The food was freezing as well as that I am disgusted in the way the managers speak to their staff. I asked a memwber of staff for some sauces in which he gave me and in result of that he was screamed at by a manager and I later found out he was sacked !!! He was only doing his job

I ordered food via uber eats, my delivery was marked as delivered, it wasnt. I had the drivers number so called him, he insisted he had delivered my food then said he would deliver it if i paid him. I never received the food for me & my little girl & after speaking to the driver for 11 minutes, when i rang uber eats i was told that due to my behaviour they couldn't give me a refund. I was not nasty to the driver altho he completely lied throughout our conversation & tried to get more money out of me. This is nothing against the restaurant themselves just be wary of their drivers.

Can't enjoy your food in here because the dustpan man / cleaner in here on Sundays is a nightmare. The nuggets were ok but a bit bland without the dips. It's not child friendly in here because the dustpan man can't cope with kids eating in there Bad atmosphere to sit in and eat so avoid if you can. It's just disorganized chaos

I ordered on the mcdonalds app at 13.25 I eventually got my food at 15.09 I thought it was meat to be fast food absolutly appalling deffinitly don't recommend. Can't fault the people o the phone very helpful but won't be ordering again!

A rough night so opted to get Just eat to deliver. Ordered then store rang to say no eggs so asked them to cancel the whole order. Driver arrived with food so items had no eggs and no egg muffins at all. Rang the store and the manager was useless and cut me off. Having to do a claim back l. They know full well what they are doing as most probably won't even bother to try to get a refund. An awful place with substandard staff.

Absolutely appalling! Food ordered for delivery is never right, arrives cold and even miss items off the order or get them wrong. Totally the worst Mcdonald's ever!

Worst McDonald's I've even visited. Chips are translucent and cold Inconsistent every time. Burgers cold Never been to such an inconsistent McDonald's as this one. Avoid and drive abit further is my advise.

Being called a D/£KHEAD by the male cleaner is not the best start to a Sunday. His attitude to PAYING customers is YET AGAIN, absolutely atrocious
