Went for first time last week with two friends for some lunch. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Their sausage rolls were amazing and served with side salad and ramekin of relish. Coffee good too! I will definitely be back and recommending to others. Next time I hope to get one of their wood fired pizzas because they look fab!!

I love everything about this place. The building, the ethos, the staff, the pizzas, the little vegetable garden. We had my birthday celebration here and we all painted some pottery. We were really well looked after, the staff went the extra mile and it was a memorable fun occasion. We've been back since for pizza and it was delicious, especially on a nice sunny afternoon when you can eat outside. Full marks!

Absolutely beautiful, went for a meal tonight and the food is amazing. For starters we had a portion of cheesy dough balls, and a platter (sausage rolls, chorizo, parma ham, pasta, weaten bread) which was delicious. The pizzas for the main dish are beautiful, stone baked in an outside wood burning oven served on the plates which have been made in the pottery part! The two girls who served us, Lauren and Grace were just lovely and made the experience even nicer. It was a friends birthday and they came out with a cake singing happy birthday, lovely girls. Prices are great and it's byo (bring your own) and we did. Fantastic night and very highly recommended.

The café is very small, but calm, relaxed and bright. I think from memory there are about 4 tables only. However there is outside if the weather allows. It has a limited menu of standards including soup ,scone , sausage roll, and oddly wood fired Pizza! The pizza looked vey good, albeit there are only 3 choices, and wasn't particularly cheap (as per usual!). The sausage roll was superb. It is an OK place, but limited in what it can offer. Definitely good for a small snack...

Unusual setting ....coffee was beautiful one of the best I’ve ever had. Menu very limited on Sundays sausage roll was good though a little salads with it would have been good. Service excellent and friendly.

Coffee four, scones two. I'd go back for the former, but not the latter, in what is a pleasant setting.

What an interesting wee cafe......we sat out the back in the sun and watched them cook the home made pizza’s in their wood burning pizza oven. They also have a lovely herb garden and apple orchard out the back.

Apart from that you can BYO and sit in and do pottery too if you like . We will def be coming back here with a bottle . The staff were friendly and it’s got a nice different feel to it :-)

Decent coffee, but we will have to go back some time to try out the wood burning pizza oven. The little outdoor area at the back is a real suntrap on a sunny day too.

What a lovely place for afternoon tea. Delicious cakes and scones. Plus the added bonus of fantastic service and friendly staff. It was a great find not too far from Helen's Bay. They have an outdoor area and a woodfired pizza oven. We are looking forward to going back and trying a pizza.

Loaf is a social enterprise supporting people with learning difficulties and incorporates a cafe that doubles as a public outlet and provides for all those attending the various pottery courses. The cafe is basic but the menu extends to scones, soup and sausage rolls etc as well as having a fully functioning wood burning pizza oven. We just had coffee and scones served by a pleasant waiter. Not a place to go out of your way to get to but nevertheless a pleasant change from some of the more pretentious coffee shops around.

Food was amazing but more importantly the new owner is the nicest gent! If you loved their food before you’ll love it more now and the issue of rude, nasty owner has been removed too! Their garlic and sweet chilli chips or sexy chips as I call them are sooooo good!! And the pasta 🤤 of wow!!!
