that tray with examples of all cuts was brought round before ordering. Many none steak options. Prawn starter (Gambas) amazing. The girls and I visited Parrilla this evening for our friends birthday, we had a fantastic meal. All of our steaks were cooked to perfection, and the accompanying sides were beautiful. The knowledge of the cuts on offer from the host was incredibly helpful, and the waiters were incredibly attentive. We were made to feel very special. We all agreed the dinner was very good value for money. The birthday girl was gifted a birthday cocktail which was a lovely touch.
