We used to order quite often but have slowed down because of the quality. The waffles aren’t cooked in the middle, the cake is cheap and the ice cream tastes like supermarket value ice cream. The ice cream always used to be top quality farmhouse ice cream and it was amazing! Sadly not any more so we won’t be ordering again.

Went to this wonderful place a second time and it was even better than the last time (no idea how as it was 10/10 last time!!) wonderfully presented hot food with tasty ice cream, wonderful staff and delivery, just the best dessert place!

Made within minutes, but didn’t taste like what we ordered, very milky and no taste of the chocolate.

Food was delicious, one of the ice creams was wrong but still lovely. Order took about 1 and a quarter hours but we were kept up to date. Really love the menu choices.

Delivery was perfect - what was meant to be warm was warm and what was meant to be cold was cold so no melted ice cream! We had brownie sundae, churros, and a simple waffle. Very pleased with portion size. Only (extremely minor) comment from us was that the simple waffle has golden syrup on it but we couldn't taste it though perhaps that's personal preference. Will order again when we get the sweet craving!

Absolutely delicious been 3 times and always came back. Ordered the Ferrero Fantasy waffle and it did not disappoint. I would 100% recommend.

Ordered before and they have been great, but in this case the sundae was just ice cream and brownie bits, missing sauce, while not expecting it to be hot the crepe was stone cold and the golden syrup on it had set in the crepe leaving a rubbery mess, the ice cream was half scoops and have mostly melted by the time it arrive. Overall poor.

Biscof milkshake was amazing, tasted brilliant and perfect thickness! Waffle was cooked perfectly and exceeded expectations! Gelato was so tasty and smooth. Cookie dough was nice and gooey. Delivery was quick and delivery person was lovely!

The desserts were absolutely delicious - a real treat. They were much larger than I expected. We all enjoyed them immensely and would definitely order again and recommend them to other people. Thank you for a real treat!!

The delivery was early and the driver was so polite and warm to talk to. We adore the fact that all packaging was cardboard so we could recycle it! And the food was utterly delicious!! Couldn't fault a thing and am looking forward to trying out more of the menu. Could do with an apple pie or crumble ;)

As I eat my Oreo cookie dough and ice cream (which was still frozen!!!) i’m wondering why the **** didn’t this place open sooner. This is what Malvern needed. Highly recommend.

Had two waffles, the toppings bueno and sauce were minimal could do with more to it was rather dry and Cookie dough was very small for the price and small scoop of ice cream. Milkshakes were alright. Delivery was on time which is ideal.

There food is so delicious, I go there almost everyday and it is so great I never get bored of it

Absolutley apalled ordered at 8:00 waited 4 hours with deliveroo saying its been delayed by 5 minutes repeatedly to then have it cancelled Ive now also realised it closed at 10:00 I would have preffered to be notified MUCH earlier of the cancelation, or even for them to have not accepted the order and have wasted my time.
