Mucuaa in Croydon

Delicious, fresh, balanced and healthy food for lunch which is very reasonably priced. I love the stew and always try some of the dish of the day too. Mostly plant based, with an option to add fish. There aren't many veg options around for lunch with protein and vegetables, so this is great.

Don't normally post reviews but this place has some lovely vegan food. Anytime I'm in croydon I'll be popping down to surrey street to see if they're open! Thank you!

Best meal I've bought from a food stall. Incredibly delicious and healthy homemade food. I had the vegetarian dish with squash and beans with tofu, it was a huge portion for 7.50£ and very diverse ingredients. I was really taken aback by how good it was, in addition the lady at the stall was really lovely! If you don't eat right away, carry the paper bag carefully or put it in plastic to avoid spilling or the bag breaking

The food here is delicious, fresh and healthy. Honestly one of the best foods I had. The owner is very kind and knowledge about all the foods. This is a great place for vegetarians and for anyone who loves GREAT food. 5 star

Thought I'd try something different for lunch. I had the salmon lunch box along with the vegan mac & cheeze, both were great. I love that everything is homemade and the service from the lady is fantastic too.

Popped down here for lunch today for the first time and was greeted with a lovely service, the lady explained how everything was completely fresh and homemade even down to the hot sauce which was 10/10. Highly recommend coming here as the food and service was a great experience. I’ll be back soon 😋

Wonderful and accommodating food

Amazing Street food option in Surrey street, serving salmon and vegan options. The food is delicious with generous portion size be it the soup or the rice and curry option. Easy on the pocket compared to other local eateries. Also service with a smile which is a great added bonus!

Ordered a salmon lunch box with wild rice, salad, squash etc at the stall on Surrey Street Market. This was the best food I have eaten anywhere in a very long time. Flavours were amazing, produce was good quality and I think it’s a bargain for what it cost and compared to some restaurants which serve average food for high prices. Seriously can’t wait to come back and get some more. The lady who served me was really nice and as im gluten free talked me through all the ingredients, none of which had gluten in. Hugely recommend this food. It was divine and so healthy at the same time. It was so so good!

Food was amazing from the alkaine salad, dumplings to the soup, rice and peas. Got a bit of everything and it was all delightful. Highly recommend.

I visited Mucuaa at the Box Park Pop-Up kitchen; the service was great and I enjoyed the healthy black bean and tofu rice meal with plantain. Looking forward to visiting again at Surrey Street.

Best place for Indians to try something new yet similar spicy food

Crepe 2 tea makes and serves really really tasty and healthy food. Today has been the 3rd Saturday I've purchased the rice and peas with grilled salmon and all the other bits and bobs on top. Great value for money at £7 per box of goodness. Check the mother and daughter team out in Surrey Street market. A very pleasant, friendly and professional duo. Thanks for the good food guys. Great natural food, with exciting flavours. You can tell the chef puts in effort when cooking and preparing the dishes. Also the customer service is great.
