DO NOT order from here! The food came exactly 2 hours after I ordered and the order was wrong. I called 1 hour 20 mins into my wait and was told 5-10 mins as the driver is on his way to my address and any further calls I made after realising that was not true were hung up on.

Ordered on just eat at 8.40pm received no food at all then they closed at 10 while I’m still waiting with no updates or food cancellation to me. Sat waiting what a rip off this place is. Been with the delivery driver since half 9 so either they are clueless or they just don’t care and didn’t bother with the order at all and just don’t care about people paying for their products

Stopped on way home yesterday to get fish and chips, probably the worst chippy iv ever had. Soft chewy chips and fish, not crisp at all, must have been lying for a fair time. Won't be going again.

Food was a little bit greasy, girl who was serving was faultless and had a smile on her face the whole time I was there.

I've written a bad reveiw before but thought I'd try again. Either I had not. I was 40 mind late. I was asked for money when I had already paid. Yhe black pudding was ok yhe fritters were nice yhe chips were disgusting and went in the bin. Buttered roll was all ripped. No way I am going back this time.

Chips were yesterday's reheats and too expensive.

Waited an hour and a half, got fish and chips rotten, cold, dry, tasted like they had been warmed up more than once, cant beat Enzos best ever, every time. Never going back to Marios yuk went in the bin not edible.

First class food and great service . thank you will be back again soon 👍☘️

Ordered from here 3 times. First time it was great. Second time not bad, but tonight I decided I won't be ordering again. I ordered a sausage supper, cheeseburger and Fritters, same as I always do. Each time the price has been different. Why I don't know. The food was all cold. The burger was not near the standard of the first time. The guy came to the wrong door and tried to charge me 17 quid of Odd instead of 12. So dissatisfied.

Fab food is lovely staff are really friendly and helpful fritters and pizzas are great and the homemade garlic sauce is amazing

Not as good as it used to be in the quality of food but better in the selection plus a faster more efficient service .. only marked down on the slight downgraded ( in my opinion) food options.

Ordered online from here for the first time an hour and a half later and a phone call to them still not received my order even though money taken from card. Usually go in and pick up but couldn’t be bothered tonight. Won’t be ordering again and will be visiting tomorrow to get my money back

May I point out that my wife and myself were shopping in paisley and, on our way driving back home to port glasgow we pulled over to buy two fish suppers ((( never again))) the fish and the chips were ((( rank rotten))) and i mean ( rotten) we sat right outside the chip shop and tried to enjoy what we had just bought, the fish was swimming in grease, the chips were going black in front of your eyes it was just disgusting, neither of us ate a quarter of it, we put it in a bin along the road. A bloody waste of money, I could have went back onto the shop with it and, I suppose that I should have but, I don't trust myself, if they were to say that there's nothing wrong with it i would have ramed it down their throats, anybody who reads this, do yourselves a massive favour and just keep driving, or walk past this shop or, their is every possibility that you could end up with a really upset stomach, believe me. May I point out that in port glasgow where i live we have two fish and chip shops ((( louis,s and, bardrainey))) and they run a close contender to the one above, I think the food standards agency should look into these three shops, they must be buying the cheapest of fish and potatoes not forgetting the oils they use to fry them in.yours, fed up being ripped off and taken for a mug.

Had a delivery from here early Saturday night.Was first time ever but someone reccomended.Firstly I would like to say that I'm not one to leave reviews unless they are very bad or very good. Sadly on this occasion it was very bad! And I mean very bad. I ordered King rib supper..King rib batter was the most tastelss soggyest disgusting blob ever and went in the bin. My husbands special fish supper was edible...as he was starving!But said it was the worse special fish he has had anywhere. I hate to post this but honestly not a treat..spoiled our night !

Ordered from here at 9.40 on Sunday evening and did not receive order, had no contact from Mario's and when I tried to call there was no answer. Less than hopeless.

