Great new cafe, excellent cup of tea and a panini, was recommended by a colleague and I will definitely return when next in Kessingland. 10/10

New location in Kessingland on the road to the beach, popped in for a coffee and to show support. Shop very nicely laid out, with tables and chairs and few chairs outside with blankets which we thought was a great idea. Coffee was lovely, the owner very friendly and polite and spoke to us about what food options are going to be available when fully up and running. If the coffee is anything to go by, its going to be a great addition to the village ..Welcome to the village, we wish you every success and will be back in soon

lovely crab cakes platter, made with care by James. We had a delicious meal in this unique location, with James as a very attentive and warm host. Also received some good recipe tips.

We had the best chocolate cake ever! And it came with story, as the rest of our meal. Friendly owner and quite an experience having the whole place to ourselves including listening to our own playlist.

Me and my friend visited this cute little cafe/restaurant today.. We were welcomed by James who was very helpful on helping us decide what to eat… The lunch was a freshly made sandwich which was delicious . Coffee was 1st class. Food aside the host was amazing and had a laugh & a chat which was very refreshing. Will Definitely be visiting again… keep up the good work James. Mell & Ann (money bags)

What a truly fabulous old fashioned pub with very welcoming landlady Anni and her customers, especially Janet and Peter, when we joined in Quingo yesterday afternoon. It was thrilling to win the picture quiz. The room was warm and cosy due to its great wood burner stove. The complimentary sandwiches were an added bonus! Thank you so much for the welcome and will join you all again in the New Year.

What an excellent find, tucked away in the corner of Beccles Common. Our Springer Cookie was first through the door and made very welcome. We sat outside in some very comfy garden chairs had a coffee and tea with a sausage roll and cheese scone, if it wasn’t cheesy enough came with an extra pot of cheese. Both came warm and hit the spot. Service was excellent and very reasonably priced £15 for our delights. Good place for a break after a dog walk although I do feel I would walk out of my way if I was in the area again
