Narghila Sheesha in Coventry

La decoración era muy instagramable. Realmente hermoso diseño interior. Habíamos reservado una mesa para mediados de semana. El personal era amable, aunque hay una jerarquía extraña algunos empleados toman platos, pero no pueden tomar el orden. Toda la comida y bebida es Halal. Los cócteles eran agradables, pero no mucha elección en refrescos teniendo en cuenta que no sirven alcohol. Las pajitas sabían muy graciosas. La negativa a servir agua del grifo encontró eso extraño. La comida estaba bien, pero nada que no podía conseguir en ningún otro lugar. Todos tuvimos 3 cursos. Los entrantes estaban en el lado pequeño, pero había una buena elección. Tenían una buena variedad de platos de carne, pero la mayoría de los vegetarianos contenía pescado. Hay un pequeño aparcamiento en el exterior que es propiedad del ayuntamiento, así que asegúrese de pagar y que no le pillen. Los desiertos eran encantadores. Este no es un lugar que recomendaría o volvería a ir lo único bueno para mí fue la decoración, así que vaya si quieres un montón de selfies.

Empezaré con el hecho de que no habíamos hecho una reserva antes. Sin embargo, logran colocarnos en un lugar fantástico. El servicio recibido fue encantador y fantástico. La comida era buena, el shish estaba muy bien equilibrado con su sabor. Sin embargo vine aquí para hablar de algo que me sacó y me hizo temblar. Las mini hamburguesas y ensalada de col (LAWD TIENEN MISERICORDIA). Si tienes oportunidad disfruta de esa ensalada de col en mi nombre 😊

Qué experiencia increíble, comenzando con la decoración que era hermosa, tuvimos una señora encantadora que nos servía llamada Chloe ella era súper amable y se aseguró de que todas nuestras necesidades fueron satisfechas. Los entrantes eran deliciosos, teníamos chuletas de cordero y alitas de pollo con barbacoa de miel. Los filetes ribeye también eran igual de increíbles, se recomendó un cóctel de mojito redbull que era una bebida refrescante perfecta. La shisha también era genial y Chloe nos recomendó sabores. Sin duda una experiencia de 10 / 10 y recomendaría encarecidamente y de nuevo un agradecimiento masivo a Chloe por hacer la noche tan agradable.

Comida increíble y personal increíble , me gustaría decir un GRAN Gracias a Neil , Owais y Arpada ( que hizo las bebidas) Mi marido y yo tuvimos un tiempo increíble, el personal es muy amable. Gracias por cantar a mi marido zahoor definitivamente 10 ⭐️ por todo. Sin duda volveremos.

Hace seis meses el servicio era de primera clase, pero ahora estoy sorprendido de lo malo que es el restaurante en lo que respecta a la calidad de la comida. Conté que 17 empleados se quedaron sin hacer nada y perdió su imagen de Oriente Medio. El Palm fue un lugar que fuiste para una experiencia de alta calidad, ahora es solo un restaurante estándar ordinario y caro en Coventry.

El 5 de junio, siete de mis amigos y yo cenamos en Palm by H 20 4. 3 restaurante. A partir de la medianoche del día siguiente, todos comenzamos a experimentar síntomas graves, incluyendo dolor de estómago, vómitos, diarrea y fiebre. Podríamos estar hospitalizados ya que nuestros síntomas empeoran. Estamos seguros de que contrajimos intoxicación alimentaria de este restaurante.

Absolutely disappointed. I dine with my family and obviously I spent over £120 and with drinks too, however, when asked to provide tap water the answer was that we cannot and that the bar wouldn’t allow this. Seriously! I get it that you’re selling water bottles but with a big order and with drinks you still failed to provide tap water which is law! Absolutely disgusting…never go there again. The food was mediocre, it more for their trademark dry ice that smokes but that’s the fascination for those Instagrammers

Rubbish service, poor tasting food, small portions, not tasty, expensive not worth the rip off price. The shisha attracts the people not the food or service. Manager couldn’t even bring food together, brought food ages after the other ruined a bday outing didn’t even apologise or make up for it in any manner. Owner is awful doesn’t take accountability is very rude doesn’t offer any form of apology or compensation for the poor experience and ruining a bday meal which we travelled around 4 hours for! I’d honestly say Farmhouse is miles better!!! Go there.

Avoid at all costs.. We went as we were staying in Coventry for the bike show and were excited to try this place. We were sat at a seat and then never served for 45+ minutes, even after asking twice! People were coming in and getting served instantly. Shocking customer service.

Avoid this place customer service is absolutely terrible spoilt a birthday evening couldn’t bring the food we ordered kept messing up and didn’t even offer to resolve in any way. Just avoid it if they are simply sorry for their crap service then I’m also sorry for wasting my money and time there.

We came as a family for my sister’s birthday as she really wanted to try this as her birthday treat. It’s safe to say her birthday was ruined as they brought the desserts and drinks out one by one in a space of 10 minutes. We ordered a cake with a sparkler for my sister which we asked for 3 times and waited 40 minutes. She got really upset and we cancelled her cake and just paid she left with no dessert. Now onto the drinks and dessert I ordered a waffle to which I thought was a standard American waffle but it turned out to be a Belgium one and tasted horrible like it was the frozen toaster ones. And the mint tea was sent back as it tasted disgusting. They brought the wrong dessert twice. Also the manager was hiding and not fixing the issue even though he knew we were quite upset.