Ordered few times before, and only once has order been correct. To be fair, when I complained previously, they did apologise, and sent replacement food albeit at least an hour later. My partner suggested tonight we give Marios another chance.... let's just say it was their last chance. My partner's sausage supper was okay, nothing better than average. However, I've always previously ordered special fish, and despite missing chips etc. the fish was okay. Tonight was a different story ! No missing items tonight, well sort of. My special fish supper arrived, and was 1 piece of fish, unlike thd 2 pieces I've had previously. Really disappointing, far better options in Paisley...we will not be ordering again. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere. Definitely not worth the money, or hassle !!!

Not a fan of chippies but the 3 suppers for £10 deal seemed really good value... My parents enjoyed it more than I did...

Their half chicken in batter was splendid!

This was really really bad. Not only did it take over an hour and a half for delivery but when it did come the majority of the order was missing. The shop never answered the phone. The food that did come was cold but average. Really disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent food and a good quality food

Such a disappointment today. The fish was put in a polystyrene tray then kept warm until chips ready. By the time I got home(2 mins drive), batter on fish was soggy. Inedible. Hate to say this but wont be going back.

Waited almost 3 hours for our delivery...food was ice cold! Very rude when we called in to ask where our order was. Hung up on us! Won't be ordering from them again.

I don't even want to rate this company. I placed my order before 7PM by 8.50 it still had not arrived. Telephoned again to find out where my order was I was told it had left 5 mins ago. My order eventually arrived at 9.45 PM. The food was disgusting and ice cold. Threw it in the bin . Will never order from them again. The lady on the other side of the telephone was very rude when I phoned and she hung up on me.

I am so dissapointed with the food,i wouldnt even rate it 1 star,first of all our food was 1 hour late,when it got to us it was cold,the batter on the sausage had a very bad taste,the chips was hard and cold it tastes as if everythings been made in old oil,the fish had a terrible after taste could not eat it at all.had to take the batter of the sausage and just eat the sausage alone.the birger only had a piece of chicken on it wit 2 dry buns nothing else on it.would never buy from Marios again very dissapointed

After a long day driving (truck driver) from south of England to paisley i decided to order my dinner. Now i wish i hadn't. 1) food was cold despite chip shop being less than 1/4 mile from my position. 2)food was soggy, wrong order. 3) driver had 2 goes at delivering as gave wrong order 1st time.(had to call) 4) all felt rushed and no care taken. On the plus side, girl on phone was really helpful in sorting out mistake (thx) Sorry guys wont be bk as quality wins over speed every time..

Ordered a fish supper and a macaroni cheese. Not only did it arrive late, but the mac and cheese was out of date! Phoned and asked for a replacement.... after several phone calls, and 3 hours later, the mac and cheese never arrived. WILL NOT be ordering from here again!!

First time ordering tonight, the mac n cheese was very tasteless but I should have known as all the chip shops are using the same company that makes cheap pasta. Would be nice to actually have it homemade like it used to.delivery was quick.chips were kinda dry. I probably at some give another try. For now will stick to the chipshop I know and used to.

My wife was verbally abused by a sour faced and slovenly female member of staff in this shop tonight. She was called an old cow for simply asking how long the order would be. The food is great but this nasty person working here means we will never return

Will never use this shop again customer service is god bluddy awful order d a 16"cheese tomato pizza for a 16 "cheese only called and that said no we put tomato base on it yes pal that's a cheese pizza arrogant man any good shop would of appokigised for not asking if it was sliced or base and offers to make a fresh one but not this place.

Ordered a lasagne supper , they sent a disgusting microwavable lasagne in a microwavable tub obviously just taken out of the freezer and microwaved , if I wanted that I would have picked one up in asda for 89p it would be the same thing

12.50 for a fish supper and pizza supper and 2 cans. Chips missing from one so a single fish a pizza supper and 2 cans for 12 quid absolute rip off.

VILE!!! Half of the order was missing after I called. Was cold and dry since they forgot the sale and vinegar and sauce. And they refused to send us the rest of our order unless we paid their delivery charges! Woman on the phone was disgusting.
