Always food missing or given wrong items, fries are cold, they always forget the dips, absolute shambles

i ordered on deliveroo and i had ordered my food at 6:39 and had been waiting since then it’s now 8:35 my driver has only collected it now?? this shouldn’t happen in food places and i haven’t even gotten a refund or anything for this,i’ve waited 2 hours and by the time my food will arrive it will have been 3 hours and most likely freezing cold food

I came here today to order a happy meal for my son, normally a happy meal is ment to come with a toy and because this hapoy meal was themed around minecraft my son wanted it even more, whenever we pulled out and my I opened my sons happy meal there was NO toy, I am VERY upset Mcdonald I thought yous were the power house of fast food but no yous are a bunch of teenage dirt bags who can't even put a toy in a box,NEVER COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SCAMMED.

The worst customer service amongst all the Mcdonald’s i have visited.

Service is usually great here but the food is always disappointing. Cold fries and burger meat is never seasoned. Can't remember a time I had fresh fries from here.

So we pay extra for a fancy Minecraft meal that’s supposed to come with a collectable, then it’s delivered without one 🤷🏻‍♂️

Missing items and food wasn’t the best

I had a disappointing experience with Mcdonald’s regarding their treatment of employees. My sister recently faced a family emergency and needed to leave work, but management refused to pick up the phone. This lack of compassion and support for employees during difficult times is unacceptable. A workplace should prioritize the well-being of its staff, especially when it comes to family matters. I hope they reconsider their policies and approach to employee welfare in the future.

I ordered a oisis and got a coke?

only 1 out of 2 sugar doughnuts was delivered & no bbq dip

The food took over an hour to arrive. When it arrived the food was cold and the dessert wrong. Appalling service.

Tis was a meal deal with a collectors item and item was not delivered

I asked for cheese on my mc spicy and they put it in my mc crispy and I ordered one Big Mac and they gave me two I ordered them large but they gave me medium.

My food was extremely late once I got it was freezing even the ice had melted in my orange Fanta very disappointing

Portions were very small and they had no salt in the shop at all

My delivery driver sat outside someone else’s house for 5-10 minutes without contacting myself to ask where my house is or if I could come get my food, they did not let me know they were outside. I know they were out for 5-10 minutes as the tracker had stopped and I seen a car that I did not recognise sitting outside a neighbours house. If I didn’t go out to check I don’t know how long I would have been waiting, food was therefore cold. Very disappointed

Order stated as delivered however it was not. Code has to be given which it wasn’t so I don’t understand how they were able to mark the order as delivered. Very annoyed.

30 mins late from original time when ordering and was freezing cold clearly wasn’t in a thermal bag and had to be heated up

Most times service is excellent and coffee etc is good standard. Delivery drivers can hog the counter and the parking spaces waiting on a delivery run. Staff need to ensure hair nets are worn as per health hygiene!

Where do I begin this meal has been the best meal I have ever tasted ever !!!! The deliver service is 10/10 !!! It only took 15 mins and the guy was so kind xxx

Didnt have chips or chicken nuggets or ice cream even got my wrap wrong asked for kastu chicken curry wrap got a grilled chicken sweet chilli wrap what didnt taste nice the one in Portadown is way better

Food came freezing cold, this was after a series of order time changes. Something that would evidently lead to cold food… why would staff prepare and cook food for it to sit in a bag???

My order was accepted at 10:25pm we received the order at 11:47pm, nuggets, chips and burgers were cold.

Food was ordered at 18:06 and was only delivered at 19:49. That is way too long to wait on a McDonald’s, was told food would be delivered at 19:05 but clearly not. Really not happy with how long that food took but at least our food was still hot

Couldn't see or hear the pickup area as the counter and staff surrounded by just eat drivers. Asked the blonde eastern European accented woman if mine was ready as couldn't see . She thought I wanted to order and when I told her I didn't she made a sarcasm waving of the arms and said stuff in a sarcastic abrupt way with her back turned. Not very welcoming for people or kids

Order arrived very late and only half of it was there. Not great :(

Horrible service from the restaurant and staff. Driver had to go back to get half the order, first time was just the drinks. he came back and still items missing. Burgers missing half the patty inside too. Called the restaurant because the kids meals are missing, told to ask for a refund so would need to purchase everything again at my own risk. the order already took over an hour to complete, imagine another hour for the new meals and no assurance we get the refund

Been loads of times, always something wrong with the order. Ordered a double quarter most recently with only cheese and onions. Got it with everything apart from onions. Random. Place wasn't even that busy. But we keep coming back because it's handy, you don't have to get out of the car and your guaranteed it will be wrong but probably not terrible.

Still waiting for my order to arrive after 2 Hours - Saying I have another hour left to wait. Unacceptable, no option to cancel the order and no contact details to resolve just a run around FAQ page. Delivery time was only 40mins Max when I placed.

If u order in store, u would be quicker going through the drive-through theunseem to get served first. In side isn't exactly fast food. Staff have their hair, all shapes and clothes are covered in hair, not very food hygiene conscious. Has also gotten very expensive

Delivery driver “got lost” even though no other driver has ever gotten lost finding my house, making me wait outside in the freezing cold for over 10 minutes so he could see me.

They give me the bad burger and are angry and they are on their cell phone and they answered me 10 minutes later

The fries was terrible for a large fries there was hardly any fries in it & for the milkshake too wasn't filled

chips were soggy and very disappointing, we couldn't eat them. The Big tasty didn't have the bacon whilst it was ordered and the Terry's Chocolate Orange McFlurry had spilt all out over the bag and drinks.

absolutely awful. nothing on my burger. no sauce, cheese, crispy onions. also paid for a Mcflurry and it hasn't came. very disappointing
