Food was cold first ever time normally food is hot and early

Food ordered at5.31 food came 7.28 phoned restaurant twice food not hot very disappointed with service won’t order again nearly 2 hours for food👎

AVIOD THIS CHIPPY. Stayed in govan for 29 years never had any good experience with this place . Backwards ran . My food took 1.5 hours to come and got delivered to the house with a different number? Down the other end of the street , the neighbour had to bring it . Was freezing . Staff don’t have a clue and the food is barking anyway 👍 AVIOD

My pizza was burnt and to hard to eat the base of my pizza was solid it was uneatable x

Food is usually really good, but will collect if we order again delivery was set for 10 past 7 food didn’t arrive till 20 to 8 and was barely warm most of it went in the bin

Ordered from here a few years ago whilst in hospital and it really is a class chippy. Tonight decided to give it a go again and didn't disappoint. Lovely! Thanks guys.

Good quality fish supper, chunky chips were good. Didn't like the fritters the potato used was not nice.

food was stone cold frozen, fritter could have been used as captain Americas shield it was that solid, tubs of sauces were like ice cream, pizza was straight out the freezer and roll was about 10 years out of date x

Food was nice but they gave me a flat bottle of coke - paid like £3.00 for it, such a waste.

Everything, except the chips and cheese was lovely. For some reason, the chips and cheese was stone cold and inedible.

This was our first time ordering from here. Order was 1 fish supper, 1 sausage supper, fritters and a pizza crunch. Received 2 sausage suppers, extra chips and a pizza crunch. No fish or fritters to be found. The sausages that were sent had seen better days - somehow both incredibly dry, yet greasy and the batter was burnt on a couple. The chips were mid, still quite tough in the middle and a lot of scraps. Delivery was on time, so if you want the wrong order, at least it's on time 👍

The pasta was majorly overcooked and the rest of the food was subpar. That's as kindly as I can put it.

Food arrived over an hour late and it was freezing. They lied and said it was delivered after an hour of ordering yet it took 2 hours in total to come.

the food was uneatable worse I have ever had from there definitely reheat the fish batter was hard the chips were horrible I don't think I will use them again.

Made order & order was accepted they said I didn’t answer the door I’m I. Hospital which was stated on receipt I was waiting outside. Then continued to say they closed early & driver was away home so why was my order accepted ????? Furious!!! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE !!!!!!!!

Food arrived over an hour after order was made and after calling the shop who would chase the delivery driver as he’d left some time ago. When the food arrived it was cold and wasn’t tasty so ended up being binned.

best fish and chips I've had in a long time

Parella has gone downhill since the summer. This is the third order I've had that was disgusting. Portion sizes have reduced aswell. I'm really sad because it's always been the best chippy in Glasgow. I don't know what's changed but I won't be ordering from here again. Cannot fault delivery girl or delivery time. But food quality terrible and portion sizes really poor.

Food wasn't very hot. Still enjoyed chips and the fish.

how dare you send me rock solid fish and and reheated chips as for the pizza crunch supper was brick hard with reheated chips as for the 3 fritters could smash a window with them. all photos have been sent to just eat for a full refund and this will be the last order i get from here again absolutely p*** off... date 29/01/2024!!!!!!!!!

They forgot our 2Lt Irn Bru and they gave me a single battered sausage when I paid for two. The receipt was on the bag with the order listed and paid for.

Chips and cheese half chips where burnt cheese was stick in one place and not very nice

Food was unfortunately greasy and soggy, curry sauce and gravy came in a tub the size you would get a one scoop ice cream. Positive note the delivery driver was lovely.

Called to check where the food is and was told the driver had left, called again after 10 minutes and was told the same thing. When the food arrived it was cold.

Get different sausages the one I got was horrible

The pizza wasn’t held flat and all the topping ran to the bottom of the box there was pieces of the pizza with abs no topping on it I ordered two pickles and they were the smallest pickles I’ve ever seen.

When we’ve order from here before everything was perfect and we didn’t have any complaints however tonight was the final straw. We tried to have a family dinner and ones dinner didn’t turn up Witch was a steak pie supper, the gravy was lukewarm and over all it wasn’t enjoyable, will not be ordering form here again. This is outrageous.

After waiting nearly 2 hours the food was lukewarm at best which was to be expected after such a delay, and not even an apology from delivery driver. Shocking.

Disappointed there was no salt & vinegar on my chips. Other than that it was all good.

1st delivery I usually get fresh and was little disappointed with it. Fish batter little hard and chips were all the little hard 1s. Will definitely just go into shop next time

Took an hour and 20 minutes, too long

Ordered at 7.08 got a text saying order was delayed. Fine its a staurday night. Get another text at 8.15 order has left.... 8.50 order has been delivered and its freezing cold! Over 30 minutes for a delivery of hot food is ridiculous.
