Excellent coffee at a great price. Food is healthy and tasty and different from the norm. Great place for a quick coffee and bite to eat. Relaxed atmosphere and very helpful staff. One of the best coffee stops in the area.

Can we please address the amazing mocha done by amazing James at Glasgow West end Oaka? I do not know what is best, his friendliness or his mocha. It has become my favourite place in Byres Road and my go to for that caffeine and chill dose. Just like coming home! A try out on the food is on my priority list!

James was so helpful and friendly. I was buying some snacks for a friend and he was very knowledgeable on all the products. Thanks James!

Very cosy place to visit, always enjoy to sit in and drink cofee. Reccomend any of the dumplings, particularly the beef one or any sweet desert 😌

Love it here. It’s so underrated and the staff are friendly. It’s never busy and seats readily available The latte is fantastic ☕️

The staff were beyond lovely. We went not realising it was just before closing time and ordered some food. As there were closing they brought up more food that had to be eaten and as a student I will never turn that down. The selection of foods to eat and to buy in the shop section caters to a great variety and is cheap and delicious! Would highly recommend.

I lived in Shawlands for 8 months and only entered this welcoming little cafe on my last weekend there. I wish I'd gone sooner! The atmosphere as you walk in is instantly inviting, the staff are really attentive and friendly, and the interior is mesmerizing. We had a coffee and a breakfast bun, all of which were delicious. The value for money here is great, unlike some of the other cafes in the area. We also bought some plants from here that have really brightened up our home. I can't recommend this little place enough. Will definitely go back next time I'm visiting the area!

Visited today for a takeaway coffee and left very disappointed to be honest. £3.40 for a tiny coffee which wasn’t even what I ordered due to lack of attention being paid. The lady seemed very rushed and I could see the wrong type of milk being used, as well as the syrup I had asked for being carelessly fired at the coffee from a distance and totally missing the coffee itself (couldn’t taste it at all). Card machine was plonked in front of me for payment and the lady serving rushed off leaving me just standing there. I tapped my card and didn’t even get an acknowledgment or goodbye 🤷🏻♀️ Lots of better options in the area with great customer service and far lower prices. Poor service and sadly won’t be back!

South side of Glasgow is starting to get a great vibe for fantastic independent coffee shops, but problem is almost all of them are on Victoria Road or Polloskshaw Road. I was walking from Glasgow Green to Queens Park, and was wanting to grab a morning cup of coffee, but all the usual places head to all mean taking a large detour, but when looking around I noticed a coffee shop appear on Cathcart Road. Great little coffee shop that is really inviting. Staff are excellent and will make your order fresh on the spot for you. Most certainly now firmly one of my top go to coffee spot in Glasgow now.
