Struggle to find a good Chinese so only have once every 3/4 months This place is excellent, long time for delivery on a Saturday but no issue if you know from the start

I came to leave a review and am suprised to see the bad reviews - I've only used this place once for a large takeaway for 9 people (after we had a free menu delivered).

Get the impression this place is rubbish or excellent. The food we ordered was great and delivered on time

Had chicken and cashew nuts and chicken was white no season or taste with a sauce that looked like wallpaper paste! The worst dish I’ve ever tasted I’d recommend not ordering at all! The man was rude on the phone when trying to pay with card too I forgot their bad manners and ordered as nearest one big mistake! Never order again menus in bin along with half my food as uneatable

Ordered a family meal for delivery. Many various items were delivered. Everyone enjoyed their food and all said one of the best takeaways we’ve had for a while. Quick, polite delivery, very good food, reasonable prices.

Delivery was within an hour on a busy Friday. Friendly on the phone with a good menu. Food was really good especially the 'Singapore' rice

This is my local Chinese take away and have been having delicious food for the past 7 years. Don't listen to the criticism on here as out the food it is well cooked generous proportions and friendly attentive staff

The worse Chinese meal I have had ever. I threw most of it away. I had chicken and BBQ pork fried rice Plenty of meat but tasteless. I had yuk sung as starter. Also tasteless

Nowhere near the best Cantonese takeaway in Sutton Coldfield. I've ordered for deliveries quite a few times, so recently chose to collect. The last time I visited I had to chase up my order a few times.

Staff extremely rude when i rang to make an order he pretended he couldnt hear me and shouted oh f off to me and said we know where you live .all i wanted to do was make an order but glad i didnt now .

We ordered Kungpo prawn, house special duck and beef with bamboo shoots and chesnut. They taste terrible. House special duck content everthing (chicken, beef) except a few pieces of duck and very salty as well. Beef dish was very mild and gravey looks watery. Kungpo prwan dish was too mild and prawns are too small for king prawn.This is first time we order here and wish never ordered.

I ordered a small takeaway for delivery to our home which is only round the corner. Serves me right, I should have walked I suppose but I’d been up since 5am. He took the order and at the end of the call said ‘£15. Up to one hour’ which I thought was a long time for ‘fast food’. After an hour I rang them up and he said the guy was en route. I said politely that if it wasn’t here in 5 minutes they could cancel it, but he interrupted me mid sentence, very poor customer service skills. In 10 minutes I rang again, he told me to hold while he checked, I said to please just cancel it as one hour 15 minutes is no good for a small takeaway order, he asked me to hold, I reluctantly did, and then he hung up on me! We got ready to go out to McDonald’s and about 5 or 10 minutes later the doorbell rang. As we were starving by then we accepted the Chinese takeaway although they still charged us delivery and the food was nothing special. I’ve used this takeaway before and it seems to have gone downhill lately, the last meal we had there was runny and insipid, I definitely won’t do again.

I've been to this takeaway many times and have always found the food decent enough, and the service pleasant, prices about what you'd expect.

Genuinely the nicest Chinese food I have had in a long time. Excellent portion sizes, good quality, fresh ingredients and delivered hot. Really shocked by some of the other reviews. We thought it was excellent.

I STRONGLY advise anyone to AVOID and not to buy from this poor excuse of a takeaway, it is absolutely appalling!

Ordered a family meal, paid cash, got home and found not all order was there. They didn’t care!! Shocking!!

We have tried I suppose all of the Chinese takeaways in the Sutton area, and so far this is the best one for the quality of food. One of the set meals was really delicious, and we enjoyed every bit of it. Will be returning to explore more of the menu.

I had bought from New Moon take away before and the service and food have been fine.
