McDonalds in Liverpool

I paid over £2 for a black coffee when I ordered a toffee latte. I was going to catch a train, so I only found out my coffee was wrong when I got on it. If they were busy, I could overlook this but I was the only one in the restaurant. I waited 10 minutes for the wrong coffee. I'll be going to Gregg's next time.

Pub and bar hopping around this part of the city my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into this McDonald's outlet, been here before, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A big outlet, typical Mcdonald decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options spread. We ordered a double cheeseburger, fries and cola, service was quick, we grabbed a table were we munched through our burger meals. You know what you're getting with a McDonald's burger meal,a nice unpretentious burger meal,great value for money, very filling, we really enjoyed our burger meals in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time, this McDonald's is easy to locate along Ranelagh Street, a street and area teeming with pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants. Well worth checking out if you're in the mood for a sneaky burger meal.

DISASTER, from start to finish me and my companion James feared for our lives and we felt threatened by this lady who had clearly consumed some substances they were not legal in this country. However, she was allowed enter to this corporation and also was served! She was claiming in a rather loud and alarming voice that she would “urinate on the floor” me and my cavalry were gob smacked by the ordeal that was occurring right in front of our eyes. Now let’s get to the good part, I was entering the toilet and locked the door as I was in desperate need for a tinkle and non other than this woman was kicking on my door as if she was a SWAT team. FRIGHTENED, I escaped the toilet and headed for the door urgently after receiving our order, leaving with haste so we would not be roped into any more hassle. Overall terrible atmosphere and only enter if you are an adrenaline junkie, NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

My experience here in terms of food quality was everything I expected from a McDonalds, however I found a particular member of staff to be out of his depth in his role as ‘order caller’. He continuously called the orders in an angry tone, which left a bad impression on everyone and created a harsh atmosphere in general. Not only was my own interaction with this staff member far from what I’d expect from a McDonalds employee in terms of his lack of grace and pure rudeness, but my experience while sat down eating my food was ruined by his annoying tones.

Staff were a disgrace. Gave me Milk when i ordered fanta. The burger was pretty much raw, and they had no fking clue about anything tbh. Well well. Hehe.

I came here for a rest, surf the net using their wifi and an ice cream as it was a mild winter's day. Quick service and nice ice cream.

My twin brother Stephen and I were at the Liverpool Beer Festival on a Saturday afternoon,after our session ended at the festival we meandered back to the city centre ,every pub serving food was full as were the restaurants so we ended up in this McDonald's for a quick meal and our visit was ok. Typical city centre McDonald's ,this has quite a few seating arrangments which was good as after we ordered our meal of double cheeseburger ,fries and cola we enjoyed this burger meal sat in and the meal was ok,you know what you're getting,a nice ,tasty burger meal washed down with iced cold cola ,all in all a nice visit,this McDonald's is easy to locate along Ranelagh Street,worth checking out if you're in need of a sneaky burger.

With our £35 order they some how managed to mess up all of the drinks gave us none of what we initially asked for, they also done this with the sauces which had paid for!!! and when we asked for some sort of refund or just for our actual drinks the phone number we had been given had no pick up. The workers are lazy and do not care about what they supply you with! ps who even orders a coffee and a strawberry milkshake yuck

Typical city centre McDonald's, staff sort of disinterested but service in here surprisingly slick ,a reduced menu at the moment but not much of a problem for me ,normally just get double cheeseburger, fries and cola, this has the added bonus of location ,in one of the main party area's of the city ,with the easing of coronavirus lockdown restrictions for the hard hit hospitality sector from the 12th of April this McDonald's will start to get very busy again ,its easy to locate along Ranelagh Street, if your in the mood for a cheeky burger meal most definitely well worth checking out.

Endemic in every major city more or less throughout the world ,McDonald's seem to be everywhere, this outlet in Liverpool City Centre is one I visited before the 3rd national lockdown descended in December. Your typical McDonald's, light,bright and modern interior, slightly disinterested staff,service on our visit was quick,meal of double cheeseburger, fries and cola tasty ,nothing spectacular but filling, this is a popular McDonald's but with its close proximity to dozens upon dozens of pubs hardly surprising, when the 3rd national lockdown is lifted I will probably visit here again,its easy to locate along Ranelagh Street.

we got NO sauces after they asked us, my girlfriend paid for 6 nuggets and got FIVE, and there NO social distancing!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered a £50 delivery and they left off 3 portions of nuggets and all the sauces. this is not the first time this has happened. All the drinks were flat and people haven’t got their meals. Will not be ordering from them again

Besides missing the pubs and bars during the coronavirus lockdown restrictions I also missed my fix of McDonald's but it was nice to see their outlets all slowly reopening, this particular McDonald's is a particular favourite of mine being in the heart of Liverpool. My twin brother Stephen and I were pub and bar hopping around Ranelagh Street and decided to get a quick burger and fries meal to go ,staff here were really nice, we queued up and placed our order and payed contactless, I enjoyed my burger meal ,double cheeseburger was superb ,typical McDonald's burger to be honest and fries were delicious, it was just so good enjoying a lovely McDonald's burger meal before heading to The Ranelagh Tavern for a beer. This McDonald's is easy to locate along Ranelagh Street, most definitely well worth a visit if you're in the area.

i visited last week with friends waiting for a taxi we bought drinks and needed the toilet only to find they were closed it might stay open late but the toilets don't this is not good enough

We dropped into this McDonald's as we were pub and bar hopping around this part of the city, been here before, similar to most every other McDonald's ,we were here on a Saturday night, busy but service was quick ,we got double cheeseburgers and fries and luckily managed to get a table, we chomped away on our burger and fries which were really good and cola was iced cold ,it was just what we needed to soak up the beer we planned to drink. We moved on after our burger meals and as on every other visit to this McDonald's we had a very pleasant visit. Easy to locate along Ranelagh Street, an area teeming with pubs,bars and restaurants.
