Went in for Christmas lunch. Wish I hadn’t bothered. Here’s where it starts. Ordered on the touchscreen 3 course Xmas lunch and 2 course for partner. First they came over and explained fryer was broken no roast potatoes or chips so no problem we opted for potatoes had no choice. So my main came out before the soup grr had to let him know I ordered soup so took my meal back and brought soup out. Partner was finished her meal before I got my main I had to go to kitchen and the girl on the tea counter to chase my main up. So eventually main arrived dried up as they had been put on heat to warm it up. no cauliflower cheese no cranberry sauce this establishment needs a serious talking too. The cook said the order doesn’t come through to our kitchen when you use the touch screen I mean it’s advertised all over about Xmas lunch. I’ll certainly not use this cafe again I only live round the corner as well. I went to kiosk to customer service and she asked if I wanted to speak to a manager by this time a queue was forming so decided to leave it. Someone should seriously consider addressing that cafe as even food turns up with minimal heat even the tea and coffee is lukewarm.

Don’t buy a kids meal Mac and cheese as you will only get 2 spoonfuls for £3.49. I know kids meal are little but this left a hungry kid

Disgusting breakfast that arrived before we collected our drinks. We used the self service to order so that didn’t give the option to take the tomato out which was runny and soaked into the other food. The potato scones were cold the sausages had more than one colour to it and the poached egg again had different colours and you could bounce it off the wall. The fried egg was crispy on the bottom and raw on the top and the bread burnt soggy and soaked in butter or margarine Yuck!! You could clearly see the plate had been under a hot plate for some time. I did complain about the egg and could not believe my ears when the girl said she would get it replaced but returned saying she was told by the kitchen this was not possible because wait for it!!! The poached eggs are cooked by a timer and that’s the way it is served. The cafe was really quiet and now I know why. Needless to say I would not recommend this place.

Waited 45 minutes for food still hasn’t arrived. Waited 15 mins for a cortado insufficient staffing levels for customer volume to wait 3/4 of an hour for a microwave curry and a burger is a bit of a stretch Asked staff member about wait to be told I’m in a queue and my food will be next it busy I should have expect a wait. “It’s like a pizza hut Or aMcDonald’s” your colleagues exact words A weekend afternoon should be prepared for less than 20 covers to be in bit ridiculous if you ask me Food arrived after 50mins and had to ask them to put the rest of the burger on as they had missed all the salad Very unimpressed customer

Daughter and I went for an all day breakfast at 3pm on Sunday 26th September. Bacon was was badly burned, couldn’t eat it. There were no beans, mushroom or tomato, and this would have been okay if we were told. I understand there may be shortages but these were not brought to our attention. Cutlery was dirty, there were no condiments. There were a lack of staff as plates were left on tables and tables were not wiped. The plastic screening to divide customers to be covid safe was badly marked and floors needed brushed. Think this may have been due to staff shortages which must be hard on staff that were on shift but wasn’t a pleasant experience and not up to the standard that it has previously been during past visits before covid.

Went to Morrisons cafe for breakfast and seen the Christmas menu is now #available. Ordered two big breakfasts and asked for a portion of pig in blankets. When we received our order we were shocked to see what we had been given as a portion of pig in blankets. We got one single sausage wrapped in a single duvet. I cut it in half to share it with my partner however he didn't get the blanket side this time lol. Took a pic as it was so ridiculous. Complained to the girl serving but she said we need to complain to the manager. We didn't bother complaining this time as their wasn't much to complain about. My guess is that the sausages are social distancing therefore two or more on a plate in this particular climate is unreasonable. I think its safe to say we won't be ordering pigs in blankets again

must say was impressed with the staff at both the café and restaurant . They were helpful and friendly. They explained everything to us on all the occasions we went. The afternoon tea was big and with their 50% of ..cheap well worth a try. The café is small but friendly which is nice for a quick snack or just a coffee. Although choice was limited at time . This could be because of the discount, the place was really busy. The staff explain why too. The staff are excellent with people with learning difficulties and the elderly. Credit where credit is due.

been in a few times on passing . The food was fine but you cant beat their kind and friendly staff in the restaurant and the small café area. We also tried their afternoon tea. It was served in removal casing to take away with you if uneaten. Good idea as it was large enough for more than 2 people. Certainly keeping to the Covid rules also. Credit where credit is due . Good for quick snack and meal.

Had afternoon tea . Because one cannot refill teapot at the moment we took 4 pots of tea. One pot each is not enough for the amount of food to be consummed . We were told in no uncertain terms we had to pay for it. The music in the restaurant was very loud. WE DID NOT ENJOY IT AT ALL.

I adore a Morris ons breakfast but over the last month or so standards have slipped. I ordered two big Scottish breakfasts and a few adjustments. This is something they usually manage to get wrong for some reason and once again they did. It would be useful if the self order machine in the cafe would work so that I can ensure the right order is placed, it is never working. They also don't seem to know what goes in the breakfast to begin with which makes things worse when you are missing a sausage which should have been there to begin with but instead they have counted it as the one you asked for extra. Toast was cold and they had already put butter on it which hadn't at all melted. Wasn't particularly busy, not even 9:30 and they already didn't have hash browns or black pudding. Unfortunately this has happened too many times now and I will not be back.

Had previously eaten the same order at the Erskine store which was very good. Visited yesterday whilst shopping in the store. Firstly the self service screen wasn’t working which meant everyone had to queue up. The lady serving was just new but was left one her own to fend for herself having to go ask others questions from customers. There appeared to be no White sugar sachets. The table was dirty had to clean it myself. We ordered a Big breakfast and a small breakfast. My partners breakfast had no square sausage - links instead not told. No black pudding it was missing a potato scone also. We spoke to Kieran who I have to say was very pleasant and helpful he explained they had run out of certain things. I like crispy bacon but I feared for teeth I couldn’t eat it. Definitely won’t be back.

Just wanted a coffee however the girl was just so super friendly and smiley. Got our pumpkin spice latte and when we opened it the froth was shaped like a ghost. It's the little things that make the biggest difference. Didn't get her name but what a lovely server. I hope the company recognises good service.

Beware of the scam happening here. There is a small sign at the entrance stating that you are only allowed to "park" for a maximum of 15 minutes. It doesn't matter whether you use the amenities or not; if you overstay, they will charge you between £60 and £100. If you're driving a rental, the rental company will additionally charge you a processing fee. You can appeal the charge (exclusively via their website), but they will only respond after the deadline for the discounted fee has expired. I feel completely scammed and would advise any fellow travelers to find another petrol station. If the owners are reading this, please address this issue immediately. UPDATE: The Euro Car Park "support" team will contact you after half a month or longer (up to 28 days). Thus, you will have to pay the charge, or you'll get charged even more. They will not offer any support and only refer to the sign at the entrance.
