New Kismet in Glasgow City

Ordered a small kebab and a starter got told the prices on menu and just eat were off by four pounds food was ok but the prices should be known before order

Kismet is my local takeaway and I love the food n the staff are amazing. They all are welcoming and friendly. They have settled in to the shop perfectly and thankfully they choose drumchapel

Hadn't had a kebab for the longest time and couldn't stop thinking about having on. I was passing Kismet takeaway and dropped in, I was not disappointed, I had a fantastic large donner kebab for only £7.50. While waiting numerous people came in for pre ordered pizzas and curry's, all of them delighted with their purchases. Highly recommend.

Kebab was tasty but only a small bag of salad and 1 sauce for a king size is not on , again for the chicken tikka hoagie no salad , pakora and pizza no issues with

Ordered a delivery on just eat before 11pm on Monday and we are still waiting at 1am the now and the shop is now closed, and are not answering the phone. Absolutely vile service. Avoid at all costs, before this we ordered chips and cheese and a pizza and only the pizza arrived ! So we were due a portion of chips and cheese on the house but our order has never arrived, shocking.

Staff are absolutely shocking & completely unprofessional, ordered food at half past 9, phoned at 11.15 to see where the food was, staff said they were at the door twice which they were not as with any takeaway we were looking out for it, then proceeded to say that the food wasn’t coming, called my sister a ‘fat ride’ then argued on the phone, will not be ordering from this shambles of a place again

Do NOT order via website! SCAM! placed order through website, paid, received an order confirmation and a time for delivery. Time came and went, no food delivered. Called the shop- they advised they had received no order and they could take it again over the phone. Informed had already paid but told website was the old owners and not run by them. Was told 30 mins for order to be delivered. Had to call at 60 mins as no food yet. Was informed had left the shop and wouldn't be long. Food arrived after 10 mins. Was missing a calzone- called the shop again, who knew the food was missing and said they would deliver it themselves. Calzone- eventually arrived and it was cold. Will NEVER order from this place again. Service appalling, food below average, mediocre at best. £40 for 2 curries, rice and a calzone- and I paid twice due to paying via website.

Boyfriend ordered, phoned 2 hours later as no delivery. Told it was on way. Half an hour later called again and the guy said they don't accept orders on THEIR own website, even though they took his payment. This is FRAUD!! They told him to call his bank to get the money back and where extremely rude. Avoid like the plague!

Make sure your online payment goes to the correct place as certain companies are offering a service they don't use.

Order at least once a week! This time 21/3/23 chips cheese donor meat kebab. The wrap was ripped and when attempting to eat kept ripping. Called and they sent a driver with fresh one great service !!!!!

Rude rude rude! Small problem last night leading to the young man berating us with verbal instead of just fixing a minor issue, Zero customer service. Just avoid! Plenty of decent takeaways out there. Same night found chillies blairdardie road. Amazing place

Ordered a pizza, was burnt underneath. Not the first time but usually I just go up and the fire me a new one, no problem. Tonight a young lad I’ve never seen before tells me “that’s no burnt, it’s golden brown” I don’t consider black to be golden brown. Then he proceeds to tell me if it’s not the first time stop ordering from us. No problem wee guy.

I wasn’t religious before but wow there is a god in drumchapel and his name his kismet walked in and I find my new church it was biblical ordered a big load of munch got to say dyno donner I was genuinely smiling after I ate it that garlic sauce was was out of this world turned me into a whole new person kismet my god my love my soulmate I regret not walking in and hugging all the kismet crew

Wouldnt even give on star really. I googled thos shop and there website came up. I allowed me to go through the order process and took my payment when I got there I was told they don't use the website n basically its not there issue and I need contact them for a refund. I don't know who them are given the website is in th8s shops name. Things got a bit heated and the manager started name calling which isn't very nice. So please avoid avoid avoid unless you want verbal abuse when you question why they have a website running that they don't use.

Won't be giving them my money so rude on the phones

BLAND BLAND BLAND absolutely terrible food so BLAND and and well over cooked food. £30 order and ended up in the bin. Food all seems reheated and absolutely BLAND. Avoid at all cost.

Don't even think this deserves one star. Ordered via UberEats three or four times before and they've ways just cancelled the order. Thought we'd give them another try to see if they'd actually take our order, and they did! Amazing! Ordered around 11pm. Called at midnight where they asked what our address was. "10 minutes away by the way". Got told that our order would be 10/15 minutes. It's currently 1am, place is closed so nobody's answering the phone and I'm guessing we're just having toasties for dinner. Avoid this place like the plague. I never leave negative reviews but this has got me beyond angry.

Been going here for years but I will not be back as I got chips cheese and kabab meat and went in the bin as chips where reheated plus I got a meal a which was not nice at all curry had no taste very disappointed.

Ordered here tonight using their own App, their delivery driver took the food 2.5 hours later to the wrong house . I then called was told it had been delivered, well not to me it wasn't , New Kismet said they would redo the order so I went to collect they said I still have your slip here and read out my order gets home and no nan bread shocking will never use again ..

The one in drumchapel is my favourite Indian restaurant takeaway I'll recommend there chicken bona hoggie wrap or anything they sell really to be honest is lovely

Checked online first to see what i wanted before visiting the shop... MEAL A states you get rice and a nan with the meal....£10.50... Turns out its a mistake on their website when i questioned him about it in the shop...instead of giving me a discount due to their error..i had to pay £15 for a curry for one person... when i got home i was shocked by the chicken, i must have been given the chicken that was either out of date or had been left out overnight... the chicken was like chewing into hard rubber..no joke!!! Called them up and he said sorry and will let the kitchen know (not that i believed he would) ...but also for him not to even offer anything for free, regardless how small... especially as ive just given him £15 for an un-eaten curry.... i tend to use this place as my last option due to past experiences with their food...but now im putting a stop to it... would rather bite into my tv remote than the chicken they gave me!

Used to love this shop, since Naz has sold it, it's been horrible food isn't the same at all. After 20 years of using this takeaway I wont be back 😐 p.s Hot and Spicy clydebank is really good 👌 my new go to!

Place looked good from outside untill a ate out it and got food poision from a simple task of chips and cheese lol i got chips and cheese and had a hair in it and i took it back and got another one to my mistake and thought i was gona die from CHIPS AND CHEESE

After waiting 2 hours for the delivery when we finally received the order the regular donner kebabs had no pitta bread. We had to make our own donner kebabs as sauce, salad and donner meat all came separate.

I ordered a meal and then asked how much it would come to and all the person on the phone did was swear and moan attitude is awful and will never order from the shop again

This place has went really down hill since naz sold it the food is horrendous

I don't know what you have done with your chips, but I would advise you to stop. They are more akin to roast potatoes than chips. Sort it oot!

Was unable to make it home from Drumpchapel on a Friday night. Kismet staff made sure I got in taxi ok and made it home. 5/5.

Absolutely shocking!! Ordered a pizza, nann bread, chicken pakora & 2 Irn bru's & x2 sauces. What arrived....... the Nann bread was more dough than what it should be, only 1 sauce within the bag also. The pizza had a weird smell to it, not sure what it was that was wrong with it but neadless to say I ate one bite smelt it & returned to the box. Used to be a fantastic take away not sure what happened tonight hopefully next time it can be better.

Have been using this takeaway for years!! Pizza tonight was absolutely shocking flat as a pancake, small, hardly any topping and what was on the wafer slipped off when picking it up, whats going on??????

Delicious Indian takeaway, I've been a customer of this takeaway for as long as I can remember(more than 20 years). I highly recommend that you ask for the Lamb Tikka Rogan Josh with extra green chilli. Yummy!
