Rather disappointing visit. Took an awfully long time for the desserts to be prepared despite the shop appearing to be quiet. Two strawberry crepes were lovely but the banana stacking pancakes were very dry with very little sauce. These desserts would be much better served with icecream and more sauce. At the prices charged this could be included. Staff were pleasant.

Where do I start… multiple hairs in our food, mould on the fruit on our deserts and no taste to the food what so ever. Would not recommend this place very overpriced for the quality and service. Milkshakes are okay but also definitely overpriced for what they are.

Me and my daughter attended, the staff are very helpful and friendly, but significantly understaffed, they’re all very young., the strawberry indulgence I had with ice cream was loverly…

Absolutely appalling food. Ordered a takeaway to the house which arrived swiftly but was completely inedible. I couldn’t even risk eating it as I am 8 months pregnant, the crepe was so watery it was leaking everywhere and the sundae tastes off as did the milkshake. Pictures to follow. I asked for a refund as it was inedible and they offered me a £3 discount. Shocking! Would You eat from here after these pictures? No.

The "manager" sacked one of the most loyal members of staff as she telephoned in to report that she had Covid. He told her that if she didn't come in to work immediately then he would sack her. She explained that she was unwell with Covid symptoms and had tested positive, he stated that if she didn't turn up regardless of how she felt she would be instantly sacked. He disputed the pcr test result even though she sent him a photo and personalised it ....he said she could have faked it and downloaded it from the Internet. She stated that she would have fp isolate because she was infectious and unwell and the young owner stated he didn't care and she was sacked. Those loyal member of staff is my daughter , I am pleased that she doesn't work in this dodgy establishment anymore and I wonder what other rules does he break....health and safety, tax returns....it makes you wonder if he sacks his staff within two minutes of them being on the phone. Mogsy Belle had wonderful staff that they didn't deserve, I am hoping once this news of how little regard for staff or customers the young owner has that people decide to spend their hard earned elsewhere. Rule breaking has a consequence, decency costs nothing and the way my daughter feels today is totally down to the ignorance and grief of one man...the owner of this establishment.

Ordered at 22.50 food arrived at 1.40am, woke my kids up ringing the door bell! After I tried to call to cancel as it was far to late! I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Food was nice but contained the wrong ingredients. Ordered beef and mushroom to my calzone and got donner meat instead

First time ordering from here. I won't order again. The food was OK, but items were missing. Ordered Burger with fries, but no fries turned up. Also ordered mixed kebab with salad and sauce. Kebab came plain. No salad and no sauce.

Good Food Quality but waited almost 2 hours for it

Food was really tasty and it was all still nice and hot on arrival. Had a kebab and it was a massive portion. They gave us a free garlic bread pizza too. Will order again 👍

Ordered food late at night and it arrived quickly. The food was hot and delicious, but unfortunately missing a dessert, I didn't think it was worth calling about as it's not worth a delivery driver coming all the way back for £1.60..still, enjoyed it and will order again in future

We always order from here when the children have their friends over and usually it’s great. Unfortunately today we didn’t get the correct order which meant that one child had nothing to eat. The food didn’t seem as hot as usual either. Everything else was ok.

The food was two hours late and cold

Took 3 and a half hours to come, tried calling the restaurant many times however there was no answer. Was hungry so ordered elsewhere after the 3 hour mark then it turned up in which I told the delivery man I didn’t want it and I’m not paying for it as it was a cash order. He then proceeds to deny the fact it had been 3hours and weren’t very pleased when I told him I had ordered elsewhere and didn’t want it. Avoid this place people how it has 5* on this I will never know, worst customer service ever seen from a takeaway.

First time I have had terrible food from here. Its normally lovely. Chips undercooked pizza undercooked burgers and onion rings were good. Shame this place is normally soooo good normally the food is cooked to perfection. Dunno what happened today. Literally binned half the food

Ordered 2 portions of chicken nuggets and chips at half past 10 waited nearly 3 hours tried to calk the restaurant 6 times messaged them through justeat but got nothing back couldn't get hold of them. Requested a refund and had no reply. Then to tip it off the driver has just banged the door down and woke the whole house up at quarter to 1 in the morning with out even an apology. I refused to take the food off him as I want a full refund and I also told him to let the management know about this. Why would I want it at that time? Appalling service

Pizza and garlic bread looked like it was from a supermarket freezer and not freshly made, far too much sauce and not enough cheese on any of the pizza. We used to eat from belle alot in the past but I'll not be ordering pizza again from here.

The pizza I couldn’t taste the anything else but vinegar I don’t have vinegar but I could taste didn’t eat it all it’s shame like because I was so looking forward to it.

About 30 minutes with was great Salt and pepper chips didn’t have much flavour and was in fact fries not chips Pizza would say the chills are from a jar tasted of vinegar But having said that was still tasty food

Chicken is off. Doesn't smell right atall, Donnor is a very pale colour, sauce tastes OOD. Naan is Stale. Pizza is okayish, not great but edible. Kerbab no way edible, complained regarding food safety something definitely not right here! Sauce tastes Bitter, Chicken smells like sewage. Will never order again! Wish I could give 0 out of 5...Woman who delivered it was lovely however. Do not order!!!

Considering we ordered here last minute just before the place shut, the food came piping hot, freshly made and tasted amazing.... Highly recommend the pizza's, we ordered different pizzas and they all came with lots of toppings, lots cheese and we're perfect.. Will definitely order again.... Amazing :)

I don’t leave bad reviews normally, but i had to this time as the food was that bad!! Do not buy a chicken or shish kebab from this place, tasted disgusting and burnt, it tasted how I could only imagine what it would taste like to eat charcoal, no other taste to it, worst chicken and shish kebab I have ever had, it went in the bin I wouldn’t even give it to the dog it was vile!! Chips were nice but that was the only edible thing! What a waste!

Lovely delivery driver, cheeay garlic bread was lively and my son enoyed the pizza and i also had a supreme salad which i have put in fridge as the delicious chocolate fudge cake was cold but melty and ticked the boxes 1st time used this company and you can guarantee i will be back

Just got ribs, lasagne, burger, nuggets,jacket potato and Greek salad delivered and every single thing was so nice. The salad was fresh & gorgeous with loads of olives and feta. Delivery lady is so polite too. 10/10

worst kebab iv ever come across , the pitta or naan bread was STALE as they come the chicken tasted like burnt charcoal the shish had a funky taste to it and to be honest waking up now my stomach is up the wall shouldnt of even ate it , wont be returnin here an certainly will be sendin friends an family away, let me tell ya that

Pizza was awful, the spaghetti Bol was all stuck together like glue and awful. Couldn’t taste the cheese on the Cheese garlic bread. The bbq ribs however were ok
