McDonald's in Wandsworth

This is the worst McDonald’s I have been to. Rude staff and food was cold even though I ordered at the restaurant. First they didn’t have milkshakes which I paid extra 80p for. When I asked for a refund the staff acted all bothered and asked for the manager. When the manager came out it looked like I just woke him up. He asked why I wanted a refund and I had to explain again I ordered milkshake and paid extra for it and they didn’t have it. After a disgruntled look he gave a refund without saying a word. Terrible. Never going here again
