Got to say, this is the first time i have eatten here considering i live very close by. Got a bbq chicken pizza and curly fries and the food is perfect. The staff are really friendly and get everything for you quick. Will definitely be going back here a lot more often

This place has only been open a month and I've been back seven times! We're lucky to live only two minutes away. The fried chicken is out of this world! Delicious and cooked to order. Hotdog is great also, spicy fries come with most items and these are great too! Very tasty! Manager/Owner is awesome, very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great new addition to Liverpool City Centre. 5* Get the fried chicken!!!

Hotdog came with barely any ketchup and there were barely any “fried onions” which were not fried at all. The fries were soggy to the point they were just bad and the milkshake, which was supposed to come with cream, did not. It was awful, very disappointed

A truly lovely dessert place open until late. We enjoyed some delicious hot chocolate and fresh fruit served with melted Belgian chocolate sauce. The server was kind and the atmosphere calm and welcoming. Absolutely recommended!

This is the best place for desserts and burgers. I am a regular customer and this place worths every penny. I have tried the peri peri chicken burger with fries and it was the best takeaway I have ever tried. I have also had the chocolate fudge cake and it was far better than any where else! It was rich in flavour and very delicious. I have also tried the raspberry milkshake and the cocoa cookie dough and they were very very nice! I will always come again. Thank you Cocoa!

Worst dessert place we've ever tried. 8 of us ordered and all 8 desserts were rubbish! Ordered a Sundae, the guy gave a cup full of mango+ strawberries and chocolate- NO ICECREAM/SORBET. We had to read out the menu and let him know that the sundae had ice-cream in it as he was saying it didn't! The crepes are the thickness of a naan! The Chai tasted like chemicals, like they had just cleaned the machine ! The milkshakes were all watered down. Horrible horrible.

Amazing and kind staff warmly welcomes you as soon as you go in , the best coffee and hot drinks ive EVER had at an amazing price. The food and desserts are a 10/10 and extremely fresh , especially the sticky toffee pudding 😋. I was pleasantly surprised that the even have mochi , that looks delicious ( I'm yet to try). The place its self has a calm atmosphere and is immaculate in every way. You should 1000% go if you're ever in Liverpool Im glad I found this little gem of a place, will be becoming a regular Overall a beautiful place

I wanted something sweet to eat at night (after walking/touring Liverpool, 3 day trip from London) and Cocoa did not disappoint at all. I had the white cookie dough this was hands down the best dessert I've EVER had. The staff are lovely, service was A1, the food is fresh, the chips were crispy, and light and you can tell the oil is clean because the chips were beautiful. The hot dog was really tasty. Enjoyed it so much I went again the next day before I boarded my train.

Lovely food and amazing service - we ordered strawberries with melted chocolate and cookie dough a couple of nights ago which was a really nice treat. They also do a great offer on a hotdog meal with a milkshake included - amazing value for money and the all the food was fab. We will definitely be ordering regularly :)

I tried many different restaurants desserts, and sincerely, I really love this one, I order chicken and meat burger, it was so tasty so delicious, I also ordered a waffle, it was really soft, easy to chew, that it melted in your mouth how delicious it was, well done cocoa, keep going.