I went there to celebrate my birthday . The place is beautiful and decor but I was disappointed in the food . The wings we were served tasted off and the cake was dry like it’s been in the fridge for a long time . I expected more . The staff tried their best to solve any issue we had .if you don’t like Shisha then don’t bother going cause there’s people smoking shisha everywhere.

Beautiful restaurant lovely decor, that’s where the niceties stop. Over priced cheap food, not what you’d expect for the ambiance you get. The garlic bread is cheap sliced baguette style which you’d get from your local pizza takeaway establishment the chicken wings are overpriced underwhelming. The burgers well what a truly disappointing experience they were, cheap meat cheap caramelised onion spread not fresh and if it was I’d be shocked. If you’re looking for a beautiful restaurant but with cheap quality food charged at a premium then this is the place to go. Also note that a 10% service charge is also added to the bill ! Very sneaky there

We visited on Eid and despite being very busy the service and food was faultless. The portions are huge and mocktails were lovely. Parking was very limited, but this may be due to it being busy and the small car park was overflowing into nearby streets.

There is a heavy focus on aesthetics rather than quality. The poor service ultimately led to my friend and I leaving early. There were many staff working, but they spent the evening speaking to one another instead of serving customers. A number of tables had to call staff over multiple times just to pay the bill. The female staff also appeared to be laughing at customers. For females, there are no sanitary bins in the toilets, there are only small bins. There is no bin to throw away paper towels after washing your hands. Overall, I will not be visiting this establishment again. It is the perfect example of prioritising aesthetics over quality products and service.

Paradise! The ambience is amazing. Staff very attentive and helpful. One of the best shisha that I had. Was well worth the trip from London. Highly recommended for celebrations or a simple night out.

Great Shisha, good atmosphere and the staff was really nice. Enjoyed the food had a good time.

The manager was very respectful, his greeting the minute we came in was amazing and very professional, very helpful with the parking .... Food was absolutely delicious and presentable The place looking astonishing! We had a really nice time. Definitely will come back!!!

we booked a table for 16, 2 people were late by around 15 minutes so they gave the table away to a couple who then started complaining about how there was no room, even bodyshamed my friend and was giving dirty looks the whole time, the food took a long time to come out it wasn’t bad but it was nothing special, the manager was disrespectful the only nice person was a waitress called Elizabeth, before we left staff were threatening to ‘put you in hospital’ because it took a bit longer to pay

PLEASE PLEASE DOONT COME HERE . Awful customer service , manager and waitress constantly gave sky comments and racial aggressiveness the minute we came in. Due to their poor time management and bad seating arrangement they constantly projected their frustration on 15 people that they threatened to punch us , which is very unprofessional , despite the aesthetics of the place , the food is mediocre and very dry not worth the disrespect and racism at all . Shame on you it's Ramadan and you act like a fool with a superiority complex and treet 15 people like subhumans. Not to mention they encouraged abuse from other customers who even fat shamed us as we wanted to make space for each other BECAUSE THE MANAGER TOOOK SEATS AWAY. Again awful racist place should be shut down 👍🏾

Absolutely disgusted at the system of the place. I went to the lounge and there was a mistake on the order due to miscommunication between myself and the worker. When it came to the bill, there was an extra charge which I asked about and cleared up the misunderstanding. The worker came back and apologised and advised we wouldn’t have to pay the extra charge and that it will be going out of their own pocket. Hearing that me and my friends did not accept that and paid the full amount. I am so disgusted in the way the lounge works, how the owner is making the workers pay for any mistakes they make during order taking. This lounge makes grands a day and they are extorting their workers on top? I spoke to one of the workers and they expressed how they have spent over £100 on mistakes. It’s ridiculous and so horrid. Those workers are working hard for their pay and a work place should train their workers to avoid mistakes like this. If workers still make mistakes consider retraining. Not take their money to make up for the loss of a mistake. DISGUSTING!

Palm by h2o is a nice place with great workers. However, I observed that if there are any errors with any orders, the boss takes off the cost of the errors off the employees wages. We had an error on our order (around £20) and the manager said he was going to take it off of the waiters wages, we found out because the waiter came over and apologised to us and said he will pay the extra £20, we refused and paid the error amount because that was very unfair. This is disgusting behaviour from the owner of the company to allow this horrible rule. The owner must get thousands per night but over silly little errors he will charge his workers??? That is absolutely appalling to me and I will not be going there ever again. An owner who treats his workers like this, isn’t someone to give your money to. Absolutely cruel. These workers have their lives to pay for and the owner doesn’t care, putting money ahead of his employees (without whom he couldn’t run his company). This is the definition of the riches disregarding the lower class.

We paid for a group of us to enjoy the Shisha Lounge, to be completely mis-treated. After waiting for over 30 minutes, no shisha at the table, sat there looking like some weirdos! When we asked for a refund we were told they were sorry and the Shisha was at the table, when we went to our table it wasn't there! They still refused to refund any of our money, totally out of order and needs to be highlighted that there was no Social Distancing' what so ever. People were walking over to each others tables, hugging, etc etc… Really disappointed - When we asked for the owners name to raise our concerns, we were told we didn't need to know who that was, later found out the person dealing with us was one of the owners. They fobbed us off with a VIP pass for next time, to find out there is no cost for VIP booths anyway...Shocking....

Good service very well presented good service live atmosphere and good food also great location Coventry center with great indian resturant opposite great place to relax.
