OHO Thai food to go in Newry and Mourne

Newry store needs attention to orders going out. Got an order last week and items were missing. Rang this evening to say the order was wrong last week and could they make sure it was correct this week. Got home and the order was wrong again!!! While I was there 3 people had to come back as things were missing from their orders!!! Sort yourself out Newry OH HO.

I worked for this company, it uses expired food (meat), or reuses the same ones until it runs out (egg fried rice/boiled rice) which has a one-day shelf life. The sauces are very old, only the labels with the expiration date change, they do not use cleaning products for hygiene. It takes weeks for a refound. they receive orders online without having a driver for deliveries, or without the store being open, so that they can then use the money in their own interest, delaying the refound for a long time. I have always received the money late and now I have been waiting to receive the money for the last month for more than 3 months, without receiving an answer. PS: Once I found the cook drying his personal towel in the place where we kept the rice pots warm. I know that there are many of you who try to talk to the manager for different reasons. Once again, most of our order was wrong or missing. This is the second time this has happened. Thought we’d give them another chance almost a year after our first, dreadful, experience. They won’t get a third chance.

OHO in Omagh, Campsie - wonderful Thai food; fresh, abundant portions packed with flavour. Not spicy at all so add some in the order if you like that. All eco-friendly packaging and ready in a blink. What's not to love? Hope OHO stays in Omagh for a long time.

Went last week, food was beautiful and fresh, cutlery and plates modern and clean, fast service and stuff where really polit and helpful. Would definitely reccomend and will be back in the future. Top Marks from myself and mates 👍 Keep up the good work!!!!

Unfortunately we ordered from Oho in Newry last weekend. We placed the order at 6:30pm to be collected just after 8:00pm. When I arrived the building was pretty busy. There was one, unmasked, member of staff behind the counter, who spent the 50 minutes I was there, apologising to customers both in person and on the phone because their orders were going to be late (some deliveries by over an hour he estimated). Anyhow, I finally received our order at 8:50pm and drove home to discover we’d received a, tiny, Thai red curry, a boiled rice and instead of the spice box we ordered we received a pot of massaman curry, just curry, no meat or veg. It’s very expensive and the portions are very small (about half the size of a pot noodle tub) So to summarise, We paid £20.40 (£9.95 x 2 and a 50p ‘processing fee’) for a half pot noodle sized Thai red curry with chicken, steamed rice, and a half pot noodle sized massaman curry that contained no meat or veg…and waited 50 minutes for a meal ordered over two hours earlier. 1 out of 5 is being extremely generous! MAKE YOUR STAFF WEAR MASKS!

So decided to do our Saturday night takeaway, and not disappointed, the website is simple and easy to use, food was ready for allocated time. Even with having to travel back to the far side of Carlingford food was still warm when got home. Ordered Thai Green curry and Pad thai and two kids noodle dishes, ribs and prawn crackers, plus a portion of noodles for the toddler. So to put it simply clean plates all round, will be ordering from here again was well worth it.

Ordered Satay chicken skewers, thai curry, the wok stir fry satay and cashew nut and really tasty take away. Def doesnt make you feel really sicky or full, food tastes very fresh and healthy as a take away can be! Would def recommend!

Oho to go should be re-named OH NO to go! Very expensive for the quality of food on offer. Food lukewarm, taste one dimensional, the masaman curry and the pad Thai tasted exactly the same, the over riding taste was sweet. The “prawn crackers” appeared to be a weird mix of prawn and spicy popodum and the sweet chilli sauce was just sweet. Poor quality and at £23.25 extremely expensive. My advice is to avoid this take away at all costs.

Food well presented in fancy boxes, however fundamentally expensive for take away especially when you know how simple aTai green or red curry is to make, not for me .

I would compare this place to Camille Thai in the South and Belfast, which I mean as a compliment! In fact, I might even say Oho's food is even nicer.. This is one of the rare Thai places that taste authentic and good quality. I also love that you can customise your meal to add in or leave out the things you want/don't want! We had king prawn massaman, pad thai, crispy potatoes, and Thai greens(incredibly nice) and we can highly recommend all of those! We have been craving it since!

Had the Thai curry and was very impressed and the wings are full of flavour. cant wait to try a different meal

It was a very busy Saturday night and our first visit to Oho. starter's were lovely wings and ribs.. Generous portion sizes. The main courses were all very disappointing. Large portions. But flavour and taste not good.. We had satay. Massaman curry and stir fry. We were unable to eat very much of it.. Sides as well were very poor. Overcooked and stodgy. I got the sense the food was cooked and ready well in advance of our alloted collection time

Tryed Oho for the first time last week.I ordered Thai style chicken satay which was just ok.I was a bit disappointed as there wasn’t really much of a flavour of satay from it but my husband had the Thai green curry which was lovely.The containers of rice are a lot bigger than the containers of your mains.

Just tried Oho for the first time. Ordered red Thai curry noodles rice & share boxes. Everything was beautiful so tasty and full of flavour. Presentation was really good too.

I cant recommend the food enough! I’ve tried almost everything on the menu at this point, including all of the curries (the massaman is by far my favourite) and I’ve loved all of it. It is slightly expensive but it is so worth it to...

Had the chicken with chilli and sweet basil stir-fry, Singapore noodles and a curry plus 2 kids chicken noodles.. Its a bit expensive for a take-away (£40) but was absolutely delicious! Will be back..

Excellent Thai takeaway offering very different food and service to what is Normal in Newry. Easy ordering on ohotogo.com with payment by card and easy pick up. Food was cooked fresh and all dishes are calorie counted.

Saw this place on facebook,as it had just opened replacing a former chinese restaurant. Bit hard to get parked,but where there is a will there is a way.The place has been redesigned and in the entrance/waiting area it is white and very modern. Down to...
