I had dinner at Menara Lounge this evening, and the food was exceptionally delicious. We were served by Miss Basoz, who made excellent food recommendations. She consistently greeted us with a warm smile, enhancing our dining experience. A must visit place.

This was the worst place to go to for food. Do not come here. I went here on my birthday and I had ordered the £80 platter. It was supposed to come with salad but I asked them not to include it, when the platter came, for some reason these idiots took out the chips aswell. I had less than half of a platter full dry rice, stale meat, and barely cooked chicken. Not to mention the bread was more elastic than a hairtie. They had posted on their tiktok they don’t sell coke in “support of Palestine”, however, we got served it without even asking for it and they said it was “on the house.” When we had entered it was quieter than an abandoned house, I had asked for water , and I got a bottled water, also, while I was eating their dreadful food, the workers were staring at me like they had never seen a customer before. (They probably hadn’t had one in a while). When we asked for the bill, it had said it was £100 and I had asked why, they responded saying “Because coke is not on the till, we charge extra”. I had enough and left asap. Completely overpriced and disappointed. Don’t waste your money here.

I've been coming here since they opened and their food is Top Class. Firstly the restaurant is clean. The atmosphere is so welcoming which is why I keep coming back. The staff are friendly and the food is sooo delicious. They have 2 menus and neither disappoint. The food arrives and its presented in such a beautiful manner. The flavours are spot on this chef knows exactly what he's doing. 👌 I've been here with friends, my elderly parents and also toddler. They genuinely care about ALL their customers so your guests won't be disappointed. Beautiful restaurant, delicious food and friendly faces what more could you ask for. Keep it up Menara!!! Came Friday evening to this restaurant with my family from Southampton, and had an amazing experience. The food was very tasty, especially the grilled baby chicken. The presentation of the food was absolutely beautiful. The service from the staff was excellent. Thank you so much Sahibaa and Besoz for looking after us and especially with my son. I would definitely visit again, not just only for the food but for the excellent customer service which we received. Thank you all xx

My parents and I enjoyed the food and the staff were all very lovely, especially Basoz. There are multiple vegetarian options as well. Very well priced for the overall experience and portions, and a lentil soup was provided at no additional cost to begin our meal.

This was some of the most delicious Turkish food we've ever had. Had the platter, fish dinner, and tenders. Food was hot, fresh, and disgusting flavorful. Service was just as great!!

Beautiful compact place for the Middle East food lovers. It's a lovely day. I thought I had Lebanese food, but I saw this restaurant and walked in. Ambiance was 👍 lovely staff. The only disappointment was they had very limited vegetarian menus, only vegetarian wrap or burger, which was really good. I tired hummus with bread, which was amazing 👏 freshly made. I tried their vegetarian wrap, which was quite nice and flavourful . Unfortunately, they stopped doing falafel and hallumi wrap🙃. Fir meat lovers highly recommend it 👌

I visited Menara Lounge today with my family and my toddler, it has a beautful friendly clean atmosphere and I was very pleased with the attentive staff members, the appetisers at first were so good! Huge naan bread with the special salad, Humous and Daal! We went for the mix grill for three and thoroughly enjoyed the taste! My brothers opted for the Baller box which was also delicious! The presentation was Wow! Loved everything, good vibes, good company, good food!

I just had a great evening with a friend who had come from Australia. We went for a lovely fish dish and were not disappointed with either the food or the very affordable prices.

We had an out of the world mouth watering experience as we dwelled into the delicious food at Menara. I’m personally so proud of this restaurant to have pro Palestine food and drinks. Kudos to their resilience.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. Despite it was busy the food arrived fast and wow that's really good and the portions massive!!! Excellent food, we have been coming here all the way from Richmond for years. The meat dishes and exquisite, the best we’ve had here in the U.K., better than anything you can find in central London. The lamb kofta is particularly great. Also lovely music and service. Always a huge pleasure to visit.

Dined at this establishment last night with several friends. Impressed with ambience first, then by friendliness and attentiveness of staff. We were a bit indecisive but staff was patient and helpful with good recommendations and advice. Food was served quickly, hot and well presented. Delicious and all reasonably priced. Mixed grill and starters were spot on. Tried some dynamite chicken which tasted great. Tasty complimentary soup to start with and a complimentary after dinner tea, both hit the mark. Will come again with family definitely. Grill stuff for the adults and a Tanky's menu of burgers etc for the kids. Must thank the manager for doing a splendid job with this restaurant.

Raykar had excellent customer service and menu and restaurant

Ordered fatooush, and it was awful. The salad was not fresh at all. Shocked to have to pay £4.95 for limp cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and pickled cabbage. It was completely unauthentic and tasted terrible, unfortunately. Also, the server packed the salad side way's so all the dressing spilled out into the bag.

Menara Lounge were so good and authentic. Loved the food, the fish was super fresh and tasty, orange juice was very organic and delicious. Surprised at the good portion sizes for the price. Loved the Music! We had a good time. Raykar and the young waitress are very friendly and very welcoming. Will definitely visit again.

Delicious Kurdish Kebab and Chicken Tikka

Everything was great, the meat was very delicious. I am a regular customer and I would recommend this beautiful restaurant to anyone who is in love with the good food. The price very reasonable and quantity more than enough. Finally, I would like to say a big thanks to Raykr who was very professional and delivering the perfect customer service. Definitely worth trying and visiting.

Good atmosphere clean restaurant and friendly acknowledging staff a hidden gem in Hounslow area. Upon entering you will be greeted by friendly individuals and depending upon number of people you will be allocate seating area. Atmosphere if the restaurant is very calm with hint of modern feeling no loud cranky music instead big screen tv’s are playing calming videos. After placing the order we were given complimentary soup and salad plus glasses of water with ice. Food was exceptional starter soup was made with split lentils 5* and salad was bit soggy but was ok 3*. Dynamite bites were not spicy they were fried chicken tender mix in paprika flavour mayo sauce but the flavour was exceptional 4.8*. Asian mix grill was enough for 2 people served with 2 nan break and side sauces were offered. Kebab in platter was lamb with around 60/40 meat to fat ratio overall taste and presentation was good 4.7*. We also ordered kids chicken nuggets and fries which was as standard fries were without salt 4.5*. Overall I would give this place 4.9* and definitely suggest to families or couple to have good dinner/lunch experience. Keep that in mind final bill would be include 5% service charge of the total price.

Amazing experience! Wow what a delightful place this is. The food is just so good. Fresh clean, and very tasty. We were served by Dara and Payman and their service was absolutely impeccable. The portions were very good. I would highly recommend it. Next door is the bakery, and they make the bread on the spot, lovely and hot. The best well done, and we will be back!!
