By the time the food arrived it was cold the delivery driver was kind but the updates were misleading as the food said it was delivered before it was even here.

Sides Literally came cooked and no more, basically anaemic and sad

Pizza was really tasty and cooked perfectly , will definitely be back again

I would put less than 1 star but this is the lowest I can . I have been charged and order is showing as being delivered but I have not received I thing and tried calling multiple times but phone just rings out then cut off

Foods always lovely. This is my third order where I've ordered dips though and they've not been delivered. It's not something you'd make a fuss over either, it's just frustrating. Please remember to put dips in the pizza boxes.

I ordered for collection and arrived 25 minutes later to pick it up where after being ignored for a few minutes despite there being 5 workers doing nothing I was just told bluntly there was no orders to be picked up, I showed them the app where you can see my order, tracking and order number. I was told that if I didn't get a email then my order was cancelled and I'd get a refund in 20 minutes. The staff were rude and never even offered to take my order now that I was standing in the restaurant, they just turned around and continued their conversation. It wasn't till 40 minutes later I finally got a email saying there was something wrong with my order, never saying it was cancelled or what was wrong with it. I also didn't get a refund till 3 days later

It was an hour late the food was stone cold too touch only got half the order after waiting an extra hour for it so personally I think it's quite disgusting too be honest because you'd expect too get the food you payed for

Phoned several times answered and then hung up on me and blanked my number for about 10 minutes and called back 40 minutes late and still haven’t been able to answer me told me it was on the way 1 hour ago no sign of it.

The pizza was warm which was good but that overall taste wasn’t the nicest for the wings we ordered and pizza. Not something we liked. Also the team was quite rude on the phone and when the door was answered

Absolutely disgusting...not cooked....contacted them and an hour later still waiting ..asked for refund and apparently they don't do that..so £40 lighter ..never again..have the pizza here to give it back to them..so where do I get refund????

Ordered asked for no jalapeños, collected had jalapeños, phoned to say and they suggested a remake but it would be a 40 minute wait, after explaining we had to be somewhere in 30 mins time just said sorry and ended the call! Will not order from again

Food delivered early but the app was not updating so I wasn’t expecting it and the driver was waiting outside for me as I wasn’t aware she was on her way.

The price should’ve been lower for the size and quality of the food

I left a note for the delivery driver to phone me when he was outside as I stay in a hotel so I could meet him and even phoned the place to make sure and they still walked into the hotel full of guests, shocking service

Place is an absolute disgrace. Over 3 hours iv waited for 1 pizza, first time i phoned they couldnt see my order, second time i phoned it was another person who answered and could see my order, they also refused a refund because it was through just eat, wouldn’t even compensate me at all. Avoid the place is a joke.

I can’t say wether or not the food was bad as my order never got delivered and when I phoned the restaurant to ask where my order was and why it hadn’t been delivered yet I never even got answered on the phone

Ordered for 12:30 as we have our lunch break 12:40-1:25 and ended up being late and not very warm at all.

Took 2 hours to deliver my food, incredibly rude on the phone and couldnt be bothered talking to me. Blamed the driver when I asked for money back. Joke

New to the area so trying out various takeaways at the weekends. We were impressed with this one. Very fast process from ordering to delivery. Food arrived hot and was of excellent quality. 3 different pizzas, all delicious, everyone raving about them. Will definitely order again.

Ordered two Pizza for family, one was correct one was missing half the ingredients. Phoned the shop and they offered a free pizza next time I order so at least they have redeemed themselves somewhat. Usually bang on so a bit disappointed.

Missing 1 dip. Quality was poor as the potato tot bites were bland and had no flavour at all. The cheese was poor as was the bacon. The pizza was not cut properly and was bone dry.

Worst pizza service, ordered pizza through just eat then to be phoned to say order hadn’t went through despite money being taken off my account told would have to reorder and give card details over phone staff unfriendly and rude didn’t even get pizza and still never had my refund absolute shambles oh and when asked to speak with management he was apparently the one speaking on the phone but yet didn’t understand much English diabolical

Expensive for what it was, very little topping. Supermarket made to order pizza much better value and tastes as good.

Order was wrong, when we phoned to request that the right order was sent out we were given attitude on the phone.

Worst pizza I have ever had. I chose papa John's for my birthday tea and was really looking forward to it. I was so disappointed when I collected it and took it home and so were my family!!! The pizza x 3 were burnt dry hardly any toppings and lacking in everything hardly any tomato base couldn't even taste it if I am being honest real lack of cheese and the portion of toppings were the least they could get away with I am still trying to find a few!!!..we paid alot of money for my rubbish food! The potato tots were dry everything was a real disappointment. Dry tasteless burnt food I will never go back! Utterly disgusting thanks for ruining my lockdown birthday tea! You are giving Papa John's a bad name!

I thought I would try Papa John's and I was disappointed. The pizza dough was undercooked and the sauce and toppings were completely tasteless. The Jalepeno Bites were also flavourless, apart from the incredibly spicy and bitter Jalepenos. The garlic dip tasted overwhelmingly of strong garlic and was not palatable. I will not be ordering again. I literally think this is the worst pizza I have ever ordered.

I think Papa Johns is very expensive and I would choose somewhere else next time - nearly £30 for 1 small and 1 medium pizza and some little potato tots is a lot, more than any other brand! Bit of a rip off!

Good pizza, but mozzarella in the stuffed crust didn’t have much taste.

The delivery guy did not follow the contactless delivery procedure and he carried the pizza box on one side, so the pizza inside was completely smashed.

Delivery driver had excellent customer service, food was nice and got and had excellent flavour and the amount of food received was great for the price, will definitely re-order from Papa John's again

Cold greasy pizza delivered half an hour late by rude little man. Claimed he only left store 5 mins earlier I live like 10 mins away so lied right to my face rather than resolving problem do not use .you have been warned

only asked for 4 sides. that was the complete order and paid for 4 dips. was only given 1 tiny dip for four sides. had used the dips before i’d even finished the first box.

I wasn’t impressed with the sweet chilly sauce, it smelt like they added beer to it and tasted horrible, the potato tots where okay apart from the cheese being burnt. The garlic pizza was really nice there wasn’t anything to dislike about the garlic pizza

Had to phone when it was 10 mins later than expected to be told oh we’ve just received your order from just eat so it’s not even in the oven yet, when I phoned to complain to the manager he was totally unsympathetic saying it’s just eats fault not ours, how understanding, thanks for nothing. Eventually received the food 45 minutes later than expected so in total 1 hr and 1/2 after I placed the original order but hey it’s not Papa Johns Problem, I’ll not be purchasing another thing from Papa Johns , I’ll go somewhere more professional with Customer service!
