Papa John's in Pembrokeshire

This was my first experience with papa johns as normally I'm a domino's sort of guy🤣. I found the app very easy to use and was happy with the estimated time of arrival BUT the pizza arrived 11 and a half minutes late and when the delivery driver arrived he had disturbed my 3 year old son 😢 the pizza was piping hot and delicious but as my son was now awake he couldn't resist the amazing smell and decided to tuck into my pizza this is the only reason for the 4* review and not 5*. I will proceed to order papa johns but only when we are on date night as the pizza is too good to share.

Waited 20 minutes for the pizza and then it got taken by someone else cause they didn’t check who’s order it was. Then waited another 10-15 minutes. Got told we could have a drink or offered something for free and received nothing. No hair nets worn either by any of the workers.

As we could not use the restaurant which is not dog friendly we ordered a pizza. Whilst waiting we witnessed the guy serving us then go on to handle food to top the pizza with no gloves , he then came back to the till to take an order handled cash did not was his hands and went back to handling food. Very poor basic hygiene.

Under staffed, only one lad on front of house taking orders and handing them out he did a fab job considering rushed off his feet. Get him some help poor lad. Pizza was lovely, hot and fresh cant fault food

I don't ususally leave reviews but this was so bad I felt I had to. We ordered to be delivered to our van, came on time great. We'd been travelling all do so we're starving, would eat anything! Ordered an xxl so just over £20. Well, it was inedible. The grease was so bad it made my stomach hurt, I'd say it was under cooked so we tried to grill it a bit more ourselves to 'save' it but that made no impact on the grease. After eating a few slices we gave up and it ended up in the bin. Would recommend ordering a domino's which can be delivered to the site entrance instead, much nicer and cheaper

Food portions good value for money and cooked well. Delivery was quicker than expected and the staff were polite.

Ordered some takeaway pizzas from here for a night when we didn't want to cook or go out. Order was placed by phone, very friendly and helpful service. Said it would be 30 mins, was about 20 mins when it was delivered. Delivered by a friendly guy, pizzas were piping hot and very tasty! A little pricier than usual Papa Johns outlets, but this was expected and we did get buy one, get one at half price, so were happy.

Great pizzas -not cheep but big franchises aren't especially when situated within Holliday parks/however definitely not over the top, Pizzas lovely ,wedges are now gone and potato tots have replaced them which kids loved! Plenty of special offers and pizza bundles-there's even £5 kids meal deals which are ideal for small kids or to fill the gap in between meals...waiting time is long but it's to be expected when probably half the park is ordering the same time they deliver as well to your van My children of all ages love papa johns

Twice we have had take away from here delivered and never been disappointed! Service is friendly and and polite! Pizza awesome thank you for delivery this service in such an unprecedented time! It doesn’t go un noticed and hope you get to read this! Thank you

We decided to try the pizza one night and I have to say the pizza was really really good we also tried the chicken deal would recommend eating here, also service was excellent on are visit and waiting time was no longer than 10 minutes

Served by Lee Cawley, excellent customer service, nicely spoken, and guys working hard in the kitchen, a good team.

Placed an order to go around 3 adults & 2 children - couple of pizzas, garlic bread & the giant cookie. Placed at half 7, was ready by 8pm. We collected because we were in the first cul de sac right outside the entertainment hall & we had to go back inside the club to purchase a photograph, otherwise we could have got it delivered (which is free for any order over £10) Was absolutely delicious! Thank you

The pizzas and food are very nice but be prepared for a long wait, it's a shame they take so long to turn the food around as it puts us off from eating here,

we had papa johns twice on our holiday and they have great offers on and they allso do delivery to your caravan ace great food and they allso do a large choclate cookie try its yummy

Ordered food for all the family. Had a pizza night watching England match.Polite telephone order, doubles checked order. Delivery driver was polite friendly had a chatFood was lovely we had papas sharer meal with drinks, papas chicken box, sweet corn. Dips are lovely especially the buffalo one.Enjoyed by all and plenty of food for 4 adults sharing.Would recommend.Wa our last night family treatThanks for a great service.

Ordered pizza to be delivered to our caravan. The order over the phone was an easy experience and the order was delivered quickly by a friendly driver. The deals are good value and the food is lovely. Nice pizzas with a lovely crust, chicken poppers and wedges are nice, also the buffalo sauce. Only downside is that you can’t order by the app and use the codes or gain points.

Fair play £17 for a large pizza and the dryest pizza I have ever had in my life. Not a spec of purée on it and still chewing on it now. Taking the mick. Ordered 4 toppings which were very sparing as well. Won’t be going back!

Deals are very good 3 xxl pizza for £33 delivered to your caravan kids meals £5 staff polite and food hot and well presented

I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza with 3 pieces of chicken deal. The chicken was nice however the pizza was awful, not sure why but it tasted bad. The cheese was bland and tasteless. Disappointed! :-(

This Papa Johns is on Kiln Park holiday camp is for patrons of the park only, unless you can bribe the complex security guard. You will need a pass to get to the little restaurant they have. When the delivery wagon is working you can order a takeaway but it seems to brake down quite often???. Now Papa Johns is Papa Johns but because this one is on the holiday site they won’t accept any discount vouchers or codes from apps and they are a little more expensive than your regular street based shop. That said my review is based on my very plentiful experience with this outlet and that is excellent.

We had a f a family takeaway for 4. Really good value for money. Food was excellent.staff were very friendly and helpful.

Decided to order from here after a long day out and wasn't disappointed. Food was relatively quick and fresh, and of a good quality, and not badly priced. Just what we needed after a long day at the zoo.

nice pizza, not much of a range but good. Slightly overpriced, on par with Dominoes prices but not as nice as Dominoes according to my taste buds lol

We've used Papa John's on another holiday park. We think its great that you can ring and get them delivered to your caravan (with a 9month old going to the complex to eat isn't always an option). Friendly staff over the phone & the same...

Las pizzas realmente encantadoras hechos servicio fresco a la orden y muy rápido, sólo tuvimos que esperar unos 20 minutos a la hora punta.

Compré un Papa John's desde el complejo de ocio y lo llevó a nuestra tienda. Pagamos £10,99 y tenía un 6 porción pizza, parte de picaduras de pollo y porciones de patatas que alcanzó 2 adultos y 2 niños pequeños. Sin duda, volveremos la próxima vez.

Comimos en el parque de Papa Johns Kiln tenía una comida familiar una excelente relación calidad-precio era deliciosa pizza de servicio rápido recomendaría mejor que Domino

So had to try a Papa John's as never had one before. Loved it had two ten slice sharers between four adults and two kids with four sets of wedges (too spicy) and four drinks. £30 odd. Not bad considering I had two slices for breakfast the next day. Option available to have half and half so had four different toppings.Ok for the price nice food if you like pizza

I've just returned from a stay at the Haven in Tenby which has an on-site Papa Johns. I have to say they are delicious pizzas.Between us we had 6 pizza's (3 different types) and each was perfect. Lovely fresh tasty base and toppings. But the best thing is each one was piping hot! Even feeling lazy one day and phoned our order in. We were impressed and pleased that there was no additional charge for delivery to our touring caravan and again, despite being delivered rather than eaten in-house, it was delivered piping hot.Excellent - I will highly recommend Papa John's and look forward to trying again, Only one problem when will we have a site nearer, Tenby is 150 miles away!
