Moscardini's in Falkirk

This place is famous in Falkirk. As long as I can remember from a young age I have been coming in here. It has changed from the booths. Anyway, lunchtime for 2x people, I thought it was too early for a chippy tea, I tried the bbq chicken and cheese panini with chips. It was excellent, a very large panini. Very pleased. It can be busy at times, will be coming back.

Usually love this place but delivery was late food was delivered an hour and 40 minutes after I placed the order; good thing I had food at home for my child … will collect next time

Just happened to pass one evening whilst staying overnight in Falkirk. Didn't know the place so had no expectations. What a great wee place with a top notch special fish supper and side of peas. I've paid a lot more for nowhere near as good. A wee gem and the next time I am in the neighborhood I will definitely be back.

Delivery driver fotgot my Soft drink said she would be 2 minutes and went to the shop to bye me one because she knew I would want it with my meal Excellent service! doors down and got me one because she knew i would want it with my meal

Just had a delivery, food was brilliant, delivery driver was superb.

Delivery was exactly on time. Delivery driver was very pleasant and presented my order with a very genuine, warm, attractive smile.

I only got a bag of chips but they were excellent and I got a good portion £3.00. I wish they had some lunchtime deals. Staff were really nice and quick.

Food took an hour and a half to arrive on a Tuesday night?? It was cold and had to be put in the oven before I could eat it meaning another ten mins to wait on my food. Won’t be ordering from here again. Not worth the £20 to have a fish supper delivered

Got cheese and chips and chips and curry sauce made my son run with diorea and myself sick tasted horrible will never order from here again ever go some where else better disgusting

The delivery time as it was long but then it was late. Fish very thin more batter than fish.

fish was sat for a few hours thats a fact it was luck warm plus it was dry what happened to cooking it fresh

Ordered Macaroni cheese and chips, seperate tub of macaroni and some ice cream. Ice cream delivered was the wrong one, the chips were cold, and the 2 tubs of macaroni were absolutely swimming in grease, enough to fill a small cup. Dont know what happened this time as the macaroni on multiple occassions before was fantastic, but this time was vile. Nobody answering tje phone when trying to call up either.

food was good but paid for ice cream and never got it till the next day but the delivery driver took the money for it and it's not cheap

All of the food was disgusting fish and chicken was way over cooked couldnt eat it. The mac cheese was just mush and also tasted disgusting

Good fish and fries made on site 😋 if someone is more brave, they can also order half or a whole deep-fried pizza 😆 we ordered and took a bite and that was it 😅

I opted for an ASAP delivery, and it arrived just nicely timed between the end of one Cup Final and my recording of the other one, piping hot, though maybe a little dry

We googled this place after an evening visit to the Kelpies. Fish n chips for 4, absolutely delicious haddock and amazing dark golden batter, made our evening and worth the trip via Shanghai, Bilbao and Glasgow! Thank you!

The fish had brown sauce on it and it was supposed to only have salt and vinegar. Food also arrived cold; the delivery time seemed okay and was relatively on time but the food was not hot.

in the past moscardinis was great and prompt to deliver. However, it seems over the last few months it seems like the quality and waiting time has dropped. The fried food is great but is cold when arriving, the macaroni cheese has no sauce like it used to and is just water. if your ordering expect a wait time. My most recent was over 2 hours wait showing as being delivered when it wasn't

this was awsome app said i had an hour and half to two hours wait but nowhere near that time it took was glad cos a was starvin 👍 food was awsome aswell.

Brilliant place for food and well looked after.

the pizza crunch haggis and chips were reheated we had to eat it because we had no choice the worst chippie iv ever had. we have had from moscardinis before and it was great but this time was disgusting

Ordered delivery from here tonight, 1 hour 20 passed and I called in to see where it was, was told it was with the driver, 45 minutes later and still no sign, called back to be told its definately with the driver, right at that moment he appeared, food was cold and missing the curry sauce, will definately not be using them again

Never buy from this place unless you want to wait 2 hours for a stone cold dinner. Waited 2 hours for it and they still couldn't get order right. 20 pound down the toilet and they also forgot my curry sauce. Avoid at all costs absolute shams.

A brilliant restaurant with delicious food, great service and wonderful staff. Menu prices were very reasonable with large portions, even the small portion was plenty. Would highly recommend!!

Great selection and everything prepared to order. We have been going for years. The staff are very friendly and you can see why so many people go in when in Falkirk.

Food was popping hot and tasty, but needed more sauce on it for my preference

We went in with our three year old grandson. Got him soup and a fruit shoot on the kids menu at £5. Soup came, a tiny wee dribble at the bottom of the plate. The waitress asked if we wanted it topped up! When we were leaving, we were at the door and realised we had left his fruit shoot which he'd hardly drank. Went back but was told it had already been binned. No offer of giving us another one, considering he'd hardly drank any. Terrible customer service.

Literally just went into order at 1820 and was greeted with a grunt from a young female bellowing "it's takeaway only" whilst looking at the menu - for context we were only in for a takeaway but certainly not how I expected to be greeted. Whilst ordering I asked for a Large portion to be met with a rude "they come in 1 size" I observed her Whilst waiting and witnessed her be rude to delivery staff and other customers - again bellowing "Takeaway only" but this time not even having the decency to look at who had entered. This theme continued when she bellowed out my order without turning round and then thrust an open bag into my hand. The food itself was relatively good, perhaps over priced but generally good. I think perhaps Customer service training and maybe an adjustment to attitude would see the Moscardinis of old flourish again.

This is on my top 2 places I order for fish suppers but this order for a fish supper,single fish and peas was very disappointing the fish was terrible I don't know what type of fish it was but terrible even the battery was greasy and soggy very disappointed a waste of money sorry guys

1st time ordering as i was advised it was good. Sorry but I wasn't impressed got a fish supper but I was disappointed to how much batter there was to actually fish.. Will not be in a hurry to order again.. 👎

Sausage fish and pizza crunch all lovely . Chips on the other hand were rotten and cold very unhappy about the chips and the amount of little hard ones not nice

I have been asked by just eat after getting told I would receive no compensation for my awful meal the fish and chips were dry and the fish especially was all batter and little fish it had obviously been under heat lights too long ...this was the worst meal I have had from moscardini I certainly won't be buying again we are both pensioners and can't afford to spend £19 on a meal we could eat absolutely nothing of .

Can't rate the food because it hasn't came?! Phoned up to ask how long it would be to be told all the deliveries have left no apology or nothing this used to be my go to chippy not anymore. Won't be back

No delivery I ordered over an hour ago

Was the last order of the night, Monday at 7.30pm. the food is usually fine and I would rate it good, but tonight not sure if it was so close to closing, the chips were okay but the pizza was very greasy and the special fish was terrible. It was like a Skelton of a fish, not the usual quality I would expect from here. Everything is expensive now but when you treat yourself and pay a premium and not to receive decent food then it's not on. Won't be buying from here.

Best Fish and Sausage supper we've had in a while. Only complaint (And its minor) is the cans of irn bru have got to be cold. I cant bear warm juice, so had to have diluting with my dinner. But 4.9 out of 5 stars 🌟

Pizza crunch good. But chips were cold and dry and the mac and cheese is shocking it’s pure mush.

My fish batter was a bit overdone and the fish was lukewarm. The chips were the same and it looked like I’d got the end of a batch of chips - a lot of small crispy ones! Usually I don’t have an issue although delivery is never very reliable. 😩

Food was cold. In fact it was inedible. Moscardinis is only five minutes away from us so the food should have been hot. Really should have asked for a refund.

30min late and it was barely even warm…had to reheat 🙄
