McDonald's in Wigan

Very polite and efficient staff, we always choose the wythenshw branch

Visited this McDonald's on a Thursday evening. We waited about 10 minutes for the food, and when we did get it, the fries were limp and freezing. The burger was just about warm. I was disappointed with my visit to this McDonald's.

Pulled up for a drive thru, manky outside the food hatch with ketchup thrown all over. It's not a recent thing either! Dirty presentation. They were either under staffed or just bad customer service, i was left at the window for almost 10 mins, and no one came until eventually someone popped out and asked me to confirm my order. I might add that this was 8.20am, and the place wasn't busy at all, hence me calling in. Shame that happened as it blights the want of a further visit! Sort it out!

If a disappointing meal is what your looking for this is the place. Over years of visiting this place they never fail to either give me an incomplete meal , cold meal or completely wrong order. Recently ordered a meal and the burger looked as if it had been made by someone who was blindfolded and then proceded to throw it against the wall. The chips were cold and unsalted and my apple pie and sauces wasnt in the bag. This branch appears to be ran by children with little to no supervision and who have no pride in their work. Where is the management, does management care? Very unhappy but not surprised as this is a regular occurrence. Avoid this branch if a "happy meal" is what you want

Poor customer service . I was here to collect order and on screen it showed me its ready but they didnt made the food yet. And the young girls were talking rather than making food…Really meed to teach them the best customer service

No one waiting place order waited 25 mins no one came to the wi dow to explain delay then told to park asked what the delay was wasnt given an explamation waited a further 10 mins then it was brought to car no apology for the long wait i was very disppointed

Head Office needs to investigate this branch ....Very Poor Customer Service....Coffee and Icecream machine always breaking down...No communication from staff to customers re problems....Toilets and Store Dirty....Overall a Disgrace....

The worst macdonalds I've ever visited it was dirty food was incorrect and has been multiple times the food was not up to standard and I get it's macdonalds and is bad food anyway but rheu could atleast try, the staff are rude and ignorant and look like they never clean up as it look dirty as anything

No atmosphere and manager embarrassing staff, asking top of her voice what her member of staff is doing, not being funny high pressure environment kind of time and place not in front of paying customers

As ever, they have missed something from the order. My own fault I keep forgetting how bad the Tyldesley branch is.

Missing three portions of chips and burgers came with sauce after asking for them plain. Food is also stone cold.

I now take a pillo to rest my head whilst I'm waiting patiently inhaling the fumes from the car in front, I now call it mc/Donald's slow food dragthrough ,but eventually when I arrive at the windo I am curties & polite to the staff because it's not there folt there taking on moor than they can handle like home delivery+sitin orders+the drive through,staff are exhorted 🥱😴.

Dreadful. The only thing this branch is consistent with is getting things wrong. If you order on uber they forget to put things in that you’ve paid for. If you order at drive through and collect they still forget to put things in that you’ve paid for. Never answer the phones. Speaking to the store staff is a joke, the staff are beyond useless. They can’t get orders correct, they can’t deal with customer complaints and they can answer the simplest of questions, what exactly is their purpose?

Chips were cold half empty, cookie hard, replaced my childs chocolate brownie with a pineapple stick? Ice cream melted

New management is urgently needed! The service is extremely slow, staff are on their phones despite a long queue, and the food was "ready" but missing fries. Absolutely unacceptable! To make it worse, a simple follow-up order of two cookies took 10 minutes to serve!

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, but only a single quarter pounder arrived!

yet again the mcdonalds Tyldesley changed delivery time two or three times the fries ended up soggy and not even a full large portion

the drink had somehow spilt in the paper bag unfortunately causing it to leak through onto the other bag luckily it was separate but still destroyed both bags upon arrival and the food was luke warm plus abit water damaged too not much I could do apartfrom a review

Absolutely unbelievable yet again placed an order items missing this is a regular problem but when you speak to them they expect you to get in the car and pick up missing items that they have missed. When will they except responsibility there is a reason why people get the order delivered it's ashame the company being as big as what it is cant read orders and fulfill them.

no straw.cold food. undercooked fries, flat coke, wasn't full sugar either was diet. and ordered full sugar. didn't deliver dip I had to pay for.

What's the point in asking if you want dips if you never ever get any? A cheese sharebox is practically pointless without dips. Chicken nuggets? No dip. Chicken Selects? No dip. So 3 different items ordered that are supposed to come with a dip (and actually ate pretty pointless without) and zero dips with the order. Useless.

The food was over an hour late and very cold - no sauces with the 20 nuggets - very disappointing.

driver arrived and the hot drink and large cold drink were lying down in the bag, the bad then proceeded to rip open and both drinks ended up on the floor spilling out, the driver has also left a large McDonald's bag at the end of our drive which I have just noticed and will have to go and collect to bin.

I got my self 2 burgers and my partner some things the only 2 things I ordered for my self I asked for no onion ... and it's glued to the cheese so can't remove them with out the cheese going as well .... it states on the lable ketchup only ..... have to sit and watch my partner eat thanks

I ordered at 3.05 and it arrived at 4.48, the food was stone cold and not enjoyable , really not good enough .

Freezing cold food, 75/80 mins in the end from order to delivery. No ice in the drinks. At least this time the sauces and straws were delivered which is often NOT the case. Pleased that Milkshakes were available as many McDonalds branches seem to have issues with not having Milkshakes available

Rated because the staff team are just a joy to watch , efficient , very busy and presenting a pleasant friendly Northern attitude to customers. I only score food high because I love the breakfast muffins

Every time I order from here they always forget the sauces. There were 7 on the order and not 1 delivered.

Ordered at 16:10 and then at 18:30 received the messaged saying it had been delivered @19:10 when it wasn’t even 19:10 and also the other person didn’t have the 4 digit pin so yeah shocking service tbh…..

We have been on numerous occasions the last couple of week and Emmanuel has gone above and beyond for us, engaging with the kids and his customer service skills are second to non, nothing is to much trouble, he’s a credit to your company

Food was cold, Drink missing. This happens too often and it's very annoying and unnecessary.

Ordered 3 items via app for McDelivery, but only 1 item was correct. No syrup with porridge and a bacon double mcmuffin arrived as a sausage double mcmuffin. Not the 1st time this has happened. Poor

The driver collected took over 40 mins to deliver the food after collection resulting in the hot food being cold and the ice creams being melted!

horrible as always And missing items again and spend all that money ridiculous
