No sé por qué tantas críticas negativas. Tenía carne crujiente fría y arroz frito, que era sólido. Solo aceptan dinero en efectivo y cuando el propietario se da cuenta de que no tenía nada en mí y el cajero automático de la entrada estaba averiado, me dijo que, de todos modos, me cocinaría y que puedo devolverle el dinero mañana. Pensé que era muy amable de su parte.

I wouldn't recommend this place poor service waited 2hrs for to be delivered.when I rang up and spoke to the guy he was rude.even the delivery guy told me don't ever deliver from there again which just says it all

The driver was aggressive when I asked why he was 15 minutes late. The crispy shredded beef was soggy. The live chat sucks, I ended up speaking with three representatives trying to have a single conversation.

The take away is literally 3 minutes away from where I live yet it took 1hr 20 mins to deliver 3 dishes

Poor. I ordered 6 items but received only 3. They even forgot one of the main dishes! We tried to contact the restaurant but the number listed on Just Eat and google was “incorrect”. The food that had come was good but just not worth the hassle. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Food was disgusting, arrived late and burnt. Number for the restaurant is disconnected so cant even ring them to find where your food is, probably done it to stop all the complaints. Worst meal I've ever eaten, justeats should remove them because nobody should order from them.

food arrived cold, 30 mins later then estimated delivery time. and did not include promotion of 2 free cans of soft drink plus prawn crackers when JustEat contacted they offered no partial refund, no redelivery or even offer to just drop off what was missing. in the end just eat offered £10 refund off their own back (we spent £45 with them) . poor service poor food and just generally a bad experience.

I am appalled... I ordered at 1910. Was told that the food would arrive at 2020. Which was already a long time for 3 easy items locally. I phoned at around 2030 - no reply. I called again - no reply. Just Eat Called - no reply. Eventually my food arrived at 2105 with no explanation or apology. The Just Eat customer team said they would call me on Monday. They didn't. I'm a food writer and am now going to give this substandard company a huge amount of negative publicity. They had the chance to put things right and haven't done so! Not happy. Just Eat? Just Cheat!

Got a call from the restaurant very ignorant caller who said i must go to the bus stop to meet the driver as he cant find me (im disabled) i tried to ask her a question and she hung up on me, tried to find the number for the shop was a mobile and went to voice mail, another staff rang me with wrong address and said she was told i cancelled so i informed her i didnt, not interested in any directions i was giving and hung up. curry was salty, the chicken was mush in batter, ribs were ok (i say ribs but was one rib chopped into 5 pieces) I felt so sorry for the driver who delivered such a nice man he was so concerned and apologetic. wont use again!

I got a call saying the driver was still delivering an order but as soon as he was finished he would pick up my order and deliver it so it would be about another 20 minutes. About 40 minutes later I got a call from the delivery driver saying he was close by but couldn’t find my flat. His location explanation made me realise I knew where he was so I went to my front door and directed him. Eventually I got my meal over an hour and a half from ordering.

Avoid this at all costs if you like food you will be truly devastated

This is quite possibly the worst Chinese i have ever eaten, it ended up in the bin where it belongs. The only good thing about this establishment is the delivery was late due to the driver getting lost & the restaurant called to keep me informed.

No free prawn crackers as stated Only 9 chicken balls not 10 and they were very greasy. Chilli beef was too crunchy and hurt my teeth whilst chewing. Would not order food here again sadly as I felt i wasted £20 and I have had much better for cheaper in fulham

Great food. But, terrible service. I choose to buy a meal on line because I also expect it to be delivered at my door. Instead, I had to go downstairs from the 4th floor to the street to pick up my meal!!! The delivery person could not be bothered to deliver the food at my door.

They changed my order because they had run out of ingredients for certain elements, they did this without informing me of any change. When I called to ask why I had received food I didn't order the staff were aggressive and argumentative, until they finally admitted to changing my order because they didn't have the required stock. I find it very worrying that they can so calmly change orders without discussion with the customer as allergies to the food we did not order could of caused much greater issues. They also advertised free prawn crackers with all orders but did not provide.

