Mitchell's Village Kitchen Tea Shop in Hillingdon

A lovely little outdoor tea shop, set in tranquil surroundings. There's delicious home-made cake and locally- produced ice-cream to enjoy. Made to order sandwiches are available and you can also buy home-made marmalade. Visitors receive a warm welcome and service is excellent. Tea is served in huge tea pots and there's no skimping on the cake portions either! Good value for money.

We are lucky to have found Mitchell's Village Kitchen Tea Shop in Harefield, Middx. It is run by Sandra, a member of the well established Mitchel family who have been dairy farmers in Harefield for generations. At the end of Plough Lane, a quiet cul de sac overlooking the Mitchell Farm, you can sit and have tea/coffee/ cream tea/afternoon tea. Sandra is a great host and all the cakes and sandwiches are homemade. You can also buy the farm's ice cream to take away. A tranquil spot and a very relaxing ambience. You sit outdoors under canopies and tea is served in lovely vintage tea cups. Highly recommend you give it a try - you won't be disappointed.
