Nando's Clydebank in West Dunbartonshire

No atmosphere, not spotlessly clean by any means. The server wasn't that helpful when asking how we ordered. He mumbled are you paying? My wife managed to make out what he was saying and it turns out that I had to use the QR code and order via my phone. What a faff, all I want to do it give a server my order or go up to the counter with my order, and table number and pay. Nope, it wasn't happening here!

I ordered our meals at the counter, given two tumblers, but no drinks. We asked two waiters for our drinks, ( bt of beer, and a large wine ), but none appeared, meal arrived, still no drinks, asked a very young waitress where were our drinks, she replied " we"re really busy! ) Then another waitress came and asked what drinks we had ordered! I gave her my receipt , and eventually our drinks arrived . This was faulty towers all over! Eventually a supervisor came over to apologise, but no compensation . At £45 for two mains and two drinks, this was an experience I wont be repeating.

Just home from a lovely wee evening at Nandos Clydebank,James our server was absolutely brilliant which made the whole evening so special. My friend and I both work for the NHS and it was a lovely surprise to get out discount also. We are already planning our next visit.

service was very slow. had to go up and ask for glasses 10 minutes after we ordered drinks from the app. normally they’re brought straight to you. sat with the starter plates empty for 30 mins then took a further 20 mins for our mains. on the plus side food was delicious

The staff could not have been more helpful, the food was brought made to a high standard and we were looked after beautifully. My Dad, who is in his 80s loved the experience.

We placed a large online order on a Saturday night. They got everything correct, including some customizations. It was all very delicious and they even gave us a bunch of extra sauces due to the size of our order. Excellent experience!

Great dining experience fast service, new furniture and friendly staff I dined solo and was offered whatever seat I wanted and felt more than welcome sitting for a few hours just getting some work done.

Best customer service. They even managed to get me some corn on the cob - free of any charge! I'll definitely be back 🙂

Visited this restaurant at the weekend with a friend. Huge inside, good menu, friendly staff. Bit on the pricey side but a nice treat and the free refills of juice is great
