Food average McD’s standard but toilets were filthy, and it was only 8am.

delivery was perfect but the food was not worth the price paid, burgers had been slapped together and looked like they had been thrown round the kitchen as well and the chips were freezing and stale not fresh unfortunately McDonald's is going right down hill :(

Over half the order was missing now I have to wait days to find out if I'll get a refund this isn't the first time I've had items missing from my order

Sadly this mcdonalds was having an issue with unruly teenagers running a mock at the time. Poor manager trying to resolve the disturbance. The food was ok, but very crowded as its only a small mcdonalds, so found all the drama going on around us a bit much, I had 2 children with me so very unsettling.

Totally wrong order wasn’t even my order number I didn’t even end up getting any food so wasted 27 pound

Drive thro order, large cheesy m crispy ,got home the only thing large was the box, certainly not the portion, stone cold the fries were actually hollow, they tasted days old, burger freezing I was 5 minutes away , another example of this day an age attitude to service and quality, you should be bloody ashamed to serve up that !!!! Disgusting and disgraceful

half of the food ordered was either not delivered or the driver pulled out 😠

I ordered 2 BBQ dips and paid for them this time instead of just adding them to the meal and they were clearly stated on the receipt but no dips arrived AGAIN they never put the dips in even if you pay for them….2 disappointed children again

Burgers should be not cold but the stuff do what they should do to serve best

Food took over 90mins to arrive from ordering. And was luke warm

My order was placed and expected around 4.20-4.50 and it came at 6.05 . Not good enough when for 2 children . I would like a refund as had to order elsewhere .

This is, hands down, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It just so happens to unfortunately be my local one. I actually like McDonald's for what it is, fast food, generally tasty and you know what you're getting. But not with this restaurant. Latest visit as an example. No sauce on the fillet o fish. Triple cheeseburger had no onions on it. Fries were inedible and tasted foul. Of course you only discover all this once you get home with your food. If you contact the restaurant to complain they advise you to go back. Really?? Who can be bothered? Once we ordered 4 meals at the drive through, got home to find we had no fries. It's just poor. The fries are always stale, cold and tasteless from here. I love McDonald's fries normally but I don't know what they actually do to them here to make them taste so bad. It's the last time I'm going to this one. I would rather drive an extra mile or 2 to Leigh or Westhoughton. Avoid if you can.

Presentation of food was appauling and stone cold went straight in the bin will not order again.

Arrival time added 5 minutes on no big deal and it kept updated so all good there, but no straws and no sauces. Everything was stone cold. First time getting a delivery, definitely won’t do it again.

I don't understand why people expect their food to be delivered to them piping hot. Burger and chips don't retain that much heat, that's to be expected when you're getting it delivered instead of going to eat inside straight for the fryer. Probably shouldn't be ordering online unless you live next door to McDonald's then 🫠

It says it's been delivered but hasn't

Everything was cold fries were hard there was no dips that were requested and 2 quarter pounders were not in the bag!! Only 1 large chips but everythinv was very cold

Food arrived over an hour late, stone cold! The driver left the restaurant and took him nearly an hour to get to me 10 minutes away. Never again!

Coca-Cola is not chocolate milkshake and there was no sausage patties

Not only did the driver arrive 10 minutes late, he was at our neighbour's. My son had to get out and flag the driver. To top, the food was ice cold and my apple pie went missing. I don't like leaving one-star reviews unless duly deserved.

Awful delivery service! And never answer the phone! I am been waiting for my order to be prepared for an hour and half I try ringing them to see what is happening and they ain't answering im ringing over and over and they are taking the phone off so it will go to answering phone instead of answering me! I will never be ordering from here again or going here!

Missing fries, sauces and burger

Food was cold no straws for the drinks no napkins had this problem before with food being cold

The chips were that overcooked they were hard but also stone cold

No sauces as per usual. No point in a McDonalds without sauces. So poor.

This is hard to say, but the food and service was outstanding and so hot. Compared to the Parsonage it's black and white

Always one of the machines not working, usually milkshakes,or frappe,ice cream....chips were cold Nice young man served me on the drive through though.

More than half of the order missing

Worst McDonald's I've ever been in. Service incredibly slow, usually queue of delivery drivers waiting for food, whilst other food waiting to be collected is going cold. Have been given wrong food several times.

Well yet again back to ordinary with not sending items and getting items wrong my children don’t like sauce and onions etc this is absolutely unacceptable!!! Then u say take it up with Just Eat well They don’t pack the bags you do!!!

sent no milk or sugar for tea and cappuccino so tea was undrinkable and cappuccino un enjoyable and food was cold must have been sat around too long

The delivery driver was great, but the food took way too long to cook/processed. The food was also very cold so I had to warm it up in the microwave. Not the service I’d expect.

Chips are cold and soggy the rib burger is cold but the chicken selection is ok. Disappointed and wouldn’t order a delivery again.

fries cold and mcrib was not that hot either. since covid mcdonalds has gone downhill. I keep ordering in tge hope tgey listen and improve and mainly for convenience. compkaints are for feedback and to get it right.

Just arrived back from McDonald Tyldesley drive through, happy meal with fruit opened container NO FRUIT, ordered chocolate chip cookie, NO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE. I know they would say you should check your order but when they read your order back and it’s correct you would assume the staff would be capable of getting the order correct. Very disappointing.

Food was stone- cold to the point the chips and chicken mayo we inedible.the mcChicken sandwiches both looked like they’ve been scraped off the floor, no sweet chilli dip and we got a normal apple pie instead of the caramel apple pie. Absolutely terrible food and it took 45 minutes to arrive from the restaurant that is less than 5 minutes away to walk

Order was mc rib meal with strawberry milkshake. No problems. Get to the end window gives me oasis drink. No milkshake. Why don't they tell me at the 1st window once order placed. Nor happy one bit. Every time I've been to mc Donalds especially this one. Never no milkshake. Poor service. customer not happy. Machine needs cleaning but can't be bothered to do it. That's my theory. And I'm sure of it. Heard in the past saying leave it needs to be cleaned. Customer ask none available. Very poor.

Further to below, today, 29 oct. Got a sausage muffin for breakfast, by lunchtime, i had severe diarrhoea,,incapacitated all today. Won't use again Drive through very busy and slow, so decided to go in and buy over the counter. Was ignored for 10 minutes, staff seem apathetic at best, no smiles no anything. Looking liked they'd already given up on life. Went to greggs instead...

What a lethargic bunch… 15 minutes in the drive-through… food was cold. I did not read reviews before going in… I’m shocked to see this happening over a year or so… I guess the manager is that good… made it the slowest McDonalds ever… FYI, drive through needs to be managed..

I went to pick the order up myself from the restaurant took that long

It was an hour from when I ordered it which is ok and it didn’t come with a fork and knife but over walk it was good

Can't believe I went back to this monstrosity.i work up and down the country and use mcdonalds a lot.tyldesely mcdonalds my local maccys is hands down the worst ever.that was your last chance.shame subway ain't open later.btw I collected this order good job wasn't uber or it might arrive a week tuesday in an ice box with everything missing.
