Newroz Kebab Shop in Aberdeen City

We have been going to Newroz since it opened. When we go up to the shop and place an order it usually takes 10-15mins and the food is good but when we ordered through just eat for delivery that was just a joke. Phoned Newroz after an hour and complained, they said they were extremely busy. Waited again another 40mins went & still no sign. Phoned again and told exactly same thing that they were extremely busy. In the end after another phone call we went up and picked it up. Food was okay but didn’t enjoy it as much as would have, due to the timescale. Not sure if we will go back again.

I definitely do not recommend, the order placed with delivery did not arrive after two hours, I had to go and pick it up in person I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The food can be a hit or a miss some Time missing ingredients and not cooked properly then the next time you go its excellent but for the price it's really

Absolute joke, ordered a Donner wrap it was swimming in grease could barley hold it! grease all over my hands! rancid is not the word, do not order from them! Will be at you're own pearl highly do not recommend rotten to the core! If I could give it 0 stars I would!! Boke 🤢

Let me place an order online. Then waited 20 minutes to call me and say i’m too far for delivery and i won’t get my refund for 3 days!!!

Late and the wrong food turned up, a fraction of what was ordered

Always really good quality, freshly made and tasty food. Friendly staff and always a smile and hello, even when busy.

Ordered food kept getting a message were running late ..we're running late over and over was just eat but it the boy from the shop that delivers 2 1/2 hrs waiting for our food and we still had to pay £2.50 delivery....food was good but spoiled by the wait ...there's more than one driver for just eat
