Bit slow. They seem to prioritise phone orders rather than the customer in front of them.

Still Good value for money but don't expect the staff to hurry themselves

Excellent chippy I've been going here for 40+ years and still no complaints.

Found 2 hairs in my food thanks for wasting my money.

Best Cod & chip supper this side of Belfast...

Bought a fish supper last week. The fish was no size, about 6 inches and skinny. The chips seemed to be days old. A COD supper? They're coddin. Never again.

Ordered a Christmas Chip waited nearly 30 mins for this collection order, fair enough they gave me a free drink for the long wait but that doesn’t make up for the staff having a full on row loud enough for customers to hear, and this disgraceful food, looks and tastes like a dogs dinner, won’t be back anytime soon😷

This is our local chippy. The chips were great, and the fish were 😋 Very good value

Decent chippy. Nice chips, goujons, burgers etc and food always nice and hot. Usually get a gravy chip with onions and mushrooms and can't say anything bad about it. Premises always seem clean and staff are friendly.

Love the parkhall burger, its a feed on its own, comes with bacon, tomato, lettuce and a big juicy onion ring, well worth a look if your up the coast

Probably not their fault but it's getting quite expensive . What they can do is find out why their food has got to be quite greasy Friendly staff work hard .

An hour and 40 minutes for a delivery! Worse fish n chips I’ve probably ever had. Never again.

I ordered a Hawaiian burger….. I got a cheeseburger, freezing cold with one tiny slice of tomato, non melted sliced cheese, no sauce… but enough lettuce for 3 burgers…. Would have been better going to McDonald’s.

£4.70 for a 'pastie supper' that was no more than a small chip and one small pastie with the texture of a soggy pancake slopped on top. Second time being disappointed by this chippy, there won't be a third. Definitely do not recommend, travel into the town to the Arcade chippy for a crisper chip and better portions for the money.

Usually an alright place to get from, Chicken fillet burgers were my go to when I did order from here but yesterday got a chicken fillet burger and a gravy chips with peas and onions. First off I took one bite of the gravy chips with peas and onions and it tasted off completely, it tasted soapy like someone washed the inside of the tub with fairy. The chicken burger is another story, Their burgers are usually very good and tasty but when I reached the middle of the burger I took a bite and my mouth was filled with grease and there was a squishy consistency in the middle which made me instantly feel sick. I would've vouched for this chippy in the past but now I will be avoiding. I've woke today and I've been throwing up, feeling nauseous, my mouth is constantly watering, the cramps in my stomach are unreal and I have lost my appetite. Probably due to undercooked chicken/food poisoning.

Terrible, waited 2 hours 10 mins on a delivery, its not hard to hire a couple of drivers on a Friday night. Waste of space, I'd been quicker walking to Ballycastle.

Stopped in to buy lunch . Not from the area. Rubbish outside door. Woman serving couldn't look more uninterested. Ordered lunch special . Don't know what was special about it . Chips hard and pale. Battered sausage must have been made few hours before and the portions were... Tiny . No please and thank you from staff . Didn't even look up when giving me my meal. Anyway . Won't be back

AVOID this chippy, defo will be my last time buying food from there...

Pre ordered the food to be picked up a a certain time because we had somewhere to be that night. My husband went to pick it up... we got it 35 mins after the time we booked. Part of our order was not as described, the drinks were missing and so was a dip, which I'm sure had we of complained they would have gave us those bits as we paid for them but unfortunately we had no time. All the batter was extremely greasy on the outside and soggy as anything on the inside and the chips were undercooked and the grease literally looked like a sauce on top

I'm very disappointed in the portion size provided for the prices charged.

Long wait, food bearly warm, when I have been in to collect food staff are never rushed always have time to chat nomatter how many people seem to be waiting

Ordered take a way for colection.. Food was a discrace. Chips could not be ate , probably due to being left in hot compartment , All i can say is if this is what you are giving to other people how are you still in business.. You need to have food standards to look and review. I will be putting in a complaint.. All food was put in the bin.. Small portions, 40minute wait,not nice.