Firstly I was disappointed as I had to wait nearly an hour for the food to arrive, when I contacted just eat they was helpful and tried to communicate with this restaurant but had no answer, it then arrived with half my food missing and was very cold, the food it self I thought was not editable. When just eat tried to call them Back to arrange a refund no answer again. I will not Be ordering from them again and I urge you not to either! Very disappointed

Ignored dietary requirements, missing food items, 45 minutes late (nearly 2 hour total wait for delivery). shame because the food that did actually get delivered tasted ok... poor restaurant overall. definitely worth avoiding. Chinese Kitchen is much better.

First of all the food was late, i was given a time of 20:25 and waited and waited. I had ordered around 19:14. I checked on the justeat app and on the internet and both said it was delivered even though it didnt come. Instead of calling them up i went through the justeat help service who very kindly tried to call but no avail and then called the owner who apologised and assured that my order would be with me 5-10 mins. Thankfully it did come and quite hot too with my can of soda away from the hot food. Now the food itself. As soon as i opened the bag i saw a note from oriental express saying they had sold out of duck spring rolls and had to replace them with regular veggie ones which i didnt mind but they were a bit burnt looking. The pan fried dumplings were swimming in some sort of mixture of brown sauce and grease which made the outside super soggy, but the pork inside was very nice.(had to drain the tub and dry the dumpings off a bit) The chicken chowmien was slightly bland but the chicken and noodles were lovely and soft and the veg nice and crisp. The sweet and sour chicken balls were lovely and crispy outside and the chicken soft and tender inside. The sauce came in a large tub and was very nice too. Steamed rice was super hard and clumpy and also smelt a bit funny. I could literally put my fork in and lift the entire rice up. I ordered a chicken noodle soup and instead got chicken and mushroom noodle soup, again i dont mind but if i had been allergic to mushrooms i dont think that would of gone down well. For the money you can get allot of food, however i do think they need to work on the timing and quality of some of their items. The note about the replaced items was nice. However i may order from here once more in the future and then make my final choice about it then (i tried to order from here once before but my order didn't go through)

Tuve un servicio increíblemente pobre de esta comida para llevar. Después de una hora y diez minutos de espera, llamé para preguntar dónde estaba la orden y el retraso esperado. A ellos no les importó en absoluto la tardanza, dijeron que cancelaban si querían y luego dejaban el teléfono. Volví a llamar porque estaba bastante conmocionado y dije que había vivido en la zona durante 15 años y nunca me habían tratado así. La respuesta del propietario (el Sr. King, que también se negó a dar su nombre) dijo que tenían muchos clientes y que no le importaba en absoluto. En resumen, un servicio al cliente deficiente, arrogante y francamente un negocio que todos deberían evitar.

Lea las otras críticas, desearía haberlo hecho. . . Terrible, simplemente horrible. Comida: muy mala calidad, fría, totalmente incomestible. Apliqué paciencia a la entrega tardía, pero la comida fue la peor que he probado en mi vida.

We received cold food after two hours of shouting on the phone. The staff are extremely rude and aggressive and lie about the progress of your order. They swear at their customers, disguise untrained drivers by blaming customers for inserting wrong addresses, don’t give an option for refunds, are unable to process online orders but still take your money and block your calls if you call them multiple times to check on your order. The food was cold and no way worth the wait. Strongly recommend you never order from here - waste of time energy and money. It’s the worst Chinese delivery in London. It deserves NO rating and NO stars.

Waited 1 hour for delivery, food was inedible, we threw it away. Over salted, veg nearly raw, very dodgy tasting coconut soup. The 'tempura' was definitely deep fried and greasy. Very, very disappointed.

I made an order. Now everything came to my home. I call to inform about it, they told me that food was coming. After 5 HOURS and three calls telling me that the delivery guy was on his way, the food is not here. Very dissapointing

no shrimps at all in the shrimp noodles, just egg and pork meat. also hardly any squid in the fried squid, full of corn flour balls. not worth the price I paid for. will not use this restaurant again

Food was almost THREE, yes THREE hours late. On top of this, they didnt even bother to inform or update me on this, instead I had to ring them to get updates on the order. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Fortunately, when the food finally did arrive, it was pretty good, however will NOT be ordering from this place again, as they hardly offered any form of apology and only 10% off the bill after a two hour and 45 minute wait. Appalling.

