Munch Fit in Newham

I went to the gym and forgot my wallet. I had went to the counter and asked to buy a latte. They told me I had to pay credit card. I said since I’m a customer and in here everyday because or Equinox can I pay tomorrow. The lady at the desk said yes but then her manager said no that the bosses don’t trust credit. It was only a £4 latte. I said no problem but can I then give you £10 cash as I don’t mind. She said no. I own and run a successful business and I would not have anyone like that ever work for me. If the owners believe in this type of customer service then they should not be in the consumer industry and Equinox should reconsider who they do business with as partners like this make them look bad.
