I recently visited the Naked Chips shop in Beckton, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff were absolutely excellent—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Service was very poor. Bordering on rudness by the saleswoman. A little curtesy needed in her behaviour. Customer service, unfriendly and rude. We visit this place almost every week and today's service was appalling. Quite disappointed.

Have ordered via uber eats as well as directly from the truck. Chips are delicious as well as the sauces/topping. My favourite toppings are curry sauce and nacho cheese by itself. Plenty of free parking spaces available.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good these chips were. Always wondered why anyone would eat chips alone but these were well made and the naked sauce was stellar. The small portion was bigger than expected and more than enough for 1 person.

Visited naked chips Beckton today, where I had a lovely encounter with an employee Jamima. She was extremely helpful in helping me order from the menu and is a really sweet girl with a very joyous personality. Would 100% recommend!

Really well cooked and tasty chips. Bit over priced for chips with toppings, but worth having once in a while.

To all the reviewers that say this is good value for money must have been born last month. Yesterday, I bought a large bag of chips for around 6 quid and they couldn’t even provide that tiny bit of cheese sauce for free. To top it off, they couldn’t even give mayo or ketchup for free. What a joke of a chip stand this is. People in this area need to stop hyping it up so much. You’re paying for potatos get a grip. Save yourself the money and go to a proper chippy.

When to an event that had naked chips being served. Was shocked to have found 3 long pieces of hair in my food. 1 I don’t mind but 3 was an absolute turn off. Will definitely not be returning.

Really nice place to quickly grab a bite to eat. The chips came hot out of the fryer, with a choice of many different selections of toppings to try. The staff were very lovely, greeting us with a smile and helpfully suggesting the most popular combos which I could then adjust to my liking. 10/10 will be coming back

Very Rude asian girl with a screw like face like she was forced to do slave labour. Waited 15 mins after I’d ordered with only 2 infront of me. She then realised there was no onions. Took another 5mins to cube an onion with a presser whilst casually chatting away and when asked why soo long.she instead of apologising had a screwed face like squeezing bum cheeks before the taking a dump and started to argue and be offensive after defending herself and making me feel like who am i to question. Pathetic and rude service with cold hard chips. Worst service ever. This place use to be good and i use to be a regular. gone down hill with poor workers who need to leave their attitude aside and concentrate on serving customers.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while because they just look so good ! I don’t know why I even went for a medium fries because it was so huge and I couldn’t finish it by myself. I got the extra toppings of nacho cheese sauce and Cajun seasoning alongside the Naked sauce which is a chilli mayo. I got to say these were the best chips I’ve eaten! Some were crunchy, some were soft and fluffy. I will definitely come back to try different sauces and toppings. Very good value for money especially with the portion sizes.

I’m a regular customer at the gallions reach branch, chips are always fresh and piping hot. The girls there are super friendly and always greet you with a smile, I go for curry sauce and grated cheese with extra salt&vinigar they know exactly how to layer it without making it sickening.

Just looking at the reviews. Been there recently and asked for a takeaway the sauce was all over the bag, it was very messy and the customer service is very poor!!!! Can’t even give a good rating. Won’t be going there again😡