The food received was not what I ordered. The curry tofu was totally forgotten. I called to complain and initially they told me they would send the food out immediately. Then their delivery driver called me to tell me he was going home and wasn't going to come back out. I called the restaurant back and they refused to do anything about it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

second time I have ordered and second time it was 15minutes late. also never received free prawn crackers as advertised. pan fried dumplings where squashed/congealed all together in a big lump. butterfly prawns are over fried and empty. tiny prawns mainly just breadcrumbs. big disappointment especially as it took 1hour 15mins to deliver on a Sunday evening. won't order from here again

My food still hasn't arrived and I ordered it over an hour ago.

the food took 2 and half hours to get to me, an hour later I what they said, the restaurant did apologise and sent me hot fresh food asap. the food itself was amazing and great quality! they did however forget my prawn crackers but after 2.5 hours I was just happy to have my dinner

Awful service. 1 hour and 40 mins for takeaway which is 10 Minutes walk from my house is ridiculous. The food is good but service is poor. I rang up asking where my order was and they hung up on me after barely apologising.

Shocking service! They left out HALF of our order after taking TWO HOURS to delivery! When we called to complain they said we'd have to wait another HOUR for the rest of our order and their only apology was one can of coke, to split between the 4 of us. Saddest part was the food was actually decent but they lacked common sense and any sort of customer service :(

I'd have rated this place no stars if I could. This is the worst takeaway I have ever ordered from. I never usually complain about anything but feel compelled to warn others about this place! Sent me sweet and sour pork instead of sweet and sour sauce (second or third time I've had an incorrect order - should have known not to reorder from here). I asked for a replacement and was later accused of not sending enough dishes back. Rude incompetent owner who instead of apologising told me not to order again! Food was not good either. I ordered my takeaway from here due to Seven Seas Munster Road being closed for the Easter period an excellent take away service. When I called their card machine was broken, after I had already placed my order. I asked for the kung pow chicken..the operator shouted to the staff "what's a kung pow chicken!?...can you make it?" It arrived 45 minutes later, I paid cash on arrival and my family and myself felt let down by the meal and this is why it's our back up Chinese take away if my first choice is closed. The beef was very tuff and rice was all congealed...the kung pow was in a very thin tasteless sauce compared to what we are used to by high standards and would of appeared to be cooked by not of the same standards we would personally expect.

Despite calling twice and telling the takeaway that we wanted amendments to the order (we couldn't eat some ingredients), and then ordering online with a note to clarify this, 2/3rds of our order was wrong ruining the meal. Poor service and poor quality food. Very disappointing.

The food was nice. They delayed my order by 10 mins at point of sale and then it was a further 15 minutes late. The man on the phone was very helpful when I rang though but looking through the reviews late delivery seems to be a theme with this restaurant. I probably won't try them again.

Ordered my two favorite dishes (vegetable singapore noodles and veg thai green curry) and they were absolutely prefect which shocked me as it was considerably cheaper than other take aways. Will defo be using again :)

It took 2hours and 45minutes to get our meal, they said the driver was stuck in traffic but we live 5mins driving distance from the restaurant! Had to call up 5times to get updates. Finally received the food which arrived cold, the order was wrong (we ordered beef but got chicken). No compensation was offered. Would never use just eat or go to this restaurant again

Usually this place is on point and I am extremely ststisfied however my order was half an hour late and then given the wrong sauce with my starter it should of been plum sauce instead was sweet chilli I put this down to a one off and hope my next order will be back to being on point.

Hi, I am very dissappointed, this order has never arrived. After contacting just-eat, I contacted the restaurant and was told to pick up my order myself. I contacted Just-eat since I expected there would be an issue with the phone number and driver not reaching the apartment. I was told the restaurant would call but this did not happen. I would appreciate a refund as soon as possible. Best, Jonathan

Our favourite of its Kind in the area. We order atleast once a week. The curries are our fave

Starters were good. Main course did not match website description and was therefore disappointing, sauce was very thin and vegetables did not match description.

Much more betteer than my last order un itsu that i asked for compensación and did not receive any reply
