Food wasn’t nice at all, chicken wasn’t cooked

My delivery time changed however I think thats down to lunch time rush! No bother at all! The food arrived piping hot, and was very nice. This was my first time ordering from here and I Will 100% be ordering from here again!

Absolutely delicious! First time I’ve ordered from here. Food arrived on time, piping hot & freshly made. Not cheap when getting it delivered for one but that’s the price you pay for quality food as well as being hangry & lazy 😆 just what I needed today, thank you! Will be ordering again soon 🫶🏼

Ordered a bowl with steamed veg, salmon and cubed potatoes. Potatoes were big halves not cubes and everything was covered in something thick and black. By the time I got it home I was too far to take it back. Whatever it was was everywhere and smelt and tasted strong and nothing like their photos. As directed on their site I sent a message via Facebook Messenger asking what this black would have been and was it some kind of coating. It's nearly a week later and I've not had a response. I can only assume this was the black burnt stuff from a regularly burnt pan.The fact they can charge over £10 for this and not bother to reply tells me they knew exactly what they were doing as nobody would serve this. I'd save your money and go and get something healthy from Crunch instead, never had an issue with food there.

Had the Honey chilli chicken bowl and it was amazing definitely recommend it and will be going again very soon.

Food was decent except for cold desert that melted away having been placed on the hot food. Emailed business with picture and the issue but still no response a week later

I found this little gem a few weeks ago whilst out on patrol. I've been 4 times so far and everytime the food has been absolutely faultless. It's so tasty and delicious, the presentation is fabulous and the customer service has always been professional. If I could afford it I would eat from here every day. Amazing. 10/10

Noodles cold not sure how when i only live up the road! colslaw was not creamy it was dry and tasted sour. Potatoes had no flavour. Very disappointed its actually put me off.

The best and most delicious food I've ever eaten, fresh and healthy at the same time. A single portion is very filling and large. I highly recommend!

Worst. One. Yet. Ordered chicken, veg and potato cubes, I usually love this place and it’s usually so fresh but it just didn’t taste fresh this time. potato’s had no flavour, were cold and very very dry! I usually like the crunchy veg but this time it taste like they weren’t even cooked and just heated up and chucked in the box.

Had a honey chilli chicken as word of mouth said it was one of the best dishes. Popped in and staff were really friendly and bubbly, food was hot and sooooo delicious. Thanks Nutrition Kitchen foe a great experience. 😋

Really fantastic food in a limited market - definitely coming back

Usually really enjoy nutrition kitchen and their staff are usually lovely and friendly. Today’s experience started off the same, quick order taking and not too long of a wait. However when the food arrived we realised part of the order was incorrect. Went back in to let the staff know part of the order was incorrect, and that I was happy to pay the additional extra for the correct food. The person serving followed usual protocol going into the back to check however loudly expressed “she ordered the wrong food”. Which I thought was rude and unnecessary, when in fact my partner asked for salt and pepper chips rather than sweet potato chips. I was then told if I wanted the correct item I would have to pay fill price as they can’t do anything with the incorrect item. Due to the customer service I was a little taken back so decided to just leave it. Some feedback for future, provide receipts or confirm order to ensure staff has entered it correctly or if the customer has ordered the wrong thing. Will order online in future to prevent this from happening and to not have to interact with rude staff if a future problem arises :)!

Always good fresh tasty food - big portions and the build your own bowl gives a good variety of options. The festive bowl at Xmas was amazing. Great to have some take away alternatives in mansfield with fresh and healthy food choices.

we were happy it was early.Ive ordered from here loads of time, same dishes .This time my salad had an 2cm of water in bottom and was soggy and off putting.the balsamic glaze was on lid and not dressing salad.It went into the bin and I'd doubt I'd order again now

Always arrives early or on time and the food is always hot. Burger loaded fries are so nice please don’t take these off the menu.

I’ve been here twice and both times it’s been absolutely beautiful!! The food is delicious and fresh and the staff are so lovely, I’ve had the salmon bowl and also the halloumi salad, both very yummy but the halloumi salad was to die for !!

Waited an hour and half for this when they are 5mins away. The wrap was cold and the chicken was luke warm. An expensive lunch that was not nice

First time trying and I can straight honestly say, some of the nicest food I’ve had in a long long time. Hot, massive portions, couldn’t have asked for owt more. This place ticks all the boxes ✅

I ordered food at 1237 today and was given a hour for delivery. No problem I know they are a couple of miles away but our food didn’t arrive until 1424, 1 hour 50 mins after ordering. The food was lukewarm, I have had a similar issue before but I would ask the restaurant to remove delivery as an option or at least if it’s too far away. It’s a shame because when you collect the food is perfect.

Absolutely gorgeous food! Ordered a large katsu chicken bowl for me and my partner to share for lunch! Was delicious! Lovely portion size for us both. Chicken lovely and tender with a nice crispy coating. Lovely range of salad! Will definitely order again.

Driver said they left the food with reception staff at the hotel. Nothing was received at reception. Maybe the driver should have handed the food to the customer seeing as the customer had paid for this to happen. Poor service from an otherwise good food place.

I really enjoyed my meal again but made the mistake of adding prawns as an extra and didnt realise they were spicy and I can't eat any spice unfortunately so I wont do that again.I just took them off, the rest was gorgeous .I love olives but have never ever been able to eat green olives only black until I found these, they are so so tasty and gorgeous!!