Rotten grey and black chips, couldn't eat them and kids chicken burger's where cold, tough and inedible. Not very good at all ☹️😞😒

Ordered some chips for delivery as I can't leave the house. Took 2 hours to deliver 2 portions of chips, ordered large chips but didn't seem like a large. Overall was just ok, could have been a lot better. I feel like the chips weren't as fresh as chips should be from a chip shop, we were pretty disappointed with the outcome

The delivery time was good, but the food I ordered was just OK. For what I paid, I expected better quality food

Ordered online tonight at 7pm and said on the website there was a max delivery time of 90mins. So time went past and came to 8.55pm and still no sign of the delivery. Thought that due to whats going on they would be abit busier. So gave them a call at 8.55 as they close at 9pm and was told it was out for delivery. Thought happy days will be here any minute. Nothing came and 9.30 past thought maybe they might still be in the shop but no answer when i rang. So im guessing my order was forgotten about and when i rang they just decided to say that it was out for delivery just to get me off the phone. Sure didnt forget to take the money out of my account.

Open at 2 on a sunday afternoon was a bonus. Only called in for a chip and it was nice to see it busy. Always good food from here.

Good, fast service, good staff and most important well cooked and presented food. First time there but we will be back. Enjoyable.

Not impresed the burger was cold hard filet chiken and chips looked gray .

Delivery has taken 2hours as per usual. Delivery is a joke. I’m sure it doesn’t take that length of time for one portion. I live 2minutes up the road and my food has apparently been with the driver for 30mins! Clearly nothing

The daily specials are great value. The staff are nice too. Generous portions and it's always warm when you get back home.

My wife rang up today and Ordered A large chip and asked for some salt and plenty of vinegar.The vinegar wouldnt have hit 10 chips out of less than 73 that was in the supposed large chip at £2.60 maybe the Germans are calling tonight..AS YOU SEE picture that i took of it.Disgraceful wont be back..

Pass by this establishment as I will. 2 times in succession l have received an incorrect order, on the second occasion I waited 20 minutes and was the only customer!!!! Very poor I would give 0 if it were possible.

Just terrible all round. Few weeks ago they had me waiting 45 minutes for two large chips, no apology, just set the back on the counter and continued their conversation after they forgot about me. Then last night when we opened our order, one of our sausage suppers was spread out across the brown bag with the white paper lying wide open. Definitely won't get out of here again.

Waited an hour for our food for them to have messed up the order. Ordered a burger with extra bacon and cheese and only got normal bacon and cheese on it as well as ordering two different deserts and received two of the same one. Disgrace.

Drink missing from order, cheese smelt off and chips tasted undercooked. Not impressed.

Phoned to have some food delivered at 4.35 waited till 5.30 still had not arrived phone them back .was told the order will arrive soon .Another call again at 6.05 to be told it as still not left the shop .cancelled

Phoned an order thru for collection and when I got home some stuff was missing from the order so had to go back to collect it. When we finally got to sit and eat our chips were brown and crunchie cos they were over cooked, the battered mushrooms were literally dripping with grease and the steak burger tasted of cheaper than cheap meat. Totally disgusting and never ate much of it thankfully as what we did eat resulted in me wakening up during the night several times with a dodgy tummy!!!

My misses is a fussy one. Got chips here she said I quote " that was some of the best chips I have had" . I'm a bit more reluctant to say that however they are nice. Worth a bash.

Very friendly staff. They didn't have what my daughter asked for on the menu but they were really friendly and spoke to her about what she liked and got her something sorted in a very friendly manner. They were very fast and the food was very tasty, the fish was huge! Great value for money. Nice treat :)

Mixed feelings, while the quality of the food is very good the portion sizes are pretty horrific. For my pastie bap and a large chip, the large chip felt like a regular sized one and the pastie was small too. There are worse, but better chippies

I have now went to this chippy twice in recent weeks and im sorry to say i wont be back. Staff are very rude and didnt even get asked if i wanted salt and vinegar.. i ordered my son a kids meal didnt get it in proper box when there was loads sitting and didnt even get asked what drink i wanted when on the menu it is advertised with a free drink.

Very disappointed with the food I ordered last week. The two portions of fish were not properly cooked through.

I spent 40 minutes in there because they had forgotten my order! I appreciate the apology given by the girl behind the counter, but it doesn't excuse the fact that I ordered large chips and ended up with small! I definitely won't be going back there again.

They have upped there game, just been tonight and got a fish supper about 8 o'clock and it was beaut
