Mount Pleasant inn in Blaenau Gwent

Lovely, warm and welcoming staff and customers. I can't rate the food as I didn't have any and believe it is currently only served at functions but Dawn had made some pasties which my 2 friends really enjoyed and I thought looked very authentic (I am vegan) The drinks are very cheap 2 X pints +G&T under £10. The Rugby club is coming back after an absence due to COVID/lockdown from September onwards . Come and support your local Rugby Club and support your local 🏈🍻 🥂 A big thanks for making me so welcome

Kids went for a birthday party there, was brilliant place for it.

i enjoyed myself going there for the first time , i had a nice warm welcome from the bar maid it's nice and quiet pub... i found local people are friendly would recommend .

Good hospitality and just started doing Sunday lunch, absolutely fabulous food, can't fault it, hense the 5 stars.
